I had a wonderful experience at Itsu Sushi! Cristina was exceptional — knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I tried the Salmon Dragon Roll and the Chicken and Spring Pink Gyoza — both were absolutely delicious. Cristina’s outstanding service and expertise made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

All things designer and well priced

I popped by today for a quick bite and the lady who served us was excellent. I didn’t get a name, but she was the only one on the till (if that helps narrow it down?). She was quick, helpful, and made me and my 5 month old feel very welcome. Fabulous service!

Stopped here for a bite to eat whilst shopping at Bicester Village. We had the chicken teriyako Bao Buns, vegetable gyoza and chicken and spring onion gyozas. And a packet of prawn crackers. Fresh, hot and tasty. Friendly service. Sat outside which was a nice spot. Good selection of sauces. Would definitely come here again when in Bicester Village.

Love the half price deals at 8.30pm. Food is always good quality and fresh. Loads of vegan options.

During a stop over in Bicester, really fancied Katsu chicken and being so close to Bicester Village, Itsu was the natural place to go, particularly as I haven’t had hot food from there before. Well, I definitely wasn’t disappointed! Really friendly and helpful staff, clean sitting area, so plenty of space to eat in. They have two Katsu options, with rice or noodles, so not having had it with noodles before, chose that. It was nice and hot, absolutely delicious and I didn’t manage to eat the huge portion. Very good value for money and will definitely be back to try something else for their hot menu. Highly recommend 😀

We went to Itsu in Bicester village and it was delicious food. We were served by Robbie Thomas who was great and provided the best service. He was kind and helpful and made the experience so lovely. All the other staff there were also very nice and polite. Thank you Robbie and the Itsu staff!

Speedy service, we just quickly popped in for takeaway. Sushi and miso soup taste great, although avocado in some rolles has been too stiff. There are no options to pull the sauce in some kind of pot to take away (not everyone wants to spill it over the rolls).

My favourite place in Bicester Village, I eat there regularly, the food not only just healthy and beautiful is always fresh and delicious. Everyone in this restaurant is very friendly and provides excellent customer service.

Outlet is beautiful, but some of the brands are expensive. I recommend it for shopping, as it has well-established brands such as Dior, Loro Piana, Bottega, Prada, and others.

We have a wide selection of products. I wasn't expecting to be able to eat salmon sushi in Bicester Village, so I was very happy. The store was nice and clean. There is also terrace seating outside.

Had the Korean spicy noodles, great taste as expected - in other words normal for Itsu. Quick and happy service team. Busy, our visit was around lunchtime, but lots of seating available - but you need to jump quick to grab a space when folk finish and move on!

Food was borderline ok. But I knew that before I enter so that was fine. All my clothes and bag smells like fried oil after eating there for 20 minutes. Avoid at all costs unless you want to smell like fried noodles for the rest of the day.

I had a lovely mix of sushi sets, miso soup, and Gyoza for lunch. There were lots of options, and everything I ordered was delicious. It was quite crowded and challenging to find seats, but we know exactly it's not a restaurant.

Overpriced magnet for Chinese people on their way to Heathrow. Staff were great. Food forgettable lots of hawk tuah going on and NOT in a good way.
