Best Indian meal I’ve had since lockdown! I had Chicken Tikka Byriani with a madras sauce. Fresh, tasty with lots of texture..

An hour wait for the starter! we asked several times to be told a mix up with the ticket system although the order was written down on the pad so not quite sure how this was the case but this was their explanation. Having heard some good things we decided to try but were completely underwhelmed not just with the extremely slow service (too many takeaway orders going out the door I'd say) but, the food quality was average with my wife saying the lamb was tough so all in all, not good and probably will give it a miss in future.

Had 2 deliveries from Blue India and the delivery was quick. The food however was bland. The jalfrezi had no flavour or spice. The chicken pakora seemed to be a big Chinese sweet and sour ball. Both takeaways were as bad as each other, we gave it a second chance as Indo was so good. Need to find a new Indian takeaway.

23/7/22. My wife and I thought we will try the new blue India as we stop using Indu restaurant sometime ago. Food Bland no taste. Ambience zero boring. Waiter service not great try to make conversation didn’t happen. Real shame just really hoping one day this Indian restaurant will take off They just can’t get it right. We will not be returning or recommend this restaurant Windlesham Rashoi much better restaurant and ambience. Rate 0 out of 10.

Having visited before under the old management I was expecting similar standard however King Prawn Puree was damp, tasteless and lacking King Prawns and those I found were awful. Tandoori King Prawn Shaslik, 7 butter fly prawns, all burnt and mainly inedible, the most expensive dish on the menu. Keema Nan not cooked. Partners dishes also bland, peshwari naan ok as was mushroom bhaji. Will not be returning.

They call themselves Indian restaurant and selling Indian curry. I called before order and explain I need proper curry and what I got was a disgrace. All the curries were sweet!!!!! Really. I cook better than what they delivered and all that for £64. Total waste of money. I suggest they get there chef trained again to what is proper Indian curry and stop calling themselves blue india and stop spoiling the name and expectations. I called before order and spoke to Farook and explained what I am expecting despite that got a total waste. Why you guys defame Indian curries when you can’t cook properly. Spoiled my whole evening and expectations.

This restaurant is now called Blue India. We have been a couple of times under the new management and will be going again. The staff are very attentive and the food is outstanding. Well worth going to.

I'm afraid to say but this wasn't a very good experience. Went there for the usual Sunday Buffet only to be told they were no longer doing this. However we decided to remain and choose from the main menu. Popodoms and dips were good, however after ordering our mains they arrived within 5 minutes. Impossible if they are freshly cooked - without a doubt they were microwaved. So very disappointing to see what was once a good restaurant resorting to warming pre prepared dishes in a microwave.

Thought I would give them a try it’s been a while since I did as I always use Amish. I now know why I use Amish, absolutely awful, really tough lamb, almost inedible. They had their chance, back to Amish I go.

We came here for their £11.95 Sunday Special Menu - 4 courses, poppadom, starter, main, side (1 per 2 persons). Great range of choices menu pic attached). Food was superb and the service excellent. Portions were generous and beautifully presented. Highly recommend

The food was really tasty and the service was excellent! I can honestly say it’s the best Indian food we’ve had in years!!! Beautiful restaurant too. I highly recommend this plac.

Amazing food! It’s highly unlikely for me to like everything i order from the menu. This time around everything tasted so good. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef himself at the end. He definitely knows how to make even the simple most dish taste scrumptious. I must also mention the waiter as was really helpful and friendly. :)

Sadly our meal out with friends in October was marred with unhygienic, non covid safe, poor quality and unfriendly staff. There was no visible track and trace app to scan, no hand gel anywhere, seating crammed in so my back was touching the next tables chair. The staff were wearing their masks hanging off their chins. The food was very poor; fatty chewy lamb, food dumped unceremoniously on our table, tomato slop rather than fine dining. All in all I’m amazed this establishment is being allowed to stay open!

