Haute Dolci Preston never fails to impress, not just with its desserts but also with it's outstanding service.The likes of Sufyaan, Nishad, Safwan, Shakir, PK, especially Zaina deserve a special mention for their exceptional service and attentive hospitality, making each visit a pleasure. It is staff like them who truly elevate the experience and contribute to the business’s growth by creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. My usual indulgence is the Vanilla Cloud Milk Cake, perfectly complemented by a pot of refreshing mint tea. However, on my last visit, I decided to try something new - the Pistachio Bomb - and it exceeded all expectations.The moment I took a bite, I was met with a delightful combination of textures that complemented each other beautifully. The crisp, delicate Kataifi added the perfect contrast to the smooth, nutty pistachio coating, creating an indulgent yet refined dessert experience. Whilst the desserts are impressive, I would like to see the savoury options extend into the evening, offering more variety for those looking for something beyond sweets later in the day. Haute Dolci never disappoints, and I look forward to returning soon.

"The staff were very friendly and demonstrated excellent communication skills. They provided great service to customers, and I would like to specifically mention Riya for her outstanding support.

Riya was very helpful and thoroughly explained the menu. She suggested us to get the hazelnut cookie dough with Madagascar vanilla and it was so good. They also provide a nice environment without bothering you too much. But she is always around to help you with anything. Very good balance of giving space and while maintaining great customer service.

I've been here many times, as a couple with my man, with family and friends or on a dinner date with my daughter. We love coming back here and it's always a pleasure being served all the delicious dishes, coffees and desserts. The staff are always extremely polite, helpful and professional. Great ambience and amazing food

This is an absolutely amazing place for desserts! We have been looking for a cozy place with delicious treats for our family and we found Haute Dolci just at the centre. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and we had an incredible service. Food was definitely excellent too by Chef Mubshera. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves a great ambience and delicious desserts!

Amazing restaurant! Staff are amazing even asked us how's the food truly amazing service food came with in first 10 minutes. Food: Is easily perfection amazingly made and with my view of the kitchen it showed they did amazing work and where putting plenty of care and no foul smells just smells of delicious food! Easily earnt it's 5 stars! Service: Staff where extremely attentive and caring asked us how the food was and we easily said amazing! Atmosphere: Perfection quiet and peaceful unlike other places that blast music kitchen makes a lot of noise and I can't hear anything here I could fully hear and it has slight unavoidable noise in the kitchen but so slight I couldn't hate it! Truly an amazing place! Unlike other places.

This is the first time me and my friend goto this place and we didn't regret it, everything was great, the staff were friendly especially Maria she was lovely, we enjoyed our frist time eating the English breakfast, the drinks are brilliant and well made i recommend them, overall i recommend the place ❤️

I went here to have some desert with my family, the staff around has a great communication. The desert was ready in no time and it was served in a great way. Loved having the desert from here. Must visit place with the family.

Me and my friend came in for brunch, even though the wait was a little long, the food was amazing so was the atmosphere. The service was brilliant, we were served by sufiyan who took good care of us.

Food was good it wasnt that big of a portion, the serving time was quite long but when the food came it was good

Delicious food with high quality, our server was very helpful and gave very good recommendations and a food service. Her name was Maria lovely lady who was great the entire service.

The food was great and so was the service provided by Maria. Ordered shakshuka, eggs Benedict and a pot of vanilla tea. The food was provided fairly quick and tasted really good.

11:47pm I wanted to order 1 vanilla chai. Guy said no even though he said they close at 12pm. Apparently last order at 11:30pm. Even for 1 tea. He said coffee machine was off. I saw it, it was on. Ayt then. 👍🏽 I do usually like the vanilla chai though so gave it 3 stars. EDIT. Changed to 2 stars because I saw Uber they were online on Uber so would have to make those orders coming in. Not cool, very slimy.

My friend and I are coming here almost every week and they never disappoint us!! One of the best dessert shop I’ve ever been:)
