Hotbox in Cheshire West and Chester

Great takeaway - perfectly clean. Food tasty and piping hot. We went for some burgers because all the sit ins were so busy and we were really pleased that we had. We all had different burgers - an extra large bacon cheeseburger, a normal cheese burger and a classic burger - all with chips. The chips were so nice, really tasty. Lovely gentleman served us. Would return.

The best Kofta kebab I have ever had, anywhere in the world. (and I'm getting on, and have been around a bit) Thanks guys, I shall be back for more!

Lots of selection on the menu and efficient staff. Pizzas are very tasty and good for a quick meal. In terms of a takeaway, I'd definitely recommend here. Very respectable all around.

Just had a takeaway from here, meat & chips good, generous portions, well priced. Calzone very good, garlic bread very good. All round recommend fast food.

This is my go to place for a burger in town, always top notch whenever I go 👍🏻. XL bacon cheeseburger is the one, you definitely have to try it.

Decided to order Pizza instead of our usual burgers from Hot box after reading some of the reviews , and we weren’t disapointed food was delivered with all the correct Covid-19 restrictions , was hot we ordered two medium Pizzas which were to be honest enormous ,also mozzarella sticks and French fries , the pizzas were delicious what I did like was the fact that the filling went all the way to the edge which is good , they were packed with ingredients and to put it bluntly would say so much better than Dominos or Pappa Johns , defenitely recommend either burgers or Pizzas when all the scary stuff is over we will be visiting again to enjoy

Have used hotbox a few times when I've been visiting Chester. Food and service have always been great whether it's a snack at the end of the night or dinner to take back to the hotel. Food is always fresh and tasty.

Just order the supreme pizza and my wife picked it up after a few drinks. We got home had a bit and it was filled with green chillier and jalapeños. I was barely able to eat a slice. When we rang to complain the employee on the phone said they were unable to do anything as they were closed and hung up. This is terrible customer service and obviously unprofessional customer service! We have been a customer since they had premises in Upton after today we will not be visiting again!

Great service from Mari who made us a large order of pizzas and delivered them to a conference party at Chester university. They arrived warm , on time and extremely tasty. They catered for our vegan colleagues by sending out for vegan cheese. We recommend the pizza called HotBox on the menu especially! Thankyou ❤️

Having worked in customer service for a number of years the customer service we received from hotbox was awful, had the phone slammed down on me after i phoned to find out where my order was after an hour and a half when it was supposedly meant to only take half an hour! by this point the family were starving! Eaten from here before and never experienced such terrible service, can say after the attitude of the man on the phone I will not be eating from here again!

We visited Chester for the first time this weekend and could not fault the service at this take-away. The owner was very nice and the food was delicious. The only problem we found was an obnoxious man who came in to place an order. Because the owner would not give him a FREE drink he became very offensive and slanderous. This in itself is appalling but when we found out who the man was we were astounded...... it was the MAYOR of CHESTER !!!!!!!!

Aweful service two kebabs and a burger order at 1920 told would be an hour two hours later still hadn't arrive after numerous phone calls eventually arrived at 2120 and was missing a kebab was just about warm and when rang to complain the hung up avoid at all cost still after refund

I love the chicken and bacon burgers fantastic use all the just eat take out boxes not just shoved in a tray that to small (had a few horrible takeouts) always comes hot and delivery is always fast or on time

When we can't be bothered to create something ourselves these guys are always reliable with very tasty lasagne especially :) thank you :)

He usado muchas veces, tanto una gran caja caliente para recogida y entrega. El personal siempre es amable, y pizzas son tan buenas, si no mejores, que las grandes cadenas, pero a precios locales, de ahí que volveré. Desde mi perspectiva, no hay nada que mejorar.

Tenía muchos pedidos de una gran caja caliente... Demasiadas para contar y cada orden era perfecto! Excelente menú con una gran variedad de opciones a precios razonables! ¡ME ENCANTA!

Sitio web dice claramente que entrega radio 4 milla. Me cancelaron la orden porque estamos 3,2 millas. Llamé y me dijeron que sólo entregar dentro de 3 millas. Publicidad engañosa. Es una pena, ya que tenía muchas ganas de probar

Este restaurante de comida rápida recientemente por una pizza y hamburguesas. Ambas estaban muy buenos. El servicio era lo suficientemente rápido y lo que es más importante, el lugar estaba limpio e higiénico - materias grasas, sin el olor que a menudo te en un ambiente hippie por ejemplo.