We used to visit reasonably regularly around four - six times a year over the last couple of years .Staff used to be attentive very polite, helpful and happy. Food used to be excellent and so did the service. However we visited in September hoping for a safe enjoyable meal with COVID restrictions being taken seriously. How I was WRONG not one member of staff was wearing a face mask correctly, it was either worn under their nose of under their chin. No hand sanitizer was available and no one took our details when we booked the table over the phone or even when we entered ! The seating plan and table distance was not changed or altered to accommodate social distancing. The restaurant was completely packed, with it being a small restaurant this was really not a safe dining experience. Waiter did not speak, I had to ask for clean cutlery and the food quality and taste did not match that of the food we had Pre- COVID. Whilst eating we were pestered by little flies that landed on and around our food during our visit, worrying considering we were seated near the kitchens. We were also handed dirty menus that had definitely not been sanitized or cleaned ! We sadly will not be returning anytime soon.

Went out for a rare evening with my partner and we were left disappointed. My white wine smelt and tasted of nothing, making us both suspect it was watered down. Even when a new bottle was opened in front of us, it wasn’t much better! Staff had their masks worn under their chins the whole evening. There was no hand sanitiser available and we weren’t asked to check in (nor was there anywhere to so so). Staff were uninterested, verging on rude. I’d been to the restaurant previously and had a much better experience. It has definitely gone downhill and the owners clearly have no respect for the rules around COVID. We can’t deny that the food was very good but when you eat out, it’s about the experience as much as the food. We won’t be going back.

Ordered a takeaway last Friday (23/10); Samosa and Bhaji starters, followed by Chana, plain rice, Naan, Lamb dish and King Prawn Balti. Not cheap at over £40 but having had one previous sit-down meal there a year or so ago, I remembered the food and service was OK then. Boy, how wrong was I giving it another go. Rang the order in and was told 30 minutes, arrived at given time and waited another 20 minutes. Unpacking the food back home revealed two floppy pale Samosas and two cold soggy Bhajis that had soaked up and was saturated in oil (dripping through the paper bag). Lamb dish was overly sweet and the meat inedible, by that I mean you had to saw at the meat to cut it, rock hard. The prawn dish bland and tasteless. Plain rice was basmati (wife prefers long grain to basmati), Chana and naan were fine. I immediately rang the restaurant to complain and was passed over to the manager who promised to call back as they were very busy. That was three days ago and, although I didn’t for one minute believe he would, he hasn’t. I had picked up a bottle of wine at the Coop across the road before going to Indo and wished I’d bought a selection of Indian dishes there, genuinely would have been better.

We had passed this restaurant for years as we travelled through Chobham but never went in. It has a modern exterior and looks very up market. We had an unexpected opportunity on to eat out Saturday and decided to order a takeaway. We tried to order on line and got though to the payment section when, after entering the credit card detail, we were told that they couldn’t process the order and to ring the restaurant. This I did with a very difficult to understand man on the other end. Eventually the order was taken and I was told to pay at the restaurant. When I arrived, the order was ready and waiting. When I came to pay, the waiter said that they were unable to take American Express despite the web site saying that it was accepted. This was why the online order would not go through. Visa went through just fine and we came home. But to the food. Everything was perfectly good and tasty except for the meat. My wife had chicken tikka korma and I had lamb tikka korma. My wife’s chicken was very near to being dry and tough. My lamb was mostly inedible. Of all the pieces of lamb only one was tender enough to eat. All of the others were very dry and tough. On cutting one of the pieces of lamb it was very well done and very dry It was a great pity as the korma sauce was delicious. The nan bread was beautiful and light. The rice was a bit firm for our liking but that is a personal preference. The advertising says “Fine Indian Dining”. I am afraid that in our experience is was not “fine” in any way. We are not vegetarians so to be offered poor quality meat is very disappointing. I very much doubt that we will be back.

First time to the Restaurant after we had a Just Eat delivery we wanted to check the restaurant out, booked a table. Very friendly service food was top notch we had a sample of starters and took the main home as my hubby can’t eat so much.Definitely recommend this Restaurant

Food nice! The rest not so good, Ambiance is definitely missing here, staff were dry and had no charisma. Place had flys all over the tables! On a cold night as well. Food was okay, but this is definitely not fine dining at all. Me personally I think the place needs a good heavy duty clean.

We did not get a great impression to start with when the waiter seemed uninterested that I said we'd booked - and just looked around to find a spare table. On doing so he wiped away a few crumbs on the table with his bare hands.In addition, he kept his mask lowered below his chin for the entire time we were there. (Fair enough to take a rest when behind his counter, but not elsewhere).Furthermore the tables were too close together and my partner was well under 1 metre from the person on the next table.In general he didn't seem to be that interested in 'service' and even forgot one of our starters and didn't apologise.To be fair the other waiters who stepped in from time to time were great.The food was very good - no doubt about that - though we failed to see why this place justified calling itself fine dining. Having recently been to a real fine dining experience at Stovell's just down the road, I'm afraid it was not in the same league.

