Ella’s customer service was spot on, although the peri crave burger bun was a little bit burnt and couldn’t taste any peri at all, all in all a good experience.

I have not been in years, but it's safe to say it's hugely gone downhill every dish was just awful especially the garlic bread and the salad ain't what it used to be, unfortunately. The service was impeccable, and Nicky took really good care of us she was delightful and is credit to the branch/franchise.

There was 6 of us 2 oaps travelled from London, 2 from Wiltshire & 2 were local, family, we were visiting. It was mid January, a Sunday 12.45pm Honestly, I've never been treated like how we were at Bytfleet harvester. We tried to down load the app on 3 of our phones for the 25 per cent off main meal (it didn't work) we tried to book table for 6 would only allow 1. We arrived at the Harvester we waited 10 mins and a young lady came stood in front of us. Not even a good afternoon, we explained we tried to book a table on line for 6 didn't happen please can we have a table for 6. Reply: No tables in the restaurant, not much food if you sat in the bar it's draughty! We all looked at one another shocked. I said oh is there a weatherspoons nearby, (obviously they were too busy lunch time ) reply: about 5 miles away. Then one of us asked, ok so what food have you got.. Reply: fish, burgers spare ribs. We talked amongst our selves and thought we are starving we will have one of these options. I sent my husband to see how cold it was in the bar area, he said we won't have to wear our coats. OK 5 walked into the bar area sat down. I stayed and said 3 of us have tried to down load the app so we can receive the discount. It didn't work. Can you do something please? NO! Oh I said can I speak to your Manager please....guess what? She said I am the Manager!!! I said REALLY I'm one of those people who writes reviews! ( Look on her face! ) Oh she said I can give you a phone number for customer service they might be able to help. Thank you I said. I went to the table we all said this harvester must be losing so much business if this is how the management treat customers. Luckily one of the party down loaded the App and we did get the discount. The lady came to the table with a piece of paper with the phone no. on it. I said thank you but we have the app on his phone now. The staff who waited on us were nice. The food was alright. This experience has put me right off going back to harvester. I have been thinking about this experience along time now so thought, I have to write a review. Was she having a bad day? It was unacceptable.

This is by far the best Harvester that we have enjoyed. The food, service, and atmosphere make this location unique. The people here really make the difference. You can see and taste that the kitchen staff care about each and every meal. The servers make you feel right at home with service worthy of a five star rating.

We went as a family of 3 for a Sunday evening meal and although they had run out of a few items, we had a great time and lovely food. We were served by Ella and she was very kind and engaging, also with the little one. Coming back!

Visited here for lunch with the wife and 2 kids. Absolutely fantastic service here, best service by far from a harvester! Food was cooked fantastic and kids loved their special build your own puddings!! UPDATE - Never been to a Harvester breakfast, and I went for the ultimate £11.99 choice. Apart from the sausages beings slightly over cooked / black on one side, it was really nice. Eggs and bacon spot on, toast was toasted, banana and chocolate pancakes 🥞 where amazing.

Except for the person who served us everyone else is bloody rude in this place! Food quality is below average, cold slaw tasted funny and the service was awful. Person who gave us a table said there are no other tables available so had to sit in a corner with a toddler when the table right next to it was free. The entire place had just few people. She was so rude right from the beginning. Aweful service!!

Food was over cooked and inedible. The staff didn't care. Ended up leaving without eating anything other than the salad which they expected us to pay for despite us waiting a full hour for our awful food. Avoid !

Absolutely gutted have been enjoying visiting with family recently and normally in the evening last 3 have been amazing but we decided to go for a late lunch/ early dinner before the theatre and the service was slow staff all standing around chatting one person was actually waving for someone for minutes before being acknowledged, we sat was 20 mins before we ordered and I had to ask if we could order then got our drinks wrong food came out steak was over cooked and the food as Luke warm, the server did not come over to check on our meal she can and removed plates again did not ask how our food was i said I’m sorry but this was really not good not hot and meat over cooked she said oh and walked off, as I say it’s a shame as we had enjoyed visits before this shame about the service if it was busy I would have been a bit more understanding but it was very quiet for the time of the day.

