Lovely place and lovely staff. Much better than other local food

I love eating here, the food is great, the staff helpful and the environment clean and calm, if you like nice food to eat here.

Love the bold yellow decor of this cafe, looks very Thai! The food is very reasonably priced and I spent less than £10 for a noodle soup and drink. Great authentic Thai flavour cooked by friendly Thai chef. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This place 100% reflects the taste of Thailand. The food is phenomenal. It looks exactly the same as in Thailand. If you want to experience the true flavors of Thailand, you have to go there. I recommend !!!

Great little locally run very reasonably price Thai place as authentic as I’ve been able to find for a long way. They have recently expanded and added an eat in themed restaurant which makes it 100 times better. Highly recommend all the food, especially the mixed started! You order at the counter the takeaway place, take a table number and they bring it to our Never eaten a bad meal here. I normally go for the Massaman curry (as it’s the non-spicy curry option) or pad thai. Two meals and the mixed start come to just over £20 and food comes super quickly! Bar in the seating area sells a range of cocktails, beers, smoothies, bubble tea etc

Best Thai food in Maidstone. Fast delivery when ordering through just eat. Lovely customer service and sit-down eating available. Again, Pad Thai Live didn't disappoint. 10/10, the new bar with milkshakes, alcohol and bubble tea is a very nice addition

Brilliant, tasty food. Quick, fresh and hot. Shame there were no peanuts on the pad thai but I would deffo recommend 👌 they do JE / Deliveroo too so I'll order from these in future for takeaway

The service was good and the food was good too. We had Massaman curry and Duck noodle soup. The curry, as usual, was lovely, the soup was way too peppery (as in black pepper) for me, and I couldn't eat it. That isn't the restaurants fault as I think it was my taste buds.

Have tried Duck Noodle Soup (£8.5) & Veg Pad Thai (£6), soooooo delicious! Very authentic, not expensive. Staff is very friendly. Royal Star Arcade is a very quiet shopping centre and you can sit there and relax. Hope can go every week😂

Came here for lunch, ordered prawn green curry which was very good. I had it as a takeaway, it took a while to come but yet again meant it was freshly cooked. I would come again, lots of GF options too.

Taken myself for lunch there today. Had My favourite Thai salad and spring rolls. Looks nice with the beach bar connected. Delicious food definitely recommend !

Beach bar is New and I feel like I'm in Thailand . Fabulous service , food is amazing and we are so relaxed . This is a must if you like Thai food . I would give the pad thai Beach bar 10 /10

Prices has more than doubled for the vegan options. They used to be around £4.50 but is now £9.00. The vegan options are the only options that has increased in price that high. There 'veg' options are misleading. I've seen people say that they ordered their vegetarian dishes but they don't do vegetarian. If you read the small sign next to the veg options, they put fish in the veg options.

Staff were friendly and helpful, best place to eat in maidstone for Thai food. Quick delivery by just eat. Highly recommend

Lovely Thai street food and very friendly staff but venue very basic.

Been using this place for a long time and was great food at a good price, but recently going downhill, had food today and was dreadfull, rice was limp and prawns cold, had massaman prawn curry that was flavourless, the potatoes were awfull. Don’t normally complain, and have travelled Thailand for many years so know about the food but feel very disappointed today for £20 spend and was almost inedible. Girls are lovely but I think they have taken thier eye off the ball. Looks like they are extending the restaurant and i hope they do well but if it carries on like today then it will fail. Please please take a good look the food served was totall rubbish today as has been for a while. I’d rather pay double and have good food than that disaster we had today

I eat here regularly. The staff are very friendly even though I can't speak thai lol. The food is always to a high standard

The food here was really tasty, after we ordered it took only about 15 minutes until four of us had our meals so fast service, the drunken noodles with prawns that I had were so tasty and I would highly recommend them as an alternative to the pad thai. There were lots of good quality prawns and the spice was perfect (hot) and you can have the dishes as mild or spicy as you would like. I would be happy to eat here again.

Tried this place for the first time...bought a vegetarian dish..when I received it, it smelled so bad...(maybe it's just me), but the noodles (?) seemed like they were cooked 10 times over and had the consistency of hardened slime. I complained and the response was that it's not their fault that I didn't like it...so I just left. Not going back!

worst thai experience i have had. i ordered off deliveroo. it was meant to come between 7-7.30 only for it to turn up at 8.30 no apology at all. the food was cold and the sharing patter was all shoved on top of each other so things that were meant to be crispy was not. the mains my husband had ordered the medium spice but it might as well have been the extra hot. and my pad thai was spicy and inedible just all stuck together. would not be getting from hear again.

Amazing establishment, food is always on point and delicious. I've been a regular customer for the last 2 years. Prices are also very affordable.

