The manager here the tall man with a beard, literally made us feel so valued. He helped my elderly grandad come up the stairs and sat him down. He remembered his order from last time as my grandad comes in regularly and greeted him with a huge smile and ‘hello uncle’. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service here is absolutely amazing and the dessert was yum too! Thank you so much

Pancake and Crepe were really nice. Malteasers Shake as well, but I am not sure if I got wrong shake or if Reeses Shake doesn't taste like Reeses

The milkshakes were terrible and thin, not enjoyable at all. Also the platter with fruit and chocolate was tiny not worth £10 at all. Not ordering from here again.

Have been in huddersfield twice and everytime i see this place and the diet goes out the window but it is worth it. Said and staff are really welcoming, feels like you are visiting family , not transactional at all, always makes you feel special. Top shelf place

Saidu in Huddersfield store is the nicest, most helpful and kind store assistant I have come across. He was very professional and courteous and made us an incredible cookie dough .. Thsnkyou Saidu, a credit and a pleasure to your employer ❤️

Food was excellent and tasty. The only let down was the delivery person was rude on his phone basically just chucked the bag at us. He even left the gate wide open

Do NOT advertise something as gluten free if its not actually 100% GLUTEN FREE. The damage is done now, no point in calling when my boyfriend is in a lot of pain. Please update your menus and train staff about gluten free foods and cross contamination etc.

6 small squares pieces of brownies which look like they are from a supermarket for £7.79!! Tried charging +50p to have no gelato, absolute rip off

Super delicious hot waffles. The taste is amazing it’s moist and the ice cream and chocolate balances it. Not too sweet absolutely perfect. Great service and ambience. I ordered THE ROYAL under the waffle section. Looking for a place this summer to have some treats and dessert in Huddersfield will surely recommend this place.

i came in around half 1 and was served by this guy. when we was served we was not greeted once and when we was wanting to pay by card we just got stared at like we spoke in another language which he didn’t understand at all. we repeated our selves and he was like oh and pulled out the card machine. not once did he apologise about the terrible service he gave us or ‘not hearing’ us. even if there was a misunderstanding he could have asked us what we had said rather than having a staring competition. in addition to this we ordered a strawberry bliss shake and i requested for it to be thick. i was replied to with a huff and a puff. when i received my milkshake it was runny like water and tasted like pure milk with bits. if he couldn’t follow simple instructions he should have told us beforehand. i’m paying for my own drinks it is not coming out of his pocket for us to be treated in such a terrible way. after all this he decided to not get his eyes of us which is really disrespectful . he then came when we was having our watery drinks and asked in such a sarcastic way whether everything was okay and then accused us of staring. we’ve always came here for dessert and have never been treated in such a way. what an awful experience x

I ordered two cornflake tarts; one with custard and one without. Both arrived with custard. I rang the restaurant immediately and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything about it. No resolution offered and was told there’s no drivers so they can’t send me another one.

Tiny portions, not worth the money

Delivery went to another house first after going to another restaurant it looked like on the app. The house was not on the way - the other direction. Ice cream melted, waffles cold

While not my preferred option, we were able to find here something that wasn't available everywhere - jam Roly poly which was fairly good. Brownies were also really nice. I would say it was slightly above average and definitely worth a visit if you are looking for something specific but I probably wouldn't go out of my way just to come here.

I order a white chocolate waffles with strawberry but a milk chocolate waffles with oreo came, I checked the receipt to see if it ordered wrong but I hadn't. other than this misshapen service was great and everything came quickly.

My Fanta bottle has a j2o lid on it and has leaked all over the stuff no way I am drinking this after it has been tampered with

The cookie dough and crepe wasn’t warm like it usually is and the ice cream was melting. 10 minutes was added on to the delivery time which was frustrating.

Lotus cookie dough sent with no gelato even though stated on the menu and no option to add. Also with the white chocolate cookie dough it says in the description it includes white chocolate gelato but it doesn’t and you have to add this on at an extra cost. The cookie dough was also overcooked. Disappointed as always enjoyed in store

Went in this week and was served a gentleman named Kenrick who made me a nice coffee, lovely customer service, very polite and helpful to me despite taking up a lot of his time being a new customer all while he managed new staff.

wide selection of dessert, very hygienic, staff were fantastic - Rose was so warm and friendly and made our experience so much more enjoyable, we also originally ordered a strawberry cheesecake but changed our minds a few minutes later when my friend caught sight of a chocolate waffle that was being delivered to someone else's table - however, kendrick was swift to accommodate this - so thanks to both of you! very inviting atmosphere so definitely will be back again,

Amazing place for frozen sweet treats. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere and aesthetics of the interior is cosy, and the milkshakes and ice cream are out of this world. As a college student myself I enjoy coming here for a tasty dessert after having lunch elsewhere😇🙌

Ice cream was horrible didn’t have a flavour just tasted like basic ice. Waffle didn’t have enough sauce on it all dough.

