Nice place to get special price branded things

There is a CHARGE 2 eat in One of the things I wanted was tampered with so had to go get a new one No clarity in the lines or Queues-- meaning there should be one dedicated to Take Outs!

All high end products are available at one cluster

Nice day out. Nice food, too. Can get overwhelming as it can get very crowded. Every shop was amazing friendly staff.

This place has got a very large dining space

Nice food. Not cheap, but comes with type of food, name and location (brand outlet village! 🤣). Had sushi tray for £10 and a chicken noodle (hot) £10 and two kombuchas for £8. Didn't finish the noodles. People nice. Busy cos of where it was..? Got a seat though. Will be back.

Not first time I see the cleaner outside leaving the chairs and table wet so people don’t sit down. Today he cleaned the table and with the same dirty cloth he cleaned all the sauces nozzles on the table?? Why?? That’s disgusting and next time I see I will call the food higiene company. This cleaner should be removed from here. This only happens when the management are very poor.

Great Itsu, issue was the multiple bugs flying around inside the restaurant. The management should use more means for the same.

Very disappointing allergen friendly selection. I looked online for their allergen menu before visiting to make sure we knew what foods we could have, to be told they didn’t actually do any of them in that branch. The one thing we could have was miso soup. Not worth bothering with.

Food was really enjoyable, we came in the 30 minutes before they shut so they didn’t have many options but many items was discontinued which is good as it seems like their is no food waste which is good to see. food was good and fresh and staff was all very good and accommodation didn’t feel rushed in any way.

This restaurant didn't accept cash. Only e payment. Stir fry udon noodle was just mediocre. Nothing special. 2 stars First, I needed to queue up for ordering and payment. Next, collect the order and kookbfir table. Limited seating here as it was always occupied

Very uncomfortable seating. The stools are high and you just have to perch on top. A lot of Itsu's have been modernised but not this one. Shame.

Bicester Village is an outlet shopping center on the outskirts of the township of Bicester, Oxfordshire, England. You want to buy ordinary items as well as branded items. Prepare your money and don't try to convert there currency to our currency when shopping so you don't get surprised.

Quick service and good food. There is not much choice in Bicester Village but this is a good stop to refuel between shops. Reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food especially the seafood sushi is good it's really good but the prices are a bit high or I can say average. Service is good quite friendly and helpful. The atmosphere however could be better they could add some more USB outlets and over all a bit more decoration but ofc it's still good.

Bicester Village is nothing special as compared to factory outlets in United States. You may skip this to explore other interesting shopping sites. Normal prices or at most just 10%-20% cheaper for old designs / clearance stocks

It's itsu, just like any other itsu across the country. Pretty busy when we were there but still manage to find seats. Well done to staff to always keeping this place clean and tidy. Shelves were being restocked regularly too. Soup bowls are great values

Yumm food with gud at nice atmosphere

Visited Bicester Village on a hot summer day beginning of Sep 23 at the early Monday morning when there were hardly any people just yet. Passed by itsu and got attracted by the beautiful/colourful pinkish interior design, high ceiling and welcoming bright entrance. Couldn't resist but went in to check it out. There were only a few customers around and we were able to slowly take some photos and made our choices. The staff/cashier on duty was a tall gentleman who was really friendly and helpful. After paying for the sushi pack we were able to sit down and relax having sushi as our breakfast. The quality of the sushi was surprisingly good and the miso soup was nice and hot and tasty 😋. It was a great start at itsu on a hot summer morning where itsu provides strong and cold air conditioning which is unusual in many uk eateries during summer time. Well done itsu Bicester Village

I really liked the chicken gyoza's but I was not satisfied by vegetarian gyoza's

Came with my 2 daughters, fun time had by all, bargains to be had for branded goods, lovely buildings and atmosphere .

Family shopping trip to Bicester Village outlet. A good day out. Plenty of restaurants to dine at. Dinner at ITSU was great with lots of vegetarian options. Slightly disappointed by the absence of waiting on staff, like wagamama etc.. Ended up looking at menu online, and this appeared more comprehensive than the menu behind the counter. Perhaps we missed something? Food was available really quickly and was delicious. Great decor and atmosphere. Really popular spot.
