always decent but this time i got the wrong order asked for English breakfast one with scrambled egg one with fried egg..whick comes with hash browns. got full breakfast with my worst nightmare Black Pudding and Mushrooms yuk

Not too sure about £8 for a baton seems a bit extreme, when I entered I was the only person in there, they served the guy who came after and made his food before mine, didn't bother to make conversation, the food was mediocre nothing special, I think I'd rather go to redmans in the market as they'll add the gravy for free, not for a pound in a small bit of plastic, feel like the place could be better, if they learned a bit of social skills, cleaned up the place and did better on the prices

Love this shop. Caters for breakfast and lunch. The food is freshly made. Hot and cold. Get there early for the cakes as they go fast they are that tasty. They even do a pie on a barm. Trust me you won’t regret ordering here. Me and my partner go a couple of times a week it’s that good

Delivery time great. But somehow they managed to get half the order wrong when all that was ordered was things that would have been pre made, pies & cakes.

Shocking service.Ordered 2 breakfasts via Uber Eats, only one arrived despite the receipt attached to the bag clearly saying two. I rang and told them.what had happened and was told nothing they could do and had to contact Uber for a refund. When I suggested they could do something as in sending the missing breakfast and that getting a refund didn't solve the issue me of someone not having a breakfast was just told again nothing they could do. The breakfast that did arrive was lukewarm at best. I've used the Berrys in Bamber Bridge fairly regularly and always had good service and good food. This however was the total opposite

The freshest, tastiest food around. I don’t always catch this place open; but when I do I always really enjoy it!

Avoid ask for butter barm just get a barm not even cut open and ask for bacon sausage egg and get an egg not cooked not once but twice never going again

Driver accepted order once at the outlet and came straight here, which was nice. Black pudding was an end piece and uncooked. Very unpleasant taste. Spoilt an otherwise well cooked meal. Cup of tea had no tea in it, was just watery milk. No sugar, pepper, salt, sweeteners.

Food never arrived, Berrys refused all involvement pushing the blame on to JustEat. No phone call or communication to me when the order was messed up IN THIER KITCHEN. This was made particularly more insulting that my pregnant life partner was left waiting for food for over 2 hrs. appaulung service and total disregard for customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Berry's Bakery. I ordered a small lunch for a group of medical practitioners via Uber Eats and included explicit special instructions to label each sandwich, as it was catering for a small event. Upon receiving the order, we realized none of the sandwiches were labeled, and they all looked identical. The group was reluctant, for sanitation reasons, to go through each other's food to determine which order was which. When I called Berry's Bakery to seek a resolution, the person who received the call acknowledged the written instructions, apologized, and said the mistake was due to an error by a trainee. Despite the lost Uber delivery charges, I offered to cover the cost to travel to the bakery and pick up newly made and relabeled sandwiches. However, they informed me that they could not remake the sandwiches and suggested that I "look through the bag" to determine whose sandwich was whose. Given that many of the orders were the same (three shredded chickens), this was not a reasonable request, especially given their admission of error. Ultimately, I was left dissatisfied with the experience and had to offer attendees what was hopefully their correct order. I am leaving this review because the company doesn't prioritize food labeling, which is crucial not only for hygiene and sanitation but also for issues of food allergies—one of which we were aware that at least one person suffers from. Given the food safety and hygiene issues, as well as the poor customer service, I am compelled to leave a 1-star review.

I paid for delivery and my food was a no show something about the driver not arriving one minute, then it was because the driver had messed the orders up. I was very unsatisfied with the response from the owners. No acknowledgement from either party. Horrendous service. Glad it was on my first order because I won’t be ordering from here again. £22.60 wasted on this place.

absolutely ridiculous, sent all cakes and barmcakes we ordered but no main meals we ordered. blamed the driver for not picking them up and wouldn't offer to re deliver them. was quite rude on the phone when we said we were not happy. if I wanted the money and not the food I wouldn't of ordered it in the first place would I. it's pathetic, I don't know why they bother doing delivery service if they can't make sure orders go out correctly. it's not the first time this has happened here.

