The desserts here and service were fantastic. Staff were friendly. One of the workers (Subhan) was incredibly friendly and welcoming making sure that every customer felt welcome and satisfied. His knowledge of the menu was outstanding, and he provided excellent recommendations that made my experience even better. I highly recommend visiting this place.

If you don't count the calories you eat, then Heavenly desserts are for you. There is an extensive menu of sticky sweet delights, and drinks both cold and hot. The restaurant is very clean, convivial and brightly lit. We had milk cake which was lovely. Parking is on street and when a fee is applicable you can pay with cash or on the Ring go app.

Ordered dessert from here, didn’t receive any strawberries, waffle was soft and came with wrong toppings.

Soooo disappointed. Ordered the French toast. Arrived and looked nothing like photo soggy cold 2 strawberries on top. Really bad would’nt recommend ordering from here tbh

Horrendous service. Don’t bother ordering from here. Delivery driver completely incompetent and only delivered half our order. £75 worth of deserts ordered and only 4 milkshakes delivered. The restaurant were passing the buck onto the driver

I was kindly met by shezy, he was an absolute sweetheart, the drinks were amazing, the food was spot on. Thank you very much :)

My milkshake was tipped over in the bag, lost half my milkshake. Cookie dough was rock hard and cold. Waffle was cold and undercooked. My children were so upset and I got 1/3 if a milkshake that was so thin it just tasted like milk.

We are visiting friends in Huddersfield and our first visit to heavenly desserts. First and foremost, the service, attentiveness and the ambience is superb. Desserts wise, we ordered white chocolate pistachio waffle with icecream, red velvet rasmalai cake and pistachio rose milk cake. I'm more of a savoury person rather than sugary. All 3 desserts are really heavenly and tasted superb.

We arrived and were told there would be a 5-minute wait while they cleared up a table. We ordered drinks and dessert. The service was very slow, and we waited more than 15 or 20 minutes for our drinks. I looked around and noticed that there were 6 tables that had not been cleared after customers had finished eating. I saw a male staff member on his phone. We didn't say anything, but the dessert was very nice, so I can't complain about that.

we were extremely disappointed by the lack of fruit and sauces. In this economy the prices go up and so does the stinginess . The only input I can give is that you need to take more care into increasing the fruit of the dessert . I had a strawberry , mango and coconut sundae which had hardly any fruit, a cookie dough getting smaller than my wallet. Lost a loyal customer today

the deserts and the drinks are so good and the presentation of the food was so magnificent. the place it’s self is so beautiful and the staff were really kind as well… if you want to go there, it’s best to reserve a table because sometimes there aren’t enough places. however overall i would totally recommend this restaurant

We come here quite a bit for the delicious desserts and fancied a treat tonight, we ordered delivery and when we opened the bag one of the items was not quite correct but I didn’t bother contacting the store directly as I didn’t mind too much. However, a few minutes later there was another knock at the door, we opened it to see that the store had realised the mistake without any complaints from myself and took it upon themselves to go out of their way and deliver the correct item with a note to say sorry. I thought this was wonderful customer service as most places would not do this, I would 100% recommend ordering from here.

Came here today with my daughter and we ordered a waffle and brownie explosion. Was greeted with excellent service by Aliah and she was friendly with my daughter. Desserts were great and well priced.

I’m not one to write a review but the service today was exceptional. Me and my family were served by Aliyah who was very kind and accommodating. We ordered the Lotus Biscoff milkshake which was incredible! It was the best milkshake I have ever tasted. The white chocolate cookie dough and the I’ll have what she’s having waffle were top tier. I can never fault the service here at Heavenlys in Huddersfield. It was an amazing experience and I have Aliyah to thank for this. I can’t wait to return!

During my recent visit to this dessert shop, I encountered a series of unfortunate service missteps that marred what could have been a delightful experience. Despite the shop not being particularly busy, the service was unexpectedly slow, testing the patience of any sweet tooth. The main disappointment, however, came with the order of the “bueno crunch.” Anticipation turned to surprise when it arrived not with the promised ice cream but with a different variety, accompanied only by sauce. The situation was only partially remedied upon request; while white chocolate shavings were provided, the essential crunchy bits that one would expect from a dessert with “crunch” in its name were conspicuously absent. In summary, while the shop itself presented a calm and inviting atmosphere, the lackluster service and failure to deliver on the expected dessert composition were significant letdowns. One can only hope that this was an off day for the establishment and not indicative of the usual standard.

The desserts were nice but disappointing that the sundae isn’t like the photo and doesn’t come in a glass jar like the photo. Very small dessert for the price

Second time ordering from here and it’s safe to say it’ll be the last! Fudge cake slice was a “slither” definitely not worth the £9 you’re paying!!