My friend and I visited this restaurant for the first time and I tell you now we will not be visiting again. We had a table booked and when we arrived we were not even acknowledged by the staff, 15 minutes later we were approached and taken to our table. The waiter then came over and asked us if we would like popadoms, 20 minutes later my friend approached the waiter and asked where they were. Finally they came and we waited a further 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared and we had to approach the staff to order our mains. Our mains arrived without cutlery and we had to go and get our own as the waiters were clearly incapable of doing that, 35 minutes later and we were not even asked how our meal was until after. I spoke to the staff in regards to the service and he himself said it was unacceptable and was rather rude yet they didn’t do anything about it to resolve the issue. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!

Visited this restaurant Sat 22nd Aug. Excellent food and service and manager very friendly. Have been here a few times. Recently refurbished.Would definitely recommend. I had Salmon for starter and Chicken Tikka for main (chicken moist and tasty), tarka daal was fantastic.Also offered to arange a taxi for us though we had already arranged this. Worth a visit.

Two of us took advantage of the 'meal deal' to go to a new (to us) Indian and we were not disappointed. We will be back to pay full price again for a superb well cooked and priced even without the 'deal' meal.

Been using this restaurant for years, always been consistent, tasty food, reasonable prices. But this was our first visit back since the lockdown started. It was terrible, chaotic service, too slow and the food was dull. They seemed to be more interested in serving the takeaway business and they weren't doing that very well judging by the look on peoples faces. Real shame, will have to find somewhere else as we are never going back.

Been coming here on a Sunday night regularly before lockdown and tonight was the first time back since beginning of March. Very disappointed. Dismissive of covid - we had to ask for hand sanitiser. Plates were greasy with fingerprints. We were not ask to provide contact details either. Order was incorrect and had two dishes missing. When the bill came, we asked for it to be split and the waiter (who had no listening skills) firstly decided to take the bill off one card, then when we corrected him, lifted the other card off the table before asking if it was ok, and then tried to charge us for a bread that did not come in the first place..........Will not be coming back in a hurry.

We ordered a delivery. Both main courses whilst read differently in the description turned up almost identical and not as we’ve previously ordered. On phoning the restaurant they were most unhelpful.

Very good food with varied menu. Something for everyone Friendly welcoming staff. Best Indian restaurant in the area.

Good delivery curry. Prompt delivery and good portion sizes.All food was pretty good, could have done with more chicken and less sauce on the Korma and Tikka, but was tasty enough. Mushroom rice, onion bhaji, saag aloo, Naan bread and lime pickles were good. No condiments with poppadoms was a bit of a let down and mushroom bhaji just tasted a little weird.Star of the show was the Garlic Chilli Chicken, fabulous.Would we try again? Well, we’re going to try somewhere else next time.

We ordered a home delivery on the occasion of our wedding anniversary because the restaurant is closed due to the coronavirus lockdown. The online ordering system was great and the food arrived about 15 mins earlier that expected, but no problem. Everything was perfect temperature and tasted very fresh. We ordered about £40 of food for two people including starters and side dishes - sheek kebab, onion bhaji chicken pathias, sag aloo, rice, naan, poppadum. Very tasty, LOTS of chicken in the curries, great portions and we were well and truly stuffed and satisfied. We will go back!

Was traveling to see family in woking and I found this amazing Indian on the way. I love Indian food and mixtures of spices in here was great tasty treat for us.....would visits again when I am around this area.

We went to Indo as as a family on Christmas Eve. It was a nice restaurant with polite staff. It was very clean and well presented. The food was good. The tikka and korma were a little sweet. We really enjoyed all the dishes and had a lovely evening.

If I really want to be fussy and try to find a fault it has to be with the Serving Spoons being cold. Other than that there really is nothing else negative.Sunday fixed price menu at £11.95 for a 4 course meal really is terrific value for money. OK its not a vast menu to choose from but your sure to find something to your taste.Chicken Tikka for Starter was very good, flavoursome without being to overpowering. Likewise so was the Onion Bhaji.Mains were cooked to perfection just spicy enough.Rice was perfectly cooked fluffy and not at all soggy.Garlic Naan had an excellent flavour. Slightly sweet and offset by the Garlic.Good prompt service.Overall an enjoyable Dining Experience.We will surely visit again.

