First and last curry delivered ftom them. I've never had a curry so bland and tasteless before. Speedy delivery but a waste of money. Out search for a curry in Sutton Rd area continues.

Ordered a chicken korma and a lamb passanda with rice and a couple of sides. Both curries were completely tasteless, like it was extremely watered down. So basically the whole meal ruined. Got offered for it to be all replaced or a refund, so we straight away said a refund, as didn’t want the same to happen again. We both also felt a bit unwell the next morning. We ordered on 10th September 2024 and now it’s 9th October 2024 and still no sign of are refund! We phoned up again this weekend to be told the manager would phone us on Monday, but that was non existent like are refund!

Would never order again food was stone cold spent £60 between 2 people didn’t even order a lot either. The food looked like slop tasted rotten. No thought has gone into cooking this food and how they can serve I do not know! Was not nice complete waste of money!

Indian express is a delivery / take out only. Food is delicious, so tasty and very generous portions. Excellent value and delivery never lets me down. Would certainly recommend Indian express - I’ve been a repeat customer for a good few years now. Although I’ve recommended a few dishes below, our favourites at the moment are naga chilli chicken, chilli rice, chicken Ceylon vindaloo heat (which they do specially for us) and coconut rice it is Devine ! Nan breads are fresh and lovely too.

Take away delivered. Had various selection. Very disappointed with prawn curry. More potato and sauce with very few prawns .

Ordered some food, the restaurant accepted it, then ten minutes later cancelled without any reason or explanation. If you can't take an order then why accept it in the first place? Shame because we were really looking forward to it, but we won't use them again.

Been a few times and always enjoy the Indian food here. Its always ready for pick up at the allocated time, food is warm, a good portion size and full of flavour. They also gave us some additional poppadoms which were extra tasty.

Not great, they cancelled my order after accepting and waiting 30 mins. The time before that I ordered with them and they said they couldn't come out because of the weather they said they would refund me and never did. Such a shame as the time we did eat there before the food was good.

12 years as a regular customer, tonight just put me off totally from buying from here ever again,. Garlic chilli chicken, but no garlic. Apparently I am mistaken as i am told the chef did add garlic I explained my complaint but apparently I am wrong!!!!!! After 12 years I am lying...no offer of credit , apology was lack lustre.

After eating just 3 mouthfuls of meat a piece of Nann and a dip of very strange sour tasting Mint sauce I was then shocked to noticed that the chicken leg was undercooked, pink and bleeding meat. Safe to say that today I'm very unwell with Diarrhoea and excruciating stomach pains. Never again will I order from here.

Ordered the king prawn Dansak, the prawns were chewy and the sauce tasted horrible it was mushy and powdery as well. I ordered aloo gobi which was missing from my order so didn't get the food I'd paid for. The tandoori mixed starter had a dirty burnt flavour and the whole starter of mixed meats just tasted over cooked and all the same instead of the nice spiced charred flavour you'd expect. Very disappointing. The salad was like what you'd get from a kebab shop instead of an Indian salad and the mint sauce was luminous green and artificial tasting. On top of that they don't even throw in a free poppadom. This takeaway really need to make some improvements. I won't be recommending or returning. Absolute waste of money. Went in the bin .

Least flavoured curry I've ever eaten. Chicken was awful and full of red grisly bits. The sauce was just watery and awful, even curry from jars has more flavour than that. Naan bread was dry. Wrong drinks got delivered. Never again! Back to Indian Ocean in shepway for us, miles better.

Really really shirty service, food took 3 hours. Not haüpy at all with the situation , bolt did not deliver and they took zero responsibility of the situation. Even tho its actually the restaurants responsibility to deliver it.

Dreadful service- long delay initially which we accepted as it’s Friday night. Then it was an hour and half later than that and still not here. Couldn’t find us?! However we get a lot of take aways and no one else struggles?! Lots of conversations back and forth and we decided by 9.45pm that it was too late. So cancelled the order… However, the owners were exceptionally rude and couldn’t explain the refund process as it was via just eat- don’t use them if you don’t understand them!! The lady on the phone said ‘for gods sake’ and put the phone down on me, followed by blocking my number! I could then only get through by calling a different number from a different phone. I just want my money back and an apology. no refund yet!