My food arrived wet through as the cup of tea provides with the week fast was in the same carrier bag as the polystyrene breakfast container when I opened the bag the lid for my ny tea was not on correctly abd my food was wet tea had spilt all over it I was unable to eat my food apart from half a cup of tea remaining I love berry's but will not be returning because of this experience and it cost 13 quie for nothing

first time using for Breakfast, thourally enjoyed, nice sausage especially,not the usual cheap ones I don't think, will use again.

It was nice but the bacon let it down fatty and not cooked crispy as requested plus no mushrooms. Everything else was good . Delivery on time nice polite delivery driver.

Not happy! I've been here a while back, looks like it's changed hands now, I got a breakfast, supposed to be large, Breakfast doesn't look large, bacon was hard, eggs cold, hard porched, not asked if wanted eggs runny or not. Mushrooms shrivelled to death like they've been constantly rewarmed. Won't be coming again.

Great courier. Friendly and polite service. Tasty hot breakfast on a barm. Think I ordered bacon and got sausage? Good food. Not sustainable packaging and coffee lid came off and spilt. But I really enjoyed the breakfast barm and free drink! 🥰👍

I placed my order at 11.55am today only to have it delayed and delivery change times 4 times. Is it not possible to sort this out as it is the third time it has happened. The 1 star food quality is because my ham salad sandwich is full of coffee,my breakfast is half the size i expected for that price.finally my bed is stained from the coffee leaked through paper bag.also where was my freebie?

Food was still hot on arrival. Quality ingredients and good sized portion.

This was very highly priced compared with the shop itself, add to this the delivery fee and the service charge. Won’t be ordering again.

The delivery time was changed 4 times, is it not possible to speak to someone on the telephone as the service is getting worse. I feel this needs improving as customer satisfaction will be very poor.

Some items were missing which was disappointing, and half of what did arrive was unfortunately too cold to be enjoyable. The best part was the cake, not sure we would recommend ordering hot food or drinks.

Haven't even received my order an it has been saying it was arriving but the time changed every 10 minutes.

The quality of the pies has really gone down recently and overpriced. Lots of products have appeared to be made smaller but still asking for full price. I know many people who used to choose Berry's over other pie shops but now they say avoid.

Sausage baton not your usual standard. Your driver drove straight past my grandchildren who were waiting for him on my doorstep. He delivered to 5 Wellington Rd not 5 Webster St my address. Please get your drivers to read the road names. My coffee renoir was missing.

The pies where hot and tasty, the sandwiches crammed full of filling and salad, the cream scone fluffy and soft. Very happy with our lunch order, would order again.

I ordered a takeaway breakfast to be delivered Monday 29th May. All I can say is the quality of food was very poor. The bacon was not cooked it was like leather, the rest of the food barely warm. I thought that with it being a local bakery I would get the food hot and of a good standard. I will not order again .

came here a few times and always been pleasant, today I came and I ordered a pie which I didn’t receive! And one of them batons was missing red onion and salad cream (May as well have made it myself) batons was also stale too you could tell 0% effort went in today.

Shocking service driver rang is when the deliver was due demanding me to cancel the order or pay him £20, told us it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and we had to pay him £20 for his time, turned up and the order wasn’t even right! Will not order from here again!

Great bakery, good prices nice food

Sent the wrong order, contacted the restaurant and they said the driver took the wrong order so to contact Just Eat for a refund. Sent photos showing my receipt of the wrong order to be told this is not sufficient evidence to support my claim I was sent the wrong order. Absolute joke!

I don't normally complain, so feel bad but want to leave a review for note to the bakery, but I got an extra breakfast, no hash browns in the breakfast and I ordered a cheese and onion pie that didn't land with the delivery, I'll definitely order again but please get it right next time !

Probably one if the best breakfast buttys ive had, peppered steak pie was really tasty too - will be back!