Started with a frosty welcome upon ordering, followed by a disappointing pork burger. Over priced, over cooked and just two salad leaves for garnish. £5 for a burger I would of guessed cost £1 max.

Food was freshly cooked right in front of you. Really lovely and helpful staff. I really recommend pad Thai live Maidstone.

My favourite item from pad Thai live is the Thai fried rice with chicken! Its so delicious and flavoursome! If its your first time I would definitely recommend the fried rice! Staff member really friendly and talkive which I don't see in other restaurants! Overall great restaurant! 10/10

Went here to try out the food as I was recommend by a few of my mates and I definitely agree with them! The good is so tasty and service is so fast! Had a thaiger chicken Katsu burger takeaway 😊

What a disgrace of a place. I waited for about 10 minutes in front of the people cooking the food, only to be told I needed to order in a different place. I was made to stand there another 10 minutes or so, only to be told that the food would be 30 minutes. When I voiced my disappointment and said I would leave them a bad review for wasting people's time in this manner, the server got really rude and started waving her hands around, telling me to "GO!" This is not just unacceptable - it is a very bad introduction for Thai food and culture, too.

This is a little hidden gem in Maidstone. Thoroughly enjoyed my food under the arcade, so without being enclosed but protected from the winter cold. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Incredible. Unreal. I rarely leave reviews but had to make an exception for Pad Thai Live. Great value, authentic food, I eat here every week. On my 8th loyalty card! Generous portion sizes and fantastic taste. Would highly recommend the chicken pad thai noodles and chicken satay skewers. As an enthusiastic connoisseur of the asian cuisine, I can safely say that Pad Thai Live trumps a number of far pricier restaurants, both local and in the City. I have introduced this restaurant to many friends and they have never been disappointed. 10/10.

Tucked away in the Royal Star Arcade this place cooks Thai food fast to order. So it's super fresh and tasty.

We had all items from their vegan menu. I wanted the thai red curry and they made it from scratch at an extra charge. It was so tasty and the flavours were emmense. We also ordered the strawberry and mango smoothies, I highly reccomend! Looking foward to eating there again soon.

Prices have gone up 20% recently so getting a bit pricey. Also wanted to charge 50p for a plastic container.

Just had a red Thai chicken curry and rice, £6, tasted amazing, really filling and freshly cooked, well worth £6. There is lots of seating and lots of choice, authentic Thai for lunch, definitely be going back.

One week chicken noodle soup - £7.00, the next week, same dish was £9.50!! Inferior quality the second week also. Questioned the management but no explanation!! Also, the cost has miraculously reverted back to £7.00 Normally very good food, but the above has left a very bitter taste!!

We had lunch yesterday at Pad Thai Live, service was very slow, food lucked flavour, pad Thai noodles didn't taste good. It should be with prawns we counted only 2 for extra 0.50£... Noodles were glued together, like there was an amateur cooking... Menu didn't had prices, unless you needed to go inside the place and look on the boards. So personally I would no recommend this place.

Amazing food and amazing staff, service was excellent.

Although they appear to be very slow preparing the food itself is worth the wait. The food court is open, airy and comfortable; pleasant for dining either as a family or alone as there is plenty of room. Perfect for wheelchairs, prams et al. Toilets upstairs but there is a lift with easy access. The food is not greasy! Unlike Chinese takeaways, this is cooks without the chemical additives or oils I've grown to expect from a takeaway.

Deliveroo these guys all the time for lunch and its' fabulous. The soups are healthy, tasty and always arrive hot. The spring rolls are so delicious I sometimes order 2 of them! Very good value too.

Pad Thai Live is a unique Dining Experience. I normally have Duck Soup. It has Layers of duck with Noodles and Vegetables in a Duck Soup. It is Delicious. They have a Visible Menu above the Servers and a menu that you can look at. The Staff are very Polite and Helpful. They also sell Soft Drinks and I am sure that they sell smoothies. Also, You can dine at Pad Thai Live. They have an area were you can sit down and eat. This dining area is around the back of Pad Thai Live. The Staff will direct you. Overall, a Satisfying and Enjoyable Experience. Definitely worth a Visit.

Heard good things about this place so had to try. Easy place to find in a quiet shopping arcade. Has tables nicely spaced out. Easy food menu with pictures inside shop to order from. Food is really nice and you can watch it being cooked...

Delicious authentic Thai food! Really loved it! The portions are also really good, the prawn dishes have a good amount of prawns, not like in many other places. They also provide good and fast service - perfect for a quick lunch. Will definitely go again.

This is a little gem, the girls run a very smooth operation here, food is always fresh and cooked in front of you. Remember it’s like a fast food cafe, excellent food and service we love it.
