Itsu in Woking

Brilliant customer service (they are always friendly and helpful), great food (healthy and delicious), and the place is always clean! Music isn't too loud, which is great.

I went to one of the other locations earlier this year, and was happy to discover there is one near where I live too. So, I treated my family for lunch here. Serving was quick and although it was a busy Saturday lunchtime, we have a free table to sit too. Food was lovely as before and prices are very reasonable. The onr reason it only got 4 stars is the toilet. There are stainless steel units and they are slighly rusty for some reason. Alsolimescale around the basin. They are so easy to clean. Please invest in a bottle of cream cleaner and a sponge and they would come up like new. I hope by the next visit it will be fixed, as otherwise it's a great place.

Had dinner here, the concept and packaging is very nice and environmentally focused. The order was delivered extremely fast and the noodles were very good. Can recommend.

Wanted a quick meal before theatre visit. Easy to order on screen and very speedy service by very nice staff. Would be very happy to return.

I have eaten here a few times since Itsu opened in Woking. The food is always of a high standard. Very fresh and tasy ingredients, cooked to order. Good size portions for the price paid. Some might say it is not particularly cheap, but I would say the prices are fair. They have screens so you can take a seat and wait for it to display that your order number is ready. I like the range of condiments you can add to your meal to customise it. They have a loyalty scheme via their app, to reward regular customers. The booth seating is comfortable, and has charging points for mobile devices. The whole restaurant, including the toilets, are very clean. I look forward to my next visit.
