Rice tasted like it'd been cooked by white people in a 60s old people's home - unforgivably stodgey. Popadoms tasted like they'd been cooked in recycled biodiesel with a touch of cardboard - inedible. Dhal was so salty I used it as a sparsely applied sauce to help flavour the tasteless brinjal. Sag paneer was distinctly lacking something... oh yes, paneer... four tiny pieces. And the lamb achari, okay flavour but hella tough... it's not hard to make it tender, just cook it for longer. Won't be coming back.

The samosas weren't very hot. Good amount of lamb in the curry.

Food was delivered almost cold. Rice cold and curry warm.

onion bahajis tasted a bit funny, there usually delicious but smelt a bit off.

Our poppadoms have not arrived with our order. But we have two lots of onion bhaji.

Normally very good, but this time the curry didn't taste of anything, just hot (spicy).

I have ordered from here for the last 15 years and the last 2 meals I've had have been terrible, raw onion bhajis, poppadoms tasted of rancid oil, chips looked like cooked last week, luke warm curry, chewy lamb. Gave the benefit of doubt on first poor order but won't order again.. very disappointed

Really disappointed in tonight’s tea. Been ordering from here for 15 years. Pakoras were rock hard and burnt. Just all seemed over cooked and dry.

The food was not so nice this time, there was no flavour and the vegetables tasted bad, usually nice but this was not good at all :(

This was the nicest curry I’ve had. The meat was succulent and the tikka masala sauce was divine. My son and partner said Madras was very tasty and delicious. Delivery was earlier end of delivery time that was given on just eat . Will definately order again!

Kinda late delivery but they gave one extra papadom. The Chicken Biryani and Prawn Biryani were excellent taste. However, the filling of the biryani such as chicken and prawn were less.

Quick delivery, hot food, lovely naan and also the chips were unusual more like very thin fries but I did like them. The downside was the curry, its was watery and the vegetables felt like scraps thrown together - not well thought out about what vegetables would be nice to eat. I suggest peppers onion potato carrot etc but this was like Broccoli and broccoli stalk (not a good veg for a curry in my opinion it was soggy and likely added to the watery'ness).

This place does great food at great prices. What’s not to like. They have a license for alcohol but I think they are soon changing to a “bring your own” restaurant so bear that in mind.

This place is fantastic, from the poppadoms to the naan & everything in between, gorgeous 👍

Everything cooked to perfection, highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely delivery driver, polite and respectful. Food did not disappoint everything was hot and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again. Hopefully get to go and sit in and have the full experience.

Been using inner fire for years and the food has always been spot on. Last nights order was really disappointing. Everything tasted watery and bland. Hardly any meat in the two curries and the container of mushroom bahji was only half full. Wasted £30 when I could have got a better tasting Indian from the supermarket for a lot less

Usually order from here as there early, but not today, they should update customers on where there order is, I'm very unhappy

I've been buying take away curry for over 45 years, Last night was the first time I'd ever thrown one in the bin, horrible greasy unpleasant tasting muck, absolutely disgusting!

How is it possible for a Jalfrezi and a Vindaloo to be so bland, this is the most tasteless Indian Food I've ever eaten, also both meals were absolutely swimming in grease ..... Horrible!

Hi I ordered a chicken madras with boiled rice and and with in a hour of eating it I became violently unwell and have only just recovered, I don’t want to cause any problems but I am not happy at all would like to resolve this matter

Korma is watery and doesn't taste like korma, onion bhaji seem to be burnt a bit and the saag aloo is bland plus delivery was approximately 30 mins late from estimated time with no updates - not happy and would like a refund

Nice and homely, great food and good family day out. The waiter was bengali so we kind of just bantered over that the whole. I may be a bit biased.

Unfortunately my food order was missing the onion bhajis and the quality wasn’t the usual high standard the food was lukewarm and the delivery guy was quite rude,this is my go to place for Indian food but I wasn’t wowed 🤷🏻‍♀️

First time trying this lovely takeaway. We ordered meals for 6 people, it was ready within 45 mins for collection. Sadly we were missing the naan bread and poppadums but they realised immediately so before i had chance to contact them they,rang me and then delivered the missing items whilst the food was still hot! Onion bhajis were delicious crispy and not greasy, fresh salad too. Main dishes were the best I have tasted in long time, I'm so impressed will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you 😊 💓

Just got my first order and all I can say is wow clearly a madras curry taste amazing and very good value for what I got, fast service what more can you ask for thank you do much for giving me hope for my future curries

There were more vegetables in the briyani sauce than in the actual vegetable briyani. The pieces of chicken in the chicken briyani were the size of peas, and there weren't many in it either. I ordered aloo chat puri, but I received aloo chat wrapped in a small naan bread instead. It's not what I ordered. Overall, it's not worth the money. Will not order again.

First time I’d ever tried this place and was sceptical because it was so cheap but the food was excellent. The only tiny disappointment was the garlic chilli lamb sauce was a little thin but it still tasted great.

Very disappointed with our curry, extremely runny and no texture to the sauce just big lumps of onion. Could have made it at home. Taste mediocre

Um. Ok, so first of all the food was late. I can forgive that. It was friday. Then i realised they hadn't got the order right... Not by much, but i paid for two pots of mango chutney and two pots of onion salad. They sent 1, so that's £1.40 gone. But the real problem was the main course. I ordered chicken madras, special rice and a vegetable bhaji, and the food was so unpleasantly over-salted i had to bin it. It wasn't spicy, it wasn't balanced, it was awful. I won't be ordering off these guys again.

Absolutely worth the late arrival. By far the best curry I have had in years ! Ali the gentleman on the phone was lovely about my complaint of how long delivery was taking and offered discount on my next order if I were to order again... 100% will be going back. I've found my favourite curry spot !

Biryani was surprisingly rather spicy but nice flavour

Driver didn’t knock my door or ring my doorbell to let me know my food was here. He left it on the floor and went to drive off, I came downstairs because I heard a car outside, as I came out he drove off n said Thankyou. My food was not hot, my salad was not fresh as the cucumber and lettuce was literally going off, the chicken tikka and rice was dry and was not fresh also, I am very disappointed

Very good value. Helpful staff on the phone when I called to ask which dishes are vegan. Vegan friendly. Hot food delivered on time.