Don’t bother, ordered food via just eat over one hour ago, was confirmed by the restaurant a few moments later, brilliant, got a notification to say it’s on its way, again brilliant, over one hour later they cancelled the order claiming there’s no drivers available, very suspect, don’t waste your time here if you want food delivered

The takeaway order was delivered on time though weather was bad in Maidstone.The Indian Express special curry of chicken and lamb slices was very tasty..But the Tandoori Mixed Grill platter was not great as the meat was chewy and not properly marinated as the chicken tikka and lamb tikka were tasting plain.

Hi, I’m not one to complain so this is a big deal for me, but the service I got from this takeaway was disappointing to the point I will never ever order from them again. I rang at least 4 times chasing my order!!!!! I live literally 10 minutes down the road from them, it’s Friday after a busy week working for the NHS I just wanted a nice takeaway delivered without the hassle of going out ( big mistake) !!! I ordered online for the first time and was told delivery would be at 18.10, just under an hour after I placed my order. An hour and half later nothing ... was told it was on its way.. then a further half hour. The food was ok not the best, but I was was so upset with the hassle it took away the treat that it was... felt very deflated and it wasn’t worth the £45 I paid. I wouldn’t order online again and think twice about ordering with them as they didn’t seem to care.

Drive past this takeaway on way home everyday so I thought I would try, rung up all ordered said it would be ready in 20 minutes (worried me) in the car park there was a tip out the front not a good look. Paid for the takeaway no problem noticed English people out the back rushing about not very authentic Indian takeaway if English people are cooking, when I got home all looked ok with generous portions they chucked in a free bit of greasy naan it went straight in the bin as it was dripping in fat and stunk like the oil hadn’t been changed in a good while. Korma was very bland tasted like it was mixed with water instead of dairy. Overall food bland will not be returning. Amazed I see 5* reviews the people must not get out much.

We ordered a takeaway from Indian express which we do quite frequently. But this time it wasn’t just nice it was delicious well done.

Ordered main and two sides all dishes were the same potato and mushy veg in a sort of sauce that tasted nothing like an Indian should you couldn’t tell that it was three different dishes WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Living in a small Village, it can be difficult to get Takeaways delivered as the majority of establishments have very limited delivery areas. We have been looking for a good Indian that delivers for a number of years and having tried a number who turned out to be mediocre at best upon reading some very positive reviews about the Indian Express my wife and I decided to try it for ourselves before exposing friends to it. Having been advised our delivery would take 1 hour it actually took approx 1 hour 15 mins. The food was of good quality and hot, a key issue for my wife. We will definitely be using this Establishment again when we fancy an Indian Takeaway.

We ordered 2 mains and a couple of side dishes to share between us. The mains were so greasy and flavourless that you couldn't tell which was which.

Disappointed with small amount of chicken in the tikka masala and the peshawri naan had hardly any coconut . To top it all my partner took a mouthful of rice which also had an approx 8 inch hair in it which he had to pull out his mouth ! Needless to say we won't order from this takeaway again.

Recently moved to the area and desperately seeking out a new curry takeaway. Tried this one twice now. Have had a nice meal on both occasions, hot food, fresh and delicious. No compliant and would order again.

Our favourite Indian restaurant doesn't deliver, so we tried this takeaway service with free delivery to our Maidstone home. Dhansak dishes were very good--all arrived at stated time and piping hot. Would use again.

Pedí una para llevar desde aquí para mí y mi novio. Yo tenía 'pollo a la mantequilla y él tenía un 'plato de pollo tikka'. Tanto olía fatal incluso antes de abrir la tapa. Después de abrir nos pareció que eran un horrible color gris bajo la ladera de la piscina de petróleo. No me gusto como curry, y ambos sabían muy similar teniendo en cuenta que pedimos cosas muy diferentes. Estábamos muy hambrientos después de esperar más de una hora para nuestra entrega así que comimos algunas de todos modos sólo se mantenían despiertos toda la noche de tener que tomar turnos para ir al baño! Ambos aún muy enfermo al día siguiente con vómitos. Por favor no comer aquí!

Absolutely terrible. Rude on the phone, took over an hour to arrive, cold once here, hardly any meat in each curry and wasn't very nice at all. Most of it went in the bin.