My wife and I visited the restaurant last night for the first time and I can honestly say I’ve never eaten worst Indian food in my whole life and it’s my favourite food so I’ve been to many Indian restaurants all over the UK.Food was stale and poor to taste. The main course was not even what was ordered but we tried it anyway and had 2 Mouthfuls and had no more.. The sagaloo wasnt fit to eat ! Paid the bill and left with a View of NEVER AGAIN !

I ordered 28.40 pounds worth of food , no special stuff at 6:39pm online . At 7:10pm they phoned to say they couldn’t do one of the starters so I ordered a Tikka starter instead. 8:10pm it arrived. Bhajis Luke warm, no onion salad or mango chutney despite ordering , mushroom rice was so fine , bits were like cous cous in places, was a bit slimy for my liking to be honest. Tikka Masala ok but had to go in the microwave for a minute. To top it off I gave the driver 29 pounds and he promptly walked off, I wasn’t going to ask for the 60p but he could have made an effort to say thanks or offer change. Will not be ordering again.

A family group of 8 booked and arrived for 6:30pm. Not busy, a few tables occupied at most. Drinks and poppadams ordered after 5/10 mins and arrived 5 mins later. Food (main courses + sides, no starters) ordered by 6:55. Tables of 2 and 4 (seated later) around us started receiving food. After 30 mins we politely queried why it had been a while since our order, assured it would be with us shortly. At 7:50 we had to ask again, told there was a problem with the electronic ordering system which didn’t seem to be true as orders around us had been processed with no blip. At no point did anyone voluntarily come to our table nor could they answer a straight question as to when our order had gone into the kitchen or when we might receive our food. At 8pm we paid for what we’d had and walked out. Shocking that the staff/kitchen were not monitoring this OR as actually appeared to be the case, they were prioritising takeaway orders over larger tables. The staff just did not grasp that it was unacceptable after an HOUR AND A HALF for us not to have the food we ordered. It’s been years since we’ve been to Indo because service was slow the last time - we thought tonight we’d give it another try and unfortunately it could not have been worse.

I live very close to Indi and have personally always loved their curry. It’s a nice restaurant and the staff are helpful and friendly. Tonight I bought a take away, they were very helpful and listened to my request for NO spice in my wife’s curry. It was very good and we will be back.. Mr Nigel

Delicious food nicely presented with helpful friendly staff. Reasonable value for money. Nothing much else to say, but apparently that's not a long enough review, so I'll tell you a joke: Son -"dad can you tell me what's a solar eclipse? Dad- " no sun"

Easy to use online system and prompt confirmation itemising your order. Arrived on time, delivered by a very polite gentleman.Food was excellent quality, very tasty in a good sized quantity.My only criticism would be a lack of spice in the garlic chilli chicken. Tasted fabulous but lacked the chilli kick. Rest of the dishes again could have done with a little more spice, but overall very good quality.

I asked my partner if we could eat at Indo’s as I had never eaten there before and wanted to see what it was like. The Himalayan chicken was delicious and the garlic naan was really good too. HOWEVER, the evening was spoilt as the manager was busy reprimanding his new waiting staff who was obviously new but doing a great job, in our opinion. We were the only guests eating there at that time but that didn’t prevent the manager from scolding and pointing and really making the new waiter feel small. It made us both feel very uncomfortable and is the reason we shan’t be returning. What a way to spoil a birthday :(

I have been to this restaurant a few times now and have had a lovely meal every time. Great service, delicious food and wonderful all round hospitality. Would definitely recommend!!

Had last takeaway approx 2 years ago. It was shocking. Tried again last night and the food was awful. Inconsistent portions, worst Nan breads i’ve Ever tasted and when i asked then to make my Brinjal Bhajee madras hot, they simply shoved 3 green chillies into the carton. A con! Never again

Firstly aside the issues with my order which I will go into soon, the food was lovely but such a shame the service was not.

I recommend the Chom Chom! Been my go-to Curry House for years. Friendly staff. Cash or card accepted.

