We ended up waiting nearly 1.5 hrs for our breakfast. They had so many Deliveroo orders which was apparently a priority over the customers in the cafe. That frustrates me so much. If you’re in a hurry then give this a miss. My beans were stone cold and my friends had eaten their breakfast before I’d even got mine. Nothing wrong with the lady taking the orders tho. Wasn’t her fault.

Microwaved scrambled eggs. Not exactly hard to scramble an egg. Fine if you want to pay for nuked, nutritionless food.

We’ve been going to this cafe for the past 5 years and it’s a yummy breakfast every-time we go, staff are very friendly and are willing to help at anytime. Never have had a bad experience with them.

As it is a cafe, you know what to expect when you walk in. However, it easily meets those expectations. Lovely food.

Food was good but service poor, apart from the lady how took payment. Banging and crashing in the kitchen which is open to see which did not make for a pleasant atmosphere. When the food was delivered the plates were almost thrown down on the table. This needs to be addressed and quickly if they want repeat custom.

Great food and friendly service

It's not a place that I would run back too. I got what I didn't ask for! The sausages are those very cheap frozen things with no taste at all! The "cook" was accepting and touching money while he was cooking, then touched the food with no gloves!!

A tied cafe, with cafe food, staff pleasant. No place you'd go to other than for cheap eats.

Staff are unfriendly, terrible service and mediocre food. Not worth the money you pay. Also on a few occasions notice some lack in good hygiene practices. Wouldn't recommend.

The cafe where I go everyday of the week. Omelette is the most beautiful meal. And I have never had perfect latte.

Just took on the blow out breakfast, omg man knows how to cook a breakfast. O I did it and I just still fit in my size 28s. Prob skip dinner tho

Food & Price are decent - abrupt wait staff - Main issue is that he comes to the table - wearing a must under his chin and leans in to take the order - WEAR YOUR MASK PROPERLY.

Wear a mask going in. Find a table. Sign covid log book. Choose from menu. Table service waiter. Eat food. Drink chosen beverage. Pay at till with mask on. Enjoy day with full belly. Basic cafe. Big portions. Cheap enough. The rolls are huge btw. Take out Bacon roll is a monster.

You get what you expect and its always funny watching the owners arguing about the orders 🤣

Great food but the lady who owns it is rude and obnoxious. She just gave us all dirty looks the whole time and slammed our food and drinks on the table I recommended going in there on her days off becuase it is still a nice place she is just rude.

This is my local cafe. If you want good value large portions, this place is for you. With a view of the green and right in the heart of Byfleet, you won’t be disappointed. Attracts a lot of workman, but don’t let that put you off!!

Staff rude ! Ignorant! Dirty! Service awful, brought our food wrong then argued with me that I was wrong. Wouldn’t ever go again. Their small children sitting playing while we were eating.

A solid, decent, clean cafe - excellent service.

I stopped here for a sandwich and coffee a few weeks ago. The food has improved from the last time I visited a few years ago. It can get packed around breakfast and lunch time but it was off peak time when I went there. If you're driving you'll be lucky to find a parking space immediately outside the the cafe on the main road but there are a few side roads that seem to always have parking spaces and the 20 minute Hays outside the retirement home. I recommend it.

If this is your first time here. Allways order an early riser latte replace eggs with scrambled and extra hash browns with toast... wombo combo!!!!

Came here for breakfast with my mates after a night out, the food is top notch, I had a bacon sandwich and it was so good, the staff are nice and then had the football on to watch too

I took my nephew here for breakfast for his birthday, and it was very busy, the staff were friendly shame about some of the customers. we will be eating here again.

9 of us went there for breakfast on Saturday (2nd) and it was obvious the chef was having a melt down!! He was shouting at his colleagues (wife) throwing the food about and generally making for a really bad atmosphere..so much so I had to ask (tell) them to stop shouting ..they offered us free tea but we didn't accept and will never go there again

This is my local and I have visited for 6 years. Service is great and food is excellent. New revamp with lights and windows has brightened up the place. Staff are friendly and i often just pop in to say hello with my son.

Me Hallfords tener algo instalado a la vuelta de la esquina que dieron tiempo suficiente para un brunch el domingo. Tuve un desayuno durante todo el día de artículos individuales de mi elección. Muy rápido, el servicio amable y sabroso, y desayuno durante todo el día. Yo iría un poco de mi camino para volver aquí otra vez.

Called in for an early morning bite to eat. Reasonably busy, but good quick service. Choice of at least 5 different cooked breakfasts, one with liver for the more adventurous! Fair price, clean and worth a visit.

Average breakfast large portion chips weren't that nice like they had been cooked in old oil . Lady boss grumpy moaning at her staff all the time just what you need to start the day would I come back again ? No

I have been coming here since we moved and the food is spot on. The cafe is small but that don't stop the staff having very good service. They are extremely quick and friendly.

Visited for breakfast as we were in the area. Food was freshly cooked and very nice. Very reasonably priced. Mainly used by workmen/women when we visited. Restaurant area was clean and bright. Unfortunately, the toilets were awful! Limited toilet paper, no soap and the hand dryer didn't work. Lots of grime on floor and around the pipework where it hasn't been cleaned very well. Toilet itself was not very clean (ladies). I wouldn't want to use the toilet again but the restaurant itself was nice. Upgrade your toilet facilities and ratings will definitely go up!

I asked to change my order a couple of times while browsing the menu, & one of the shop assistants raised his voice & said "you don't know what you want, you order this then order that" etc. They are definitely not used to that situation in whatever customer service training they took part in. The hash browns were good, but who knows how the might react if another situation which is different than just ordering a preset off of the menu
