Icestone Gelato in Kirklees

Firstly the food came and only a cookie dough came when I ordered a brownie too, then when I contacted the restaurant the brownie came 1:30 hours later! Ridiculous

Missing one of the items, to which they said they “forgot” to put it in the bag. My pancakes are also tiny and flat. Not worth the money.

somehow ended up paying a bigger price for icecream even though you can get it for 50p? and wouldn't order the cookie dough again.. it tasted funny and ende duplicate leaving it. which to say it was the most expensive thing we ordered isn't the best.

Cake was stale and dry! A shame because previous orders have been good this one is going in the bin :/

Milkshakes were alright, however cookie dough not worth money paid. Extremely thin and definitely got smaller in size than previously purchased . Tasted okay but not worth the money

delivery never arrived. originally said delivery 22.00-22.20 then when it reached that time it kept increasing by 10-20minute increments. around 23.20 the app said delivery arrived at 23.55. It did not arrive at all

Waited over 2 hours for my food rang place and they said the driver cancelled and there wasn’t another one, could cancelled because it would of cost me. Ice cream is all melted now cos ur drivers were messing about and I would like a full refund for wasting my time

Ordered 2 deserts and the delivery driver refused to give food as he wanted a a code which I wasn’t given.. took the guy 10 minutes to give me my food..

I went with my friends to this place for the first time and we had the chocolate overloaded crepe and the San Sebastián cheesecake – both were delicious and came in decent portions. The service was top-notch as well. Tarek and Mohamed were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Came in at 10pm with my friend for an icestones because we was simply craving something sweet. Kenrick really politely greeted us and was straight on our order. He brought our drinks over with a smile and was just a really nice guy. Thank you Kenrick 🤌🏽

While not my preferred option, we were able to find here something that wasn't available everywhere - jam Roly poly which was fairly good. Brownies were also really nice. I would say it was slightly above average and definitely worth a visit if you are looking for something specific but I probably wouldn't go out of my way just to come here. Update October 2024: My friend keep on bring me here for the amazing jam roll polly 😁 and I have decided to try the biscoff cookie dough for a change which turned out delicious and hot. Definitely could do with additional portion of ice cream to make it even better as it becomes divine with even the single portion of the ice cream.

Shocking food absolutely freezing and deliver driver drove past house 3 times

Amazing customer service. They were very nice and welcoming. The food was so good. I loved it. Lovely way to spend my evening and didn't cost me a lot. Definitely will be going back again very soon!

Dont order from here ordered a choclate fondue from these guys when it arrived it was rock hard rang the store the woman who i spoke to was rude this place has gone down hill

Visited Icestone yesterday just before they closed for the night even almost at the end of their shift all the staff went out of their way to accommodate our order, one of our party had dietary requirements that the server went out of his way to accommodate for them. The cookie dough and gelato that I had was amazing and everyone else was very impressed with their food. I would definitely return.

The manager here the tall man with a beard, literally made us feel so valued. He helped my elderly grandad come up the stairs and sat him down. He remembered his order from last time as my grandad comes in regularly and greeted him with a huge smile and ‘hello uncle’. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service here is absolutely amazing and the dessert was yum too! Thank you so much

Visited Ice stone about 8pm with my sister for something sweet, and I got what I wanted. We entered and was asked very politely if we were eating in or out, we ate in, we was asked to pick a seat and would be brought menu's The menus were very nice and well laid out. We chose warm chocolate fudge cake a chocolate platter which had strawberry, doughnut bits cookies and marshmallows to dip in the chocolate, and some snickers ice cream. I was very happy with my choice and the platter was enough for 2 to share. My only problem was the ice cream didn't taste the same as I expected. The staff were very friendly and polite. Have been before and would come back again

Fabulous place! Friendly staff. We had desserts of pistachio cheesecake and biscoffi waffles and they were delicious. Portion sizes were huge too and prices were great! Highly recommend Huddersfield branch.

Pancake and Crepe were really nice. Malteasers Shake as well, but I am not sure if I got wrong shake or if Reeses Shake doesn't taste like Reeses

The milkshakes were terrible and thin, not enjoyable at all. Also the platter with fruit and chocolate was tiny not worth £10 at all. Not ordering from here again.

Do NOT advertise something as gluten free if its not actually 100% GLUTEN FREE. The damage is done now, no point in calling when my boyfriend is in a lot of pain. Please update your menus and train staff about gluten free foods and cross contamination etc.

Super delicious hot waffles. The taste is amazing it’s moist and the ice cream and chocolate balances it. Not too sweet absolutely perfect. Great service and ambience. I ordered THE ROYAL under the waffle section. Looking for a place this summer to have some treats and dessert in Huddersfield will surely recommend this place.

i came in around half 1 and was served by this guy. when we was served we was not greeted once and when we was wanting to pay by card we just got stared at like we spoke in another language which he didn’t understand at all. we repeated our selves and he was like oh and pulled out the card machine. not once did he apologise about the terrible service he gave us or ‘not hearing’ us. even if there was a misunderstanding he could have asked us what we had said rather than having a staring competition. in addition to this we ordered a strawberry bliss shake and i requested for it to be thick. i was replied to with a huff and a puff. when i received my milkshake it was runny like water and tasted like pure milk with bits. if he couldn’t follow simple instructions he should have told us beforehand. i’m paying for my own drinks it is not coming out of his pocket for us to be treated in such a terrible way. after all this he decided to not get his eyes of us which is really disrespectful . he then came when we was having our watery drinks and asked in such a sarcastic way whether everything was okay and then accused us of staring. we’ve always came here for dessert and have never been treated in such a way. what an awful experience x

I ordered two cornflake tarts; one with custard and one without. Both arrived with custard. I rang the restaurant immediately and they basically told me they couldn’t do anything about it. No resolution offered and was told there’s no drivers so they can’t send me another one.

I order a white chocolate waffles with strawberry but a milk chocolate waffles with oreo came, I checked the receipt to see if it ordered wrong but I hadn't. other than this misshapen service was great and everything came quickly.

Ending 2023 with the yummiest ice cream of Icestone Gelato. Tried cookie dough and caremal. Super yummy.

Lotus cookie dough sent with no gelato even though stated on the menu and no option to add. Also with the white chocolate cookie dough it says in the description it includes white chocolate gelato but it doesn’t and you have to add this on at an extra cost. The cookie dough was also overcooked. Disappointed as always enjoyed in store

Went in this week and was served a gentleman named Kenrick who made me a nice coffee, lovely customer service, very polite and helpful to me despite taking up a lot of his time being a new customer all while he managed new staff.

wide selection of dessert, very hygienic, staff were fantastic - Rose was so warm and friendly and made our experience so much more enjoyable, we also originally ordered a strawberry cheesecake but changed our minds a few minutes later when my friend caught sight of a chocolate waffle that was being delivered to someone else's table - however, kendrick was swift to accommodate this - so thanks to both of you! very inviting atmosphere so definitely will be back again,

Not enough custard in pudding and cookie dough had 4 strawberries on. Not nice at all.
