Ordered online which gave me the option of choosing exactly which salads and sauces I wanted with my order. Got a confirmation text straight away and delivery within 15 minutes. Food was great and a huge portion. I am very happy and will order again! Highly recommended.

I ordered from what I thought was a good place to eat from what I got told Then I place a order tonight to get a phone call from the driver saying that he’s at my front door so I come outside and he’s nowhere to be seen so I ring him back and he says he’s at a bus stop and I said I don’t live at a bus stop buddy and he eventually got the right address and came up I said let me feel the heat of the food before I hand over any money and it was stone cold not one bit of heat so I said that I didn’t want it I rang up the restaurant and said how can u deliver cold food and the response I got back was not my problem. Is this how you do business these days?

Just found this wonderful Kebab place in Knaphill to replace The closed Al Pasha as our Saturday Night treat and I must say they are good I'd say better than Al Pasha and I absolutely loved them, I went for the £9.50 large Lamb Doner Kebab and it was absolutely amazing and delicious, nice fresh crunchy Salad and the kebab meat was absolutely delicious, filled me up Mum had the Chicken burger with Salad and my younger brother had the Half pounder Beef burger with salad and both looked delicious and the meat was well cooked, praise around, great customer service too, same order every week now, I'd recommend this fine Kebab establishment to anyone.

There was a worm in the salad I got. Disgusting. I had to throw my food away. Salad looked like it was out of date as it wasn't fresh I even think I saw rats and mice running around outside Avoid this place Instead of fresh I got a stale lamb donor. I was given a lamb donor which was made last night and refried again making it very dark and crispy The worst thing was preparing food without gloves. Put their hands on bread and meat, without gloves. I couldn't eat anymore. Dry fries, and I think the sauces were already bad. Taste of vinegar. Avoid Disgusting. The way they talk to people is offensive. And speaking of food, tasteless, fat, and partially uncooked. Do not try to eat from here. It will hurt your stomach Worst kebab shop ever Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Staff are rude and miserable. Food is undercooked and overpriced. Go to Charcoal Grill instead as they're so much better than Woking Grill If you eat at Woking Grill you will end up with an upset stomach and food poisoning Everyone is better off at Charcoal Grill

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by staff. I ordered from Deliveroo and my food arrived cold. I ordered £40 worth of food. When I called to ask for a part refund the manager laughed and said no and then carried on to swear and talk to me disrespectfully and said I was a scrounger and he would never refund. I would never order from here again. Disgusting behaviour

Tasty and juicy kebab. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the eat in option is very limited. There is no sign that indicate that the food is Halal, but the staff confirmed that all the meat is Halal. They hve also vegetarian options. It was a very enjoyable experience and you won't disappoint your guests.

I ordered here recently and never received my order. When I called back they said they called and left. I said I’ll wait for them to return. They didn’t return over another span of 2 hours. I called them back and asked for a refund where someone just shouted really aggressively down the phone. The lady said she’d send the refund when she finsihed her shift. The refund never came until I found out that they allegedly sent the refund by a driver even though we paid by card. I called the store a day later to inquire about the £20 refund and was told the manager will only be available in about a months time. And still no further update on when I will be reimbursed.

Absolutely awful service lady on the phone didn't understand a word so order came out wrong they said they would re send an hour and half later still not arrived called them up and they had no intention to send correct order out.

Ordered a chicken donor wrap and unfortunately was left extremely disappointed. It was literally dripping with grease and I could barely manage to eat half of it. The salad also wasn't fresh Service was okay, not rude, but not particularly welcoming either.

Very easy to order online for collection. The menu options were clearly presented. The online payment option was great and meant that I had no need to mess around drawing out cash. The food was beautiful - tender meat - with generous portion sizes and lovely fresh salad. The service was friendly and professional. There's parking on the road outside in parking bays. Value for money is outstanding. This is now my number one kebab shop in Knaphill.

Do not use, ever. Ordered via just eat. They sent the delivery to the wrong postcode, which was their fault, were rude to me, said it’s a just eat problem and not theirs and hung up. Basically stealing my money and couldn’t care less

No order was delivered and no answer on phones!!!!

I wouldnt even give this 1 star. Son ordered his meal and it stated it would take an hour after waiting 1hr 20 minutes I called to be told that his order should of been more than £12 despite paying a delivery charge and that the order is on its way but they are very busy it will be 10 minutes, well 25 minutes passed and still no food so decided to call again only for them to pick up the phone and leave it on the side for us to hear them shouting for a good 5 minutes. After this I decided it was time to go to the shop as no one clearly wanted to talk to me. When I got there I asked despite you telling me 40 minutes ago we still had no order and that I wanted my money back he tried to tell me it was still on its way which clearly it wasn't and after again tell me don't order less than £15 he did give me my money back. The man was rude and I would not recommend ANYONE going. Regardless of being busy and under pressure you do not speak to people the way he spoke to me. It's clear he was short staffed and no wonder when he talks to people like that.

Mystery meat. Dog sized rats coming in from the park behind shops. Stink of fat burning. With other kebab shops in the village, this should definately be your last choice for unhealthy greasy rubbish

Honestly. This was the Worst take away, I’ve ever come across. I usually go to Charcoal Grill but my partner ordered on his Just Eat app & when this turned up the smell alone was enough to put me off. When I opened it, the amount of grease that was in the container and all over the box- made me feel ill. It was wasted money, as we didn’t eat any of it & threw it in the bin.

Ordered for the first time today and will certainly be ordering from here again. Great food for great prices, highly recommend :)

Got 2 lamb doner kebabs, lamb shish kebab and large chips. Son's first kebab and he loved it! Husband's meat in shish kebab was a bit chewy, but I loved my doner with the garlic sauce. Great portions! Will definitely have to visit again!

This food was disgusting the chicken burger was like a leather boot in 2 buns the triple cheese burger was soggy like it was dunked in a pool chips felt and tasted like plastic kebab soggy very disappointed most of it went in the bin absolutely rank