Looks great from outside but unfortunately the staff were rude and insisted on cash payment. Worst curry i’ve ever tasted. Hair in food, so didn’t finish meal and left. Told them why I wasn’t going to pay and owner became aggressive.

I visit this restaurant regularly and love it! Great food and such friendly service. Dill looks after us so well that it is a pleasure to return. Sue

As always INDO provides a cracker of a meal. They have never let us down. The staff are always super friendly and attentive.

We had a great meal. The restaurant is very clean. The stuff very polite. Tasty food. Great poppadoms with amazing sauces. Coconut rice is a must to try.

Charming staff, food OK apart from a duck dish which was inedibly tough but for which they did not charge us. We asked for sliced chicken, not cubes, and got cubes. Comfortable surroundings and easy parking. Just need to up their game a bit.

Deeply disappointed on this visit. Having visited on a number of occasions.

I have been visiting this restaurant and takeaway for 5 years and I have never found anywhere that compares to their quality food and friendly service. Whether you fancy a takeaway or their sit down service you will not be disappointed.

We went as a family on Father’s Day for the Indian Buffet. I went with my wife and 3 sons - 20, 14 and 11.

Ok tasting food though the sauces are too tomato pastey sweet like most Indian restaurants in the UK. Would be nice if they used fresh ingredients instead of catering packs. No decent Indian restaurants in this area sadly

Visited for Mother’s Day but had not booked

We were asked to leave the Sun Inn as they wanted our table for diners despite it not being reserved so came here for dinner. There were 8 of us celebrating a reunion and the staff were good and the food plentiful and good quality

We went for lunch at 1.30 and finished by 2.30.

Great quality, fresh ingredients- overall really tasty food! Have used Indo for 9 years now and they remain as my favourite curry house.

Indo was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. The food was beautiful. There were 3 in my party and we all tried a bit of each others - very different dishes but all were flavoursome and couldn't be faulted.

If you like a curry to not taste as it should and rubbish service this is the place for you...a perfect example one evening we arrived to dine and the place was surrounded by police customers were running around manager lost in despair. The problem..2 cooks had a knife fight and were arrested so no good that night. Very bad tandoori mixed grill awful Korma worse jalfrasi...give it a miss.

Tried x 2 of their new ‘signature’ dishes and both were quite superb. One of the waiters was distinctly ‘distant’ and even unfriendly which stopped me giving the fifth star. Although the service was ok, it was a little slow due the resturaunt being packed on a Saturday night.

Nunca he revisado Indo. He estado aquí muchas veces. Esta ocasión fue muy buena. Excepcionalmente tranquila un sábado sin embargo. Buenas noticias para nosotros, porque eso significaba que teníamos un gran servicio. Pedimos unas bebidas y poco después pidió la comida. Nos sentamos a unos 5 metros de la zona de bar que era bueno para nosotros. Nuestro popadoms acompañados de chutney manog llegó, y algunas salsas picantes.

La primera vez que he ido a este restaurante. Cuando llegamos, el lugar estaba vacío, excepto una mesa. Nos pusieron una mesa al lado de este pie, preguntamos si nos podíamos cambiar y nos dijeron que no, ya que cada vez más gente. No ninguno. El menú era genial todo lo que se puede pedir. Pero la comida que pedimos era duro y no de un gran nivel. La factura fue de 30 libras por persona y teniendo en cuenta que sólo tenía dos bebidas muy, muy caro. Al final de la tarde el personal estaba más preocupado en cómo nos dejamos propina mucho más que no tenemos una buena noche. No volveremos

El pashwari naan no tenía fondo. El interior había caído y estaba todo el fondo del plato. Esto era cierto para dos de las tres que nos dieron. La comida no estaba al nivel esperado de la comida a precios razonables.

Mi familia y yo hemos estado en el muchas veces a veces indo-celebraciones de cumpleaños y aniversario, y (más frecuentemente) simplemente porque queríamos ir allí. Buena comida, bien servida, en un ambiente agradable.

Comida excelente, con mucha variedad y la comida era todo bien preparado, el servicio estaba bien, los camareros parecía algo distante y descontenta, pero bueno en general, visita a un precio razonable.

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces y me decidí por un regalo de cumpleaños. Como de costumbre, no me decepcionó. La comida es deliciosa. Lleno de sabor y muy bien preparado. Visto algunas quejas por el mal servicio en aquí pero nunca he experimentado y siempre ha sido muy buena. Muy bonito, un restaurante indio de calidad.

