Itsu in Brighton and Hove

very delicious food, portions enough to fill you up. the biggest advantage is the calculated macro, I highly recommend it. Apart from that, everything was clean and fresh, and it was great to be able to go upstairs and see the street from abovwhat only the price could be a little lower for this or the portion could be increased.I had soup with noodles and vegetarian dumplings to eat, everything was delicious

Had some vegetarian stuff. With Miso soup which was really good. Seasoned just right with bits of silky tofu inside. Taste of Gyoza needs improvement, a bit bland Prices were fair and affordable. Staff were nice and helpful. Very important. Thanks.

Great no-frills sushi, noodles and rice dishes.

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivered from here today and got OLD food!!! Sushi should not be sitting on stand for more than a day but this looks like it’s been there for more than two days. You can see the food is old by the brown avocado and the sesame seeds are see through!

Although it is simple sushi, it is easy to eat. The miso soup with tofu is delicious, warms you up and makes you happy. If this is the case, I would like to try other menu items, so I will use it again!

These noodles are excellent. I love eating them when I have a fever and a sore throat. The only problem with them is the spoon. I don’t know how to eat this soup with a paper spoon!!

Busy as always but that's a good sign, food delicious and reasonably priced although had to ask for mine to be reheated, wasn't hot enough and they gave me a fresh one, piping hot

I've rediscovered this place recently, the food is fab imo, better than some ramen bars. I used to like the "garden shed" bento, but sadly they no longer seem to do it. These days I'd recommend the hot food as it is healthy, tasty and great value. I also appreciate the friendly helpful staff.

The sushi rolls were falling apart unfortunately and the gyoza was very dry. If you dine in there is a charge so pay attention

Good “fast food” restaurant. Same quality as the rest of the chain, you have ready food to eat it or take away. Great Miso Soups and other hot food. Only bad thing is the amount of plastic containers this type of restaurant generates but little steps have being taken as to swap plastic spoons for paper ones. Good if you don’t have much time and are in Brighton centre.

Have lots of seats and fairly clean

I think it's great, but being vegetarian, I wish they were better at keeping stocked the veggie sushi meal. I've found none on several visits, or had to wait 20 mins + with the girl on the till thinking its coming but not sure

Had some sushi to go and my word was it delicious. I don't eat sushi often, in fact I've just started getting into it and wow does Itsu deliver! Prices were cheaper than I expected too and the service was fast.

Itsu is great if you want to grab a good take-away sushi. It offers good value for the price and it is consistent in the flavour. Nothing fancy neither very traditional, more in the commercial side. However, I really recommend it for a movie night at home or if you have cravings for Japanese food.

The sushi Festival is a perfect lunch for 2 people.

Everything you'd expect from Itsu: Clean, good service, great quality food. The Brighton store is particularly big with lots of seating downstairs and upstairs.

Itsu is my least favourite sushi from all these chains (I hate that they pre-wasabi the salmon nigiri!) But that's personal preference and there's nothing wrong with Itsu in Brighton, just not where I'd usually choose.

I sometimes came here to eat lunches when I lived in Brighton to learn English. This restaurant is good, but I hope you have more simple food because I was confused by the variety.

Amazing restaurant! Fast and polite service and super tasty food. Very cheap for the portions you get. Personally my favourite Japanese inspired restaurant in Brighton.

Lukewarm food, noticeably smaller portions than usual, three out of the eight items in our order were incorrect. I'm sure they're crazy busy on Saturday evening, but this was just plain unacceptable.

Everything you'd expect from an Itsu. Great selection of food both hot and cold. Loads of seating and an upstairs too. Service was quick and swift. Download the app collect the stamps for a free meal after you've been 7 times. 2 mains and a side was £17 ish. Blue light card discount taken.

A nice Japanese restaurant with excellent food and staff.

Loads of seating, food is always good from here, this was my first ITSU and I use it all over the country now. Healthy, hearty food. Staff are normally very friendly.

Convenient ready to go sushi and Japanese cuisines ready to go. On busy corner of street good spot to people watch while eating. Eaten here several times and have ordered on delivery too, good quality food for the price.

Looked like an Itsu, tasted like Itsu… safe to say it was an Itsu. The chicken gyozas and Klean Katsu Chicken are always a firm favourite which doesn’t disappoint! Wouldn’t waste your money on a drink or mochi as this small plate came to £14.

It has a few vegan options, but very yummy! We ordered ramen with veggie gyōza and it was delicious! A big bowl very filling and reasonable prices! They have tables in the ground floor and 1st floor, clean and quiet. I'd like to mention that the food was ready in literally a minute! 😊 Fast service and nice staff.

Had such hopes for great sushi lunch with my teenage daughter today, so disappointed 😞. Had the superfood salad, family sushi platter, mochi and miso soups. Opened the salad first lovely and fresh then the horror started opened the sushi to find multiple black hair all over the sushi platter. Took straight to the counter trying to be discreet only to be ignored, then not listened to, then no apology and barked at by the counter staff to get another one....just wow no words! Appalling!

Always reliably delicious without being too sophisticated or expensive. Nice central location very nice seating area at the ground floor and more above...there is always a seat to grab! Go for the piping hot gyozas and the healthy freshly made smoothies!

Food came fast but noodle broth was tastless. I enjoyed the mochi but I can buy those in a supermarket. Really disappointed

Itsu provides simple, yet delicious sushi and other Asian quick foods. It's friendly staff will help with any inquiries you have, and the restaurant is clean and well styled. Seating could feel uncomfortable on the stools for larger backsides, but all in all, a pleasant dining out takeaway experience. Well located for easy access and shopping eat betweens. Recommend the dragon rolls 👍

Tasty, filling, and saucy! Really tasty chicken teriyaki and an ample amount of vegetables that mesh well together! The chicken gyoza is perfect for sharing and the dipping sauce tied it all together!

Joyless experience freezing cold also disabled toilet has been out of action for as long as I can remember so no use if you need an accessible toilet. There's only one toilet working upstairs as well so there's a huge queue and it's unclean once you finally get there. Since customers pay more to eat in maybe the facilities could be fixed?
