Amazing atmosphere with a good service

11:47pm I wanted to order 1 vanilla chai. Guy said no even though he said they close at 12pm. Apparently last order at 11:30pm. Even for 1 tea. He said coffee machine was off. I saw it, it was on. Ayt then. 👍🏽 I do usually like the vanilla chai though so gave it 3 stars. EDIT. Changed to 2 stars because I saw Uber they were online on Uber so would have to make those orders coming in. Not cool, very slimy.

The most delicious food in all of Preston! Let me start from the beginning—upon arrival, we were greeted by the kindest gentleman, Sufiyan, who escorted us to our table. We were absolutely charmed by how polite, cheerful, and warm he was. Such a friendly soul! This was hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced. The food was exquisite, the place was beautiful—our visit there felt magical. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were captivated. This was our first time, but definitely not the last. I highly recommend everyone to visit and experience this magic for themselves. Sufiyan, thank you so much for your presence and your hard work—you are amazing and have the most beautiful energy!

The staff are very nice polite and courteous. I've been in the cafe once. Their food smells tasty. I've had Manchester tart which was very nice. I can recommend it.

We were served by Sufiyan today. Lovely guy, gave us enough time to choose, which is always a hard task as every single desert looks amazing. Cosy atmosphere, delicious deserts and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We come here at least once we week! The atmosphere is great! Maria really helped us out and we absolutely love it every time we come.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit. To start, when we asked for some tap water (as the sweets were incredibly rich) we were told we could not have any tap water and we would have to buy a bottle. I added extra raspberries on to my dessert, (£2 more), and found little bugs on them. Although the presentation was really lovely, this did not matter when the fruit clearly had not been washed. My partner found a hair in his jug of his cream. The cream itself was watery, like it was just milk, and had lumps in it. We also noticed in their open kitchen, staff pour leftover frothed milk from the container they steamed milk in, back into the main jug of milk. This really put us off from our food. When we quietly raised this to the attention of our server, he just said 'oh sorry' with a smile, but did not offer any reduction on our bill, a total of £22 pounds for a french toast and slice of chocolate cake. We will not be returning.

It was a wonderful experience on Haute Dolci. However the service provided by Maria was exceptional. She made sure our experience from the start to the end was lovely.

The food and drinks were delicious! Desserts specially the san sebastian cheesecake was amazing. However, nowadays costumer care is as or more important than the quality of the food served. With the amount of staff present, it took a long time for them to come and collect the order, once they asked the girl to come and collect it, she pass through us and went to sit some other people in a table rather then attending to us. Very poor manners and weak costumer service. The chicken sandwish on the kids menu is too spicy, when informed the staff she denied it, saying "no it isnt", even when all the adults in the table tried it out (not the best costumer service from the lady tbh). Furthermore the place wasnt very clean, specially the toilet (considering the amount of staff that was there).

Came in, food was brilliant. Service was even better. Sufiyan amd Shakir were brilliant :) 10/10 would Recommend

Well what can I say.. absolutely exquisite. Was made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was very clean and such lovely exterior..we felt very posh!! Our drinks and desserts were absolutely phenomenal...full of flavour, great portion size, tasted divine . We will definitely be booking again soon. Muhammad you should be so proud of your team. Riya and the rest of the staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Everything we ordered was delicious Delicious mango ice cream with passion fruit And best for both The size of the dishes is enough for two people I the mango and passion fruit I lce cream with mango cubes tired and strawberry dip It was so good I loved the strawberries with chocolate I love to come again to try the savory ones

We arrived 11:25 after long driver they refused to serve us I would not recommend them the stuff is not friendly and the coffee was cold

i was here last night and my server lucy was absolutely lovely; received amazing service even with many tables in. Sufiyan was also very nice and attentive to myself and my friend. All other staff members were great, had 2 amazing drinks and a lovely crepe.

I went to haute dolci today and I was greeted by this young girl she told us to wait until she sat us down her name was zaynab everytime Iv been with family its usually this young girl zaynab that takes our order really helpful and great service. She was very helpful when I was ordering so I asked zaynab what’s good for my young kids so she decided what will be good for them and easy to eat. Excellent service great yummy food

A must-try! Every item here is top-notch with no compromise on quality. The Saint Sebastian cheesecake is absolutely divine, and "An Offer She Can't Refuse" is a standout favorite of mine. The variety is amazing, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I dined her for desserts with my 3 children. Amara was very attentive, gave the children colouring pencils to use. One of our orders was taking longer to prepare so we were given a complimentary strawberry and chocolate pot. This brought a smile to the children's faces. The food was amazing, we will definitely be back 😋