Peor Experiencia curry indio jamás! Reservamos el restaurante para una comida familiar en la víspera de año nuevo y pedimos tanto verduras y platos. No vegetales El curry era tan malo casi incomible con salsa de carne y casi soso dulce en los platos de verduras! Los camareros eran lo suficientemente racista para decir que la gente "blanca" no me gusta la comida picante, y es por eso que sus platos eran algo dulce sólo pueden tomar especias asiáticos! ! ! Otra familia sentado junto a nosotros también como su comida encontraron el curry sosa que salimos como la señora se quejó de que ella encontró en su curry spit desde el camarero me gustaba sobre su constante quejándose! Esta fue una experiencia horrible y yo no vamos allí.

La comida era increíble, de muy buena calidad y un buen precio para reflejar eso. Sin embargo, el servicio era pobre, lo que defraudarlos, tenían acabaron de sidra y eran lentos para servirnos además de servir otra comida mesas antes de nuestro entrantes. Sin embargo, estaban muy ocupados y pidió disculpas y la comida era muy agradable, de ahí la revisión 3* en general.

Had seen a mix of reviews on this place but had some good recommendations too. So decided to give it a try. I have to say the visit was very disappointing. Food average at best. Service slow and sloppy. Certainly won't be rushing back. Better places for a curry locally.

Absolutely disgusted , Resturant selling a bottle of coke ( which states £1 on them ) for almost £4 .Will not be going here again !!!!!

The food is wonderful here! Beautiful dishes, with a huge variety, and the most authentic tasting Indian dishes from any curry house around. The restaurant is always very full, and has a great atmosphere. The staff could be a little friendlier, however the service is always very quick!

Came here with a couple of other lads, We pre-booked a table and were greeted at the door and taken straight to our table. The staff weren't unfriendly but they weren't very talkative even when i asked for a recommendation on the menu they didn't really say much until i started asking about specific dishes but even then not very informative. They did however ask us if we wanted to charge our phones and did so for us which was nice. It was quite busy in there which was nice because there is nothing worse than a restaurant where you can hear your own voice as there is no one else there. I ordered a Lamb Chom Chom which i had never had before and it was one of the nicest curry dishes i have ever had, i haven't tasted anything like it, I would highly recommend this. The sauces that accompanied our dishes were nice although the poppadoms were dripping in oil so needed a bit more draining. Not too expensive either so all in all very good and i will return.

Popped in for a takeaway on a Sunday evening... it will be the last time I visit this restaurant. Bland and boring, bit sad as it used to be so good.

Amazing Indian restaurant, the food is simply sublime! It's perfect for taking our young family on Sunday lunchtimes. They make us very welcome. Cannot recommend enough.

Popped in at 22:20 hrs on way home and picked up a take away for the wife and myself. No one in the restaurant (Tuesday Night) and got served straight away by friendly staff.I have been meaning to pop in to this place for some time to try it as the restaurant is lovely inside and Chobham is nice anyway.I ordered two mild dishes to share being a chicken laaw, lamb tikka masala, mushroom rice, garlic naan and a couple of popadoms.There was hardly any chicken in the chicken dish and the lamb was very over cooked and hard. Popadoms incredibly salty. Mushroom rice was good.At best and pushing it the meal was average and as I was the only customer getting food there is no excuse for over cooking, it should have been steaming hot, fresh and tasty.I was disappointed as I was looking forward to returning to the restaurant with friends.

Met up with a couple of friends for a meal here, and only one other table occupied. Service was friendly if a little disorganised, and meal on the pricey side, but that may have been the bottles of Cobra. I obviously made a bad choice as dish sounded interesting, but turned out to have a gloopy creamy sauce, and I suffered heartburn that night as a consequence. Maybe I should have read the menu more closely, but wouldn't rush back.

We were supposed to be going somewhere else completely on a Saturday evening. However, we ended up here. Fantastic food. The only thing that let it down was the service... Slow and unorganised. However, I was given a beautiful rose after our meal.

