I usually like coming here with my friends but recently the experience has been quite disappointing. My usual go to order is the crepes but this time my crepes was undercooked with an overwhelming taste of oil. And my Spiced chai latte tasted a bit weird I’m assuming they used old milk with less syrup. Im hoping my next visit wont be this disappointing since this is the only desert place in huddersfield that I actually liked.

We visited this place for the first time because we had heard great things about it. We ordered our dessert and drinks, but after five minutes, a staff member told us they couldn’t make the dessert as originally ordered and would offer a different version instead. We agreed, but they didn’t mention there would be a price difference. When the dessert arrived, we waited for our tea, but it took too long. The dessert was meant to be eaten warm, yet by the time the tea arrived, it had cooled down. The service was slow, and we had to ask multiple times for our drinks. At checkout, we realized we were charged for a more expensive dessert without any prior notice. While the dessert itself was decent, the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, we don’t think we’ll be visiting again.

Everytime we’ve tried heavenly desserts it hasn’t been a good experience, we decided to try again because we wanted dessert but unfortunately the service is always shocking with the waitress shouting from across the room, there was barely any toppings on the waffles we ordered. As we go up to pay we were already made aware it’s £20 for the deal they have to dine for two when explaining to the waitress she’s charging us wrong she rudely said ‘why would you think it’s £20’. There’s a way to talk to people and we were taken aback, got our refund from one of the nice waitress working there. But after this we won’t be trying again. There’s always something wrong.

I love the coffee in this place especially the cappucino and vanilla latte. Recommend the ferrero cheesecake even though a little pricey. Classy establishment, impeccable cleanliness. Parking can be an issue on an evening and one can also pray in the side room (speak to staff)

We come from out of town late at night .Yasin and Alia was so friendly helping us choose the right choices ! Yasin was perfect with his expert blending on the milkshakes and Alia with the tapas . Even thought they had a long day and was right at the end of the day they was brilliant ! Will come again ! 👍

good ambiance and the desserts are also lovely. we got the passion fruit vanilla shake and the vanilla milk cake. both were good but really liked the milk cake. i’ve been coming here with my friends for sometimes now and i totally recommend it to anyone who would love to spend some quality time with your friends and have some desserts or get some drinks.

Heavenly Desserts offer a restaurant like desserts expirience with tasty food. I enjoyed it but the icestone Gelato which I have visited before had a more inviting vibe with food that is also amazing.

I go heavenly’s quite often and subhan made quick work of making us feel welcomed and the service was great. Top man

Walked in and seemed busy, which is understandable considering its a Friday evening. Staff seemed busy with Uber orders. Waited to be seated and then once at the table waited for 15 minutes just for menus, by this point we already decided what we wanted. Waited another few minutes just for someone to take our order. I am aware i can order off the app, but the option for having just ice cream on a cone isnt available online. Once our order was finally taken, waited another approx 20 mins with no sign of our small order. Eventually I asked as to whats taking so long considering its only ice cream, just to receive an excuse that something happened and the order was never even put through. I asked if the order had even been started and the staff just seemed to smile back and said no. I understand in a busy environment it can be easy to make mistakes such as this, but to then stand there with a smile and not even offer an apology is just ridiculous. Didnt end up getting anything just sat at a table for a ridiculous amount of time. Shame because these guys are normally good 👎🏼

I went to the Huddersfield branch last night and won't be going back as the service wasn't great. The table was dirty and the dessert had only been warmed for few seconds in microwave. It was cold so took it to counter to be warmed up and they forgot about it for ages so had to ask for it. I normally go to Batley everything is excellent so thought this might be aswell.

Walked in neglected by the staff apart from subhaan who gave me exceptional service and that is the only reason I have given 5 stars otherwise very very poor service from the rest of the staff

I have visited this place few times, lots of variety of waffles ice creams but not exactly the quality we expect, small portions for price is higher.

Eat-in was great but I wouldn't recommend takeaway - both crepe and waffle came cold which was disappointing. Also very expensive.

If I could give 0 stars I would Absolute shambolic, San Sebastián was straight out the frozen, waffles cold with no chocolate and wanted us to pay more for it. Never coming back to this spot 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😾😾😾😾😾

I really enjoyed having my flake milkshake that I had at heavenly desserts in Huddersfield tonight and I have been to this place for the 1st time in Heavenly Desserts in Huddersfield tonight where I tried the cadbury flake milkshake and it tastes so amazing and I think the milkshake cup that I had with the cadbury flake in my milkshake reminds me of the Starbucks iced frappuccino cup and its my opinion for the milkshake cup that I had the cadbury flake milkshake at Heavenly Desserts in Huddersfield tonight and me, my brother, my Mum and my Daddy had an brillant milkshake experience as well and I will go back to this dessert place in Huddersfield hopefully sometime soon and I gave this dessert place in Huddersfield a 10/10 for the brilliant dessert place in Huddersfield.

