Heavenly Desserts Bradford in Bradford

Came to Heavenly on a really busy evening (Eid) with the lads. Soon as we arrived we was guided upstairs and seated at a good clean table straight away. Was a very warm & welcoming place to be. The waffles were fresh & amazing. Heavenly never fails to disappoint always spot on with service and quality of desserts!!

Wish i could select 0 stars the manager stunk and needs to sort his attitude and manners out, the owner imran needs to sort his management out as the bradford branch the service is slow and the manager has no clue on what he is talking about!!

Very nice dessert, shout out to Isma especially she was amazing at taking our order and brought it out quickly

Had a great sweet experience,freshly baked waffles and pancakes with Belgian chocolate and fruits,mint mojito was very normal ,but enjoyed iced coffee with caramel syrup…

Horrible desserts, milkshakes were watery, wont be ordering from here again.

Food was served quickly and tasted great, excellent service by friendly waiter umar who was very hospitable

The beautiful waiter was absolutely brilliant.she was very helpful and didn't hesitate to recommend a variety of food choices which she thought we would enjoy. Overall good experience from aniqa. Will be coming for more.

The services here are getting from bad to worse. When we visited the establishment during Ramadan with family, hoping to have a good time with some good food, we were unpleasantly made to wait nearly half an hour for our order. Infact, even our requests to check why was our order getting delayed were not even responded to by the staff. Even when the order came the staff had no courtesy to apologize nor even smile when talking to us. Worst, the staff at the Bradford branch of Heavenly Desserts dont even offer a glass of water when requested. Instead, force customers to buy a bottle of water, even if a child needs just a sip of water.

So many tasty desserts, and quick service. We were served by Sully, who was very nice and his service was great. I would highly recommend coming here, not only are the desserts amazing but the portion sizes are very decent. Would come back again!

Not open when it's advertised as open. They could at least put up a sign.

Been here a few times and the service is always so slow. The workers working the front of house have a messy system trying to serve their customers. Found a few times service is super slow, drinks are never given or have to keep asking for them. On my last visit waited almost 40 minutes for 1 cookie dough for a takeaway.

always my go to for dessert due to the wide selection of vegan options ! the only place i’ve seen in bradford that do so many. the food also arrives quickly and is a nice place to sit and chat as the workers never rush you. parking can be annoying to find but it’s great horton road so what can you expect really. the desserts make it worth it though. ultimately, always so delicious !!

I came here with my little brother, we ordered 2 strawberry waffles. However the waffles took quite a while. I came across a fabulous kind young man called Hussain khan, honestly saved the day! I told him the situation and it was sorted within 5 minutes. I will DEFINITELY be coming here again due to the excellent customer service by Hussain. I’m amazed.

The brownie explosion was amazing. Great choice from our server luqmaan. He looked after us well and noticed we hadnt had our order taken even though the servers were quite busy

i came last week on a Saturday night and ordered a Fudge cake and Custard and it was lovely, the young boy who served me (i think his name was luqman) had great respect and mannerism when he served me by telling me the precautions of the hot custard. Great kid working in a very busy atmosphere but still making sure customers get the best service. 5 stars from me!

No matter how many times you complain to this shop , dessert come wrong & frezzing EVERY SINGLE TIME,when I order I spend between 30-50 pound, always have a kid crying cos missed there dessert!!!

Food was too sweet and expensive, can get a full meal with drink for less and premises were empty.

The portions are a joke. For the price I paid, I recieved 3 spoonfuls of cookie dough. Avoid this scam.

Absolutely awful. So over priced and the taste is just disgusting. I used to visit here monthly but it's recently really gone down hill. Menu is unambitious and the flavours are just pure nasty. For the prices you pay and the decor, you would expect a premium product... I wouldn't serve their food to a starving dog. AVOID.

Really good customer service from aniqah, was 13 of us and she managed to take the order really well!

Waffle was burnt and I paid extra to customise my order with extra sauces. They were very stingy with the amount of sauce which left my waffle dry. It was a collection order so I required plastic cutlery and napkins and was told they don’t provide it due to it being a collection. In the end they gave the cutlery but i found it really annoying as I paid around £12 for a waffle which was nearly burnt alongside bad customer service. Not coming to this branch again.