I live in Chobham and when this restaurant opened in 2008 (I think), we used to be weekly visitors. I think we gradually got fed us with rather bland, gloopy curry and probably because we found The Mango Lounge in Windsor, that we stopped going. In the last 3 years, we've been back about 3 times - each time hoping to enjoy it and become a regular again. Each time we just think its not been particularly enjoyable. To be fair, we don't think Amish is any better. I always think to myself, if I were to run an Indian restaurant with very limited local competition, I would ensure that the dishes were superb and I would work hard to really develop a strong brand and local market position. We'll probably try it again in another year or so....

Ate here last night in a party of 4. I certainly would say in terms of food this is one of the best Indians I've eaten at within the area. Everything packed a great punch in terms of flavour. Good choice of beer, absolutely no complaints on that side of things. The only thing I would say is that the staff should maybe try and be a bit more engaging with customers. They didn't seem too happy most of the time. Overall though a top experience and I will be back.

Authentic well priced food. However the service was very poor, I ended up feeling sorry for the waiter as he looked so depressed. He was pretty rude so I just went along with it imagining that it was the Indian version of Wong Kei in Wardour Street!! Will go again though as I know the food is so good....

Food was enjoyable and prices reasonable all let down by a waiter who obviously didn't like his job - surly almost to the point of being rude. We were not the only table to complain. Lots of other choices nearby so we won't be returning!!

We went with some friends who had been before and they said the service wasn't great but the food was really good . I have to say they were correct about the service , the waiters all seemed really unhappy and miserable . I had a lovely starter but unfortunately it went downhill from then on , two people of a party of four ordered lamb dishes which were inedible as they couldn't cut through the lamb it was so tough and my vegetarian dish was awful . We were also sat right under an air conditioning unit and it was freezing .It is quite possible this was the worst experience we have had in an Indian restaurant and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy .

Having visited almost every other Indian in the area decided to try this one, and very glad that we did. Sizzling duck starter was outstanding, as was Tropical Biriani. Place was pretty full, menu gave more choice than your usual Indian offers, and it was all very tasty. Bog standard frozen deserts.Would give 5 stars but service let them down, it was pretty rushed and impersonal. Lacking in detail also - clearing away starter plate while my wife was still eating, serving pudding without clearing debris from main course (ok I'm a messy eater!), slow production of bill, etc. But then presented my wife with a lovely rose on leaving, pretty good recovery in her eyes.Overall really great, we will return.

Dishes were full of flavour and well cooked. Had salmon tikka to start and just melted in your mouth with a burst of flavour. Mains just as nice and tasty. He bill was above average for an Indian with pricey drinks. All in all a nice, flavoursome meal and will be returning.

I love this place! I eat here every week whilst staying in chobham. The lamb dhansak is incredible and always served hot and fresh. The staff are attentive and always look after me! Living in the Midlands I have frequented many curry houses and this is right up there!

My partner and I visited on a Friday night in March. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy and we were seated right away. Great poppadoms, good onion bhajis and an enormous selection of curries..! The chicken tapeli was excellent as was the aubergine side dish. Fairly reasonably priced, and we enjoyed the sweet touch of a rose for myself on departure! Will definitely go back or try takeaway!

This was the second time I have eaten at Indo. On both occasions the food was fantastic. It didn't take long for the food to be served and the staff were brilliant. No complaints whatsoever. Strongly recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Curry dishes all taste the same all the same sauce just coloured differently the staff were very moody I will not be going there again

We had an excellent evening out with good food, good wine and certainly value for money. The Service was quick and efficient and the Staff were most courteous and accommodating. We will certainly be visiting the restaurant again and would definitely recommend it. Tricia - Chobham Business Club.

We have used Indo for take aways, meals out with friends and family and for the occasional Sunday buffet. The service is superb, the food is sublime and we cannot recommend it enough.

Just lovely consistently great food, we have eaten there about 8 or 9 times and never had a bad meal and the staff are always polite and friendly.

A group of eight of us ate here on Saturday night. Service was good and friendly - food was brought to the table quickly. Unfortunately the food itself was not well cooked and not tasty at all. The lamb shank was not tender, the puddings tasteless and the vegetables bland. There are excellent Indian restaurants in Woking so don't bother with this one.

My family have used this takeaway many times. The food is superb and clearly only contains great quality ingredients, however there is always such a long wait. I came in the other night, and had to wait 50 minutes for my order, kindly they gave us a drink to compensate, but I wonder what took so long in the first place. Apart from this, it is a great restaurant and would highly recommend it.
