Surrey Grill in Woking

Been ordering from here for over a year now and never had a bad meal. Always order via their website and food has always been delivered within the stated time frame and hot, even on a peak time Saturday night. Chicken sheesh and donner are our go to options.

Ignore delivery estimates. Still waiting 1 1/2 after ordering. Missed quoted delivery too

Called up for a delivery, the man said “I don’t know how long it’s gonna take, maybe 20 mins maybe 40 maybe an hour”… 1.5 hours go by I call them up to check, I said I didn’t mind how much longer as long as it’s on its way. The man said he didn’t have my order it’s the wrong shop. He checked my postcode again and the time I took the order he said ahhhh I found it then proceeded to tell me a similar but wrong order of the food. I tried to tell them that’s not quite right he shouted at me and said I’ve got the wrong store. I live alone on a golf course. And it was someone else who ordered to that exact shop… at that exact time… and gave them my exact postcode…. These guys are absolute plebs and I would recommend avoiding them. I can’t comment on the food… it never arrived….

All and all genuine people. Really friendly. Food is spectacular!

Burgers were good but had no salad, which should have been in them. Chips were very crispy with no fluffiness inside. They used to be better

Husband ordered me a kebab as pregnancy craving and we always order from here as live 10 minutes away. Tonight took 2 hours by time arrived it went in bin cold soggy excuse was the fastest driver they have was stopped by police! How can a 10 minute 20’minute max take 2 hours and the customer service was poor when called to complain they jsut went manager get back to you and then oh he complaining food is cold! Of course going to complain who wants pay 15.50 for cold soggy kebab wrap and cold horrible chips very disappointing will be looking for a different kebab place

Waited over an hour and a half only to have my order cancelled when I asked for part of the money back. had to call the restaurant who were rude and told me there was no delivery driver and that they'd cancelled the order. Don't waste your time!

Probably the best chicken kebab around! Tastes amazing, great quality and generous portion size. Cheeseburger was just as good and the chips were amazingly good. They were good before, but the new chips are even better. We mistakenly used a different takeaway recently due to the wait for delivery. Never again! Surrey Grill is DEFINITELY the best on Just Eat. 😊

Great service, I mistakenly ordered doner kebabs instead of sheesh, I called them up to change it which they did even though it wasn’t listed in the online menu. It was delivered early and was 👌

Really unimpressive. I ordered a lamb shish with salad and cheesy chips. What I got were some lumps of meat sat on top of a limp pitta, with a small container of salad. The cheesy chips were hot chips, but with cold grated cheese dumped on top, with no effort made to heat or grill the cheese at all. £18.40 is far too high for food so disappointing and lacklustre. Discovered afterwards their hygiene rating is 2/5!

Worst kebab ever had. Turned up shrivelled, Luke warm. All sauce and salad separately, how lazy can you get? Piss poor. Thought would try different to Flame Kebab for a change. Never again. Wish could give zero stars

Food never arrived unfortunately and when I attempted to contact restaurant no response was given. Am still waiting on a refund.

Personally this is the best kebab restaurant in the area, the kebabs and pizzas are great. I love the wraps as well, always big portions and good quality. I love that they cook the chicken and burgers on coals

Ladswhat you doing salad a joke it's cheap guys the amount you put in compared to others is a joke and spend a bit of time on it looks a mess food so hit and miss sometimes great and then average bit put a decent salad in atleast it would help

Awful, kebab half full, salad limp, I ordered 4 pieces of boneless chicken for 6.99 and received 4 dry crusty chicken goujons, absolutely terrible.Rip off

food was late, salad was seperate in a tub and the wrong sause was included, which again was seperate in a small pot, rather than every other kebab I've ever has where the sause is already on the food. avoid.

it says on Menu that all burgers come with salad. Rang Restaurant, they say that I needed to add in special comments that I want salad. So menu is wrong!!!! A very disappointing dull meal. I will not order again, as there's no where on menu to add for salad. I want money back please

Great place for your local burger, kebab and pizza. They have chicken on spit as well as the usual lamb...for a much healthier choice. Friendly gang inside too!

My cheesy doner came with no cheese

This has been one of my favourite take outs. Normally happy with the service and food but the last occasion very under par with the food. I ordered one of my usual kebabs tonight but when it arrived it look deconstructed and much less. I call the restaurant to say it seemed they sent the wrong item. I was passed between 4 different people before being told it was due to being under new management. When I queried if that meant I was paying the same for less food, I was put on hold and then hung up on! Shocking service and I will not be using them again or recommending!

All great, food was tasty and hot. The restaurant actually reads the notes I leave to remove or add ingredients for my fussy partner- very happy thank you

2.5 hrs to wait for delivery is not acceptable - SG either accept the order on a reasonable time frame or don’t accept it and let your customer go elsewhere - very disappointing

Pizza's great kebabs bloody awful and burgers just ok

Accepted job then cancelled order after deciding that the 5 miles was too far despite uber eats taking our money. When I called to ask why the gentleman who answered said too far too far then put the phone down! Not recommended.

So rude, I ordered a pizza and a couple of other bits it turned up cold so I phoned them up they said the next order will be free , I phoned them up a few days later (I phoned at 6) and they didn't even bring my order out!!!! They have now blocked my number and arr being so rude and unprofessional!!! Absolutely disgusted with it!

They never delivered by food and charged me £25. They said the delivery was on the way and never arrived. Their food was not great in the past.

Food was cold, half of order missing

We have been ordering here since they opened and we had a problem with delivery turning up very late and cold. They were extremely rude and not apologetic and put the phone down as they were previously when delivered to wrong address.They have now lost our custom and we won’t be ordering from them again. The food was good but getting smaller and smaller.

Normally happy with the service and food but the last two occasions very under par with the food and how long it took to actually get it delivered and the price seems to be creeping up slowly as well....

Food was overcooked to a point where it was not edible. Prices are extortionate even if the food was half decent. £7 for a wings meal which was burnt Wings were very hard and had a burnt taste to it. Chips were the same. They had been fried till it was hard with a bit of crunch. Not sure why he crammed all my food in a small box when he could've used a bigger box. Made a mess with the sauce when I asked for mayo and chilli sauce. Did not finish my meal and had to throw it away.

Very disappointed with our most recent experience. We ordered our usual kebab feast meal deal. We were informed that the price had increased, which we completely understood and we were quite happy to pay. Upon receiving our food, we were informed there was a delivery charge, which we were not expecting. Especially as we live 0.5miles away and spent £30. We then opened our delivery to find that it was considerably smaller than it used to be. The chilli sauce was watery and tasteless and the chips weren't hot. Before writing this review, we attempted to speak with the manager to voice our dissatisfaction, and he was completely uninterested and hung the phone up on us. Real shame as it was a family favourite before, but now we will not be using them again.

We arrived very late with my Girlfriend, and the guys were very kind, friendly, funny. The food was delicious. We are very satisfied. We will be back. ;)

Mixed meat Large? A little bit of meat on mountain of chips side salad served in an egg cup sized bowl. £13 I don't think so..rip off.

Food took over 2 hour and still hasn’t came yet

Really burnt and stale food, not sure how long our food had been waiting for, never had a kebab this bad, smelt of burnt, like burnt toast, crunchy - chicken donner is not meant to be crunchy. My work colleagues use this place regularly, we will not be using again.