Ella is a great server, she has a way of making You feel like You have known her for a long time and friends with her, i come here often and there is 4 servers and a manager with curly hair who i just adore, i love coming here and sometimes are left sad when they aren't here:)

Food is well cooked but it is getting more expensive, but you know what your getting when you go to almost an Harvester.

Food was good as usual, service was very good, our waitress was Lynsey. My wife and I took our 5 year old grandson, I ordered a main meal and my wife ordered from the 2 course lunch menu. We were then told my grandson couldn’t use the kids eat for a £1offer as it couldn’t be used with another offer which the 2 course lunch menu is considered to be even though I ordered from the main menu. This is ridiculous as if it had been just me and my grandson he could have eaten for a £1.

As we entered, I've let the staff know that we have a groupon voucher. They've had a look at it, got two adult groupon menus and a child one. Took us to our seats. Asked the waitress which items are gluten free, she said the Bbq chicken strips will be, but the chips are made in the same oil the gluteny foods are fried. She never showed me a tablet or a allergen menu. I've decided upon getting that dish, if she said it's gluten free. After waiting around half an hour for our food to arrive, she brought me chicken strips coated in breadcrumbs. She said it's gluten free. I've asked her to triple check, after she came back, she confirmed that it is indeed gluten. Had to send the whole dish back. My family has already finished their main and starter by the time my food arrived. At the end of our meal went up to the till to pay for our drinks, the waitress said she can't scan the groupon. Called the manager who informed me that Saturday is the only day they do not accept groupon vouchers. Had I known this, we wouldn't have had food from the groupon menu nor would we have had dessert or starters. I've paid 75 instead of 40. Absolutely livid with the whole experience.

Typical harvester. Very busy, very loud and not enough staff. Food was ok.

Had breakfast meat tasted of all the meats cooked the night before. It was expensive for breakfast, thought it was an all you can eat.

Our group of 11 young and not quite so young family members converged on The Yeoman Harvester from north and south for a fabulous festive get-together. Star server Ella went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect, making us all feel really welcome - she was wonderful!

Have been here a few times but not reviewed before. On our last visit we were a large group of 20 on a busy Sunday between Xmas ands New year and had a fantastic meal as always. Service and food where great and a Harvester is always good value

We had booked up as a large party for a family birthday, the service was exceptional, and all the food came out at the same time, which was impressive given the size of our party! We were constantly checked up on, and looked after. The food was hot and tasty and it was a great family lunch. Thank you to everyone!

Went to have the christmas meal with my fiancé & his father and we had the best service from Ella. She was such a sweet lady to talk to and have a laugh with especially with the runaway potato. We are frequent visitors to this particular harvester. We come back so often because it's cheap and cheerful and the service has always been brilliant for us. However, during busier times I have noticed places like the toilets and drinks machine get neglected which would not be up to everyone's standards

Went for lunch today with a group of friends for my birthday (there were seven of us), and whilst the food was delicious, admittedly we did not have the best service. Our waiter Alfie was very friendly, however when it came to ordering our food there were a few mistakes that left me waiting on mine whilst everyone else had already tucked in and essentially finished. Despite that I had ordered my burger first, and had been told with a simple 'yep' that it was on the order, it did not arrive. Not only this but our orders were not reviewed with us, and considering the size of the group, you would expect that it would be double checked. He was very apologetic, however I was still left eating whilst everyone had long since finished their food. Apart from this, it was not a terrible visit, just slightly dissapointed.

Went for late Lunch for My Friends Birthday. Hadn't booked and the fitted us in plus we where alliwed to seat whete we normally do,although we Hadn't been for a while. Love this Harvester as nearest to Guildford. Shame they got rid of some of them !! Ella served us,very lovely young lady.

Haven't been to a harvester in a few years, the standards have dropped to rock bottom. Small portions, food quality is to a level of tasteless. The silly narrow plates. ?? Will be avoiding any Harvest!