I've been there in Huddersfield tonight and ordered a banana and strawberry crepe, my son ordered a strawberry mojito and strawberry waffle. Lady who served us (supervisor) added extra £0.50 to my order because of extra banana topping. I said, I don't want any extra, I just want what is on the menu. She said it comes with banana or strawberry. But on the menu it's banana and strawberry crepe so that means it comes with both. Then when they gave us my son's order they said no more strawberry left so they can make my crepe only with banana. I said no problem then I want refund. First place she said can't refund but come back tomorrow or order something else. She said she needs to call the manager and after 15 minutes waiting she gave back my money. This is not fair to charge extra £0.50 for something what is on the menu without any extras. I'm disappointed and never come back again

Waffle looked like it had been swung around in the bag, had hardly any Nutella on, I paid for extra Nutella and that was no where to be seen, won’t order again

The service and delivery was great however the food whilst tasting great was not good value for money. The waffle had Bairly anything to it to say it’s priced at over £8 and the ice cream that came with it didn’t even fill half of the tub. I regularly order from this place and have never had anything to complain about however the standard of the food wasn’t great for what I was charged.

This was my go to place for desserts in Huddersfield and I have been a regular customer in this place. And today I was being served by the “so-called” manager who doesn’t know how to speak and behave with the customers and the service was pathetic.

Ordered from here a good few times never again im afraid ordered creps by the time it arrived it was all soggy and to top it off payed for ice creams never came with order rang the shop even accuses me saying he packed it himself!! Really well then they would of known they was not in the bag to top it off never even sent us the ice cream so never ever again quality of food has gone way down no apology or 😏😏😏😏refund disgusting attitude

So yeah the desserts taste okay but my God the portions have shrunk to less than half of what it was few months back and it's not a cheap place to start with. We will not be going back after tonight very disapointed.

Order came and they gave us the incorrect bottle of coke and completely forgot to give us the cheesecake. Called and they sent the cheesecake but that took around 45/50 mins from calling to arrive. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with orders from here

Wow! A huge range of tastes and prices, but all amazing to look at and delicious too. From not so basic ice creams, through school dinner puddings, to the tastiest and most colourful of desserts. We were all stuffed but left with smiles. Highly recommended, and the staff were lovely too!

Staff are really friendly and helpful.. but the prices are beyond a joke. £8 for a small thin cookie and one scope of ice cream. Wouldn’t even class it as an occasional treat

last time i ordered a cookie dough the box was actually full and enough for 2 to even share the cookie dough is not dough it’s rock hard and barely fills half the tiny box i paid a tenner for a cookie the size of my hand

Annoyingly charges you extra for gelato when bubbledough supposed come with it already. Doesn't look much in box but tasted OK.

Yesterday, was my brother’s birthday. Instead of a birthday cake he wanted a variety of desserts. We decided to try Icestone as we always go to Heavenly Desserts. I placed an order of 8 desserts over the phone, collected and brought it home only to find three liquid desserts had spilt inside the sealed bag, my vanilla ice cream was missing and there was the most stingiest amount of custard on two of the cakes. When placing the order, I requested (from the old school puddings section) a chocolate cake but instead of having it with custard I asked for it to be substituted for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I repeated the order with the gentleman numerous times to ensure the order had been processed correctly. Once the bag had been emptied (and there was no vanilla ice cream) I decided to contact Icestone. I explained the error as well as the fact the chocolate cake was incredibly dry (so a liquid element would have made a slight difference) only to be told because the receipt/ order doesn’t show the ice cream, he is unable to compensate for THEIR error. Again I explained I repeated the order multiple times so it’s an error on their part and we simply paid the amount that was requested. He was adamant there is nothing that can be done which left a terrible and long lasting negative impression of the company’s customer service. But to correct the employee… technically, I did pay for the ice cream as I swapped the custard element (because I don’t like custard) with ice cream. If there was an additional charge, the gentleman would have explained it over the phone and I would have happily accepted BUT the ice cream was part of the over all item. Aside from ice cream gate, the children enjoyed half of the milkshake (other half was floating in the bag) and the small ice cream scoops. As for the adults, there was minimal custard on the dry and hard cakes, what was left of the Faloodas (again some of it was floating in the bag) was hard and not pleasing on the palate and the chocolate cake tasted like cardboard. Terrible end to a lovely celebration. This experience has further confirmed that we will continue our loyal custom with Heavenly Dessert, they may charge a little more but we are never left dissatisfied.
