Noo Noodles in Brighton and Hove

Having just returned from Holiday & in no mood to cook, we ordered Noo Noodles through a food delivery app. Food arrived very quickly & my vegetable & tofu noodles were absolutely delicious. Real no frills food - but so tasty & so filling.

As always this little place packs a huge reputation ! Never fails to please..minimal waiting time under 5 mins fresh hot street food on the go bountiful in flavours .and reasonibly priced .

Love the build your own noodle box so you can get exactly what you want, great portion sizes too. The half box is perfect lunch size for me as I often find takeaway portions too huge. Really good value and tasty.

We placed the order online to try it.Normally we are big fans of noodles and using different take always ,but wanted to try something new for us.Waiting time ok,portions big and boxes are nice.That is about complements.Food was a bit blant in taste and soup turned into wet noodles .Yes...I know it is happening ,but noodles could be in a seperate box to avoid it.Protein box not also a bit blant and I had feeling that I am not exactly enjoying it -maybe is just not my taste and get use to more spicy and expressive food and for other people will be nice ,but I will not order it anymore because of that reasons.Also a bit to expensive and there is few better places around to choose from .Starters and deserts missing in the offer which is a minus for some who like them ;)

Stopped in here for a quick bite after going to the cinema. Ticks all the boxes for a quick, tasty amd satisfying stop. Although there are plenty of choices and a build it yourself option, I went for the chicken chow mein with some chilli flakes. It turned up really quickly and was just right for a quick pit-stop on the way home. The heat lamps outside were welcome as it was a chilly evening, and we just sat on the benches outside and really enjoyed the food. Friendly people and I think there's some sort of loyalty scheme too. Pity there was no still water in the fridge...fizzy only.

A small but good noodle bar. Limited seating outside. But efficient and quick service. Reasonably priced. You can watch your good being prepared through a glass screen. The larger of the 2 noodle containers you can get is better value.

In Brighton on business and have eaten at Noo before. Visited for lunch on 2 out of the 3 possibilities this time and wasn’t disappointed. Great staff and food. All cooked in front of you and super fresh. Highly recommended.

I ordered the chicken noodle box and when I have had this before it was ok, but this time I asked for some extra light soy sauce to be added after it was cooked and when I got it back to work to eat, they had added enough dark soy for it be a soy soup which made it inedible. It was not cooked enough so it wasn't hot enough, nothing was raw as they don't use raw meat, it's pre-cooked so no risk of getting sick, but it tasted terrible. This is last time I eat there, we have plenty of options in Brighton and will go anywhere else.

Feeling lazy & couldn't be bothered to cook, we were scrolling through the various food options in Deliveroo & came across Noo Noodles. Noo Noddles sounded great with LOTS of choice. I ordered the vegetarian tofu Half box & my partner had the chicken regular box - you choose extras to add to your box, different types of noodles, veggies, sauce etc. I arrived within 30 minutes & it was the best box of noodles I have ever eaten! considering it was a half box - it was huge!! Very tasty. We've ordered from them twice now & will definitely be ordering again!! highly recommended!

TL;DR If you go here be specific when you order, or they will go nuts with everything. In general service is very slow no matter what time, 50/50 staff and clientele fault. But also in general the food is good, really good. And reasonably priced- The downside being drinks aren't. even a bottle of coke is 2.50 here, so that's a little bit tight. it's just a shame so many times I have eaten there they have screwed the order up. From forgetting to include prawns in my prawn noodles, to drowning the food in mountains of veg, or half a pound of spinach on one occasion. (Big mistake ordering spinach) So it's a safe bet you're gonna have to order half portions of everything apart from the noodles, otherwise they will literally just go mental and you'll end up with a cacophony of really pungent veg in your face shrouding all the flavour. And there really is flavour, they do some of the best noodles, and the sauce thickness is on point. It's just a shame it's so hit and miss for a place that has so much potential and does what is essentially really Amazing food; just ruined half the time; some idea of portioning would make this one of my favourite places to eat of all time.

Took forever on a Sunday afternoon, other people getting frustrated, one couple left and asked for a refund. Problem is you can see the chefs through the glass which is all very well if they aren’t walking into each other, scrambling for ingredients or having people bang on the glass pointing at their food which they’ve overlooked. Food is ok once you do get it though.

Ho ordinato più volte in questo piccolo locale e posso affermare che i noodle sono davvero ottimi e le porzioni davvero abbondanti!! Il migliore in assoluto!!

Ate here with the wife whilst visiting Brighton. I normally opt for the vegetarian choice when I eat out so I chose the tofu box. They were happy for me to make a few changes to the noodles and sauce which is brilliant. You can see the chefs cooking everything, always a bonus! It got very busy here whilst we ate outside. The staff were very nice and seemed very happy. Thumbs up.

Choose from gf rice or 4 other noodle types... I like udon as they are fat and filling... protein, sauce and veg.. pak choi, etc etc... go here and sit on the street watching folk go by or inside at the bench.... seconds from Churchill square shopping centre and 5 mins walk from the beach... simply... go here

Very nice place to stop by for a quick lunch. You can chose a mix of ingredients yourself or pick one of their disher. Also, you can chose the size of your meal and its cheap, too.

Distintas bases, proteinas, salsas y aderezos.

Great idea, you choose your type of noodle and fillings. Served in a box with chops sticks and off you go. Sit out side and eat or take away.

Ordered home delivery via Deliveroo - hearty portion sizes (and thus fairly decent value for money), just a little too oily for my liking.

Really good and not even that expensive. Good value for money. Service is quick and food is really amazing.

I work nearby and I love, love this place, it's great for a quick lunch. There's plenty of options, all of which you can customise freely, from which type of noodles, to which sauche, meat, veg and toppings, and if you leave out the egg from the tofu option you can make it vegan, should you want to. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well.

Stopped by here whilst in town, order was processed super quick and food was hot and lovely, could do with more seating areas as had to stand, overall really good

juste went few days ago and have to say it's the best noodles place in Brighton.

I was so lucky to found Noo Noodles in Brighton. Tasted them before in Southend. Great food, fresh ingredients cooked in front of you. So many tastes. You can build your own wok or order something from the fixed menu. I had a lobster.....mmmmm....yum yum:)

A great idea, in a town of many great restaurant ideas. Choose your noodle/rice, then your sauce, then your protein, then your accompaniments (x4!!) and watch the whole thing being cooked behind glass. OK, so this idea has been around for a while, but this little eatery offers fresh, tasty ingredients and at a very affordable price. The only 2 reasons for not awarding a 5th star.....the plastic cutlery needs to be displayed more hygienically and 2 of the high, outside tables, need foot rests adding - the second is a bit nit picky, but the first needs attending to. Very highly recommended overall though.