Service from Yasseen was exemplary. He was very polite,helpful and did everything with a beaming smile.

Always taste nice but they are always stingy with the amount of sauce which makes the food almost taste dry. Delivery kept fluctuating time

I love this place and coming for a dessert very often but recently started noticing some kind of friendliness, have to wait for the team to come and get and order for quite a while and sometimes a boy ( around 13) serves tables but he looks scared or uncomfortable to talk… Recently noticed children running from kitchen to the bar area, playing on the kitchen not really sure what was that but it doesn’t give a vibe of a restaurant anymore 😳 The food is always delicious and gorgeous worth all the money! Want to share my suspect: we ( white) had to wait for us to get served for a while ( as l usually do lately) but when company of Asian origin came, they got served immediately ( didn’t take pictures of children since it’s unethical) Thanks

Had a really bad experience found a hair in my tea complained about they said we will replace it but on the new on didn’t even do dressing or anything and too many flies in the restaurant

Great products but unfortunately I only got half the milkshake. It was well sealed on top however the cup was cracked so it leaked all over the bag paper bag.

The desserts here and service were fantastic. Staff were friendly. One of the workers (Subhan) was incredibly friendly and welcoming making sure that every customer felt welcome and satisfied. His knowledge of the menu was outstanding, and he provided excellent recommendations that made my experience even better. I highly recommend visiting this place.

If you don't count the calories you eat, then Heavenly desserts are for you. There is an extensive menu of sticky sweet delights, and drinks both cold and hot. The restaurant is very clean, convivial and brightly lit. We had milk cake which was lovely. Parking is on street and when a fee is applicable you can pay with cash or on the Ring go app.

Ordered dessert from here, didn’t receive any strawberries, waffle was soft and came with wrong toppings.

Soooo disappointed. Ordered the French toast. Arrived and looked nothing like photo soggy cold 2 strawberries on top. Really bad would’nt recommend ordering from here tbh

Horrendous service. Don’t bother ordering from here. Delivery driver completely incompetent and only delivered half our order. £75 worth of deserts ordered and only 4 milkshakes delivered. The restaurant were passing the buck onto the driver

My milkshake was tipped over in the bag, lost half my milkshake. Cookie dough was rock hard and cold. Waffle was cold and undercooked. My children were so upset and I got 1/3 if a milkshake that was so thin it just tasted like milk.

We are visiting friends in Huddersfield and our first visit to heavenly desserts. First and foremost, the service, attentiveness and the ambience is superb. Desserts wise, we ordered white chocolate pistachio waffle with icecream, red velvet rasmalai cake and pistachio rose milk cake. I'm more of a savoury person rather than sugary. All 3 desserts are really heavenly and tasted superb.

We arrived and were told there would be a 5-minute wait while they cleared up a table. We ordered drinks and dessert. The service was very slow, and we waited more than 15 or 20 minutes for our drinks. I looked around and noticed that there were 6 tables that had not been cleared after customers had finished eating. I saw a male staff member on his phone. We didn't say anything, but the dessert was very nice, so I can't complain about that.

we were extremely disappointed by the lack of fruit and sauces. In this economy the prices go up and so does the stinginess . The only input I can give is that you need to take more care into increasing the fruit of the dessert . I had a strawberry , mango and coconut sundae which had hardly any fruit, a cookie dough getting smaller than my wallet. Lost a loyal customer today

the deserts and the drinks are so good and the presentation of the food was so magnificent. the place it’s self is so beautiful and the staff were really kind as well… if you want to go there, it’s best to reserve a table because sometimes there aren’t enough places. however overall i would totally recommend this restaurant

We come here quite a bit for the delicious desserts and fancied a treat tonight, we ordered delivery and when we opened the bag one of the items was not quite correct but I didn’t bother contacting the store directly as I didn’t mind too much. However, a few minutes later there was another knock at the door, we opened it to see that the store had realised the mistake without any complaints from myself and took it upon themselves to go out of their way and deliver the correct item with a note to say sorry. I thought this was wonderful customer service as most places would not do this, I would 100% recommend ordering from here.