We came all the way from Bradford and wasn’t disappointed at all. Loved the staff interaction, were asked for allergies and he brought us a baby chair without us asking for it. The desserts were warm and fresh, I ordered a fudge cake for myself and loved it. Top notch food, even better experience.

Absolutely dreadful service. Don't bother. Came the day this was posted. Arrived with my wife for a pleasant dessert out and placed my order. 10 minutes after my order a small family and a few others place theirs. After waiting 30 minutes I've noticed the, Family and a few others have their order before mine, not to mention I only ordered a scoop of ice cream with cheesecake. Not a follow up, nothing, not even to inform me of an apology that they're taking so long. Its clear they were prioritising costly orders and not caring about the customers who wait patiently for their services. Terribly disappointed, I will recommend to anyone not to visit a place that wouldn't care about the experience they have there and only care about what's in their wallet.

Ordered a Nutella and banana crepe to take out which tasted good but to be charged £11, you would expect them to at least cover the crepe with slices of banana, instead there was 5 thin slices of the banana which barely covered a quater of a folded crepe, unsure as to why you would be stingy with a banana that someone is paying £11 for- daylight robbery! ! I wish I took a photo

Food was very cold looks like it was sat for a long time

Been there few times now. And I have to say never been disappointed. The environment, staff, service and the food is always next level. Family friendly place.

These guys have really fallen off, and honestly the guy apparently knows better when he’s recently started working here…don’t bother wasting your time; every single heavenly is better than this one. Hugely underwhelming in comparison.

Very good customer service deserts came in good time and tasted on point , was served by ayesha and fatimah who then packed up my left overs for me to take home.

The overall lateness was only 5 minutes after the later part of the original estimate but my main issue is that whilst keeping an eye on the tracker it showed the driver had my order but then it appeared as if the driver was stationary for around 10 minutes. This could have been caused at the the restaurant such as the order not being ready and the driver have to wait, but the website had changed to the driver which to a customer would mean that it's the driver whom is sat waiting with the food.

Impeccable food and the hospitality was amazing, much better than the other dessert shop across the street.

After a abysmal meal at another Huddersfield TikTok favourite we walked in, a party of ten at 2245. We knew they shut at 23:30. We were greeted with a smile the team working were hospitable and very welcoming. We ordered food and hot drinks. Two guys ordered water however the the staff gave us all water. The Milk cake was amazing along with the other deserts. The time was rapidly approaching closing, however we were never rushed. All in all the best desert place we have been too.

Croffle didn't have any pistachios on top, and we got the wrong ice cream flavour with it. Food was late. It tasted nice (especially the croffle - the brownie was a bit too sweet for my liking) but it was all INCREDIBLY overpriced for how much you get, even considering the price of everything at the minute, it should have been at least 25% cheaper.

My delivery did not come, request refund. I have screenshots of the times etc👍🏾never had a problem like this with just eat before.

I placed an order for raspberry white chocolate cookie dough. No raspberry was on there on either of them. And the portion size was a very thin compared to normal I normally eat in and out and it’s nothing like this

Honestly such an amazing and welcoming team. Fast service and always speak with the utmost respect. I was served by Fatima and had been given a great recommendation on the waffle. The manager with the headscarf was always checking if everything was upto standard and the highest equality. The most helpful and customer service I’ve had. especially as I struggle to pick from the amazing selection of desserts and drinks.

Ordered two cookie doughs and just got sent two tiny, single scoop, pots of ice cream. Did not receive either cookie dough and did not receive a full refund from JustEat. Not to mention it was late. Terrible service, won’t be ordering again.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was our first visit to heavenly and we really enjoyed .The service was impeccable and we all really enjoyed our food and drinks . Want to say a big thanks to Alia as she was so patient ,helpful and kind . We will definetly be visiting again.

Ordered a crepe and cookie dough first time the crepe came out way over cooked came out hard then they re cooked it reused the ice cream and fruit off the one I'd sent back and I found a small black hair in my food, not a single staff member had a hair net or hair covering on to prevent hairs going into or even brushing on to food disgusting in all honesty and to be given 25% off my food after physically feeling sick afterwards is beyond me

Amazing service and food. Two of the staff were serving us Hassan and Alia they were the best.

The place is quite clean and details like cutlery, interior decor and food presentation are highly taken care of. The desserts are made skilfully, as the menu options are inclusive of plates from different parts of the world. Like macarons, fudge cakes and baklava, teas and milkshakes. Personally speaking as being one of heavenly’s loyal customers each dish hold authentic flavours which reflects the essence of the whole place. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They attend to orders speedily and are very polite when it comes to conflict. Specially Alya and Hassan. An experience worth having indeed!

To say the food was delivered on time come on….. freezing cold food with very minimal toppings and half a tub of ice cream. To say it was £14 aswell, absolutely shocking.
