Nicest Costa in the Bradford area

Came in for breakfast and ordered a Pain Au Chocolat. It cost £2.40 which was steep for what it was. It was very dry and chewy. As if it had been sat out for days. The staff were initially happy to exchange it for some toast which tasted very nice and had stated that the pastries had been baked that very morning. When it came to leave, the lady behind the counter said with a childish attitude “was your toast better than your three day old croissant?” before going on to say she won’t take my opinions personally (not how customer feedback is intended to be taken anyway)! I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Costa needs to train their staff better. They all seemed very young and inexperienced when it came to decent customer communication.

TMI WARNING // FOOD POISONING Do not purchase from here . Food is not cooked right. I ordered some pasta from this particular Costa establishment and spent the rest of the evening vomiting. If you wish to avoid food poisoning then avoid this Costa.

Costa coffee not a lot else to say

Been using Costa since they arrived in Bradford, can seem expensive but quality and customer service wins out.

Good coffee, clean seating area and helpful staff.

Nothing to brag about. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Service without a smile.

First class coffee and cake. The service was excellent the coffee is always good with lots of choice. Food choice is great and the cakes are lovely. Place is very clean and tidy with plenty of seating. Also offers a drive through. Visit if in the area

Just stopped with my friend for a coffee, toilets are out of use , cleaning required more focus!

Never have I been anywhere and been pestered by so many flies whilst having a coffee, Costa it's disgusting the amount of flies at Five Lane Ends.

Just took my grand-daughter and she had the best Tropical Mango Bubble Frappe ever!! Pete was super friendly. Superb Customer Service. Absolutely beautiful inside. Our first but definitely not last visit.

Good food and drinks with soft drink available. A drive thru if in a rush. Can be a bit crowded sometimes but overall 4.5/5

Can't shake the Costa habit although the recent price increase is making it easier to break the habit. Waterstones makes a decent coffee and charge a decent price so will go there if there's one near by. Plus the fact they have books to browse at the same time. Come on Costa, think of your customers for once not your profits!

Amazing atmosphere with lovely staff who really looked after you and was exceptionally good with our friend who is Autistic

Everyone knows costa is over priced. A sandwhich and drink costs. Like nearlly £10. So lets Forget the price I'm fine with that. I need to know what costa staff get paid? because in this costa they look so miserable and super slow. I waited in the queue 15 minutes and it wasnt even busy the staff were on 1 speed, I've been to other costa shops and when its busy they are rushing their speed changes but not in this costa it stayed on LEVEL 1. ANYWAY i Finaghy got my hot chocolate but with no cream, so i asked for cream, 0 communication back, the staff member literally tipped some hot chocolate out added cream and threw it back at me. Like that is bad customer service, i wanted to say your getting paid for working and I'm paying a lot of money for a drink so a smile a kind word goes a long way... Any Costa bosses reading this get some customer training done on this branch... sorry about the negative feedback but its honest feed back...

Sorr no stars for food I did not have any. Very busy could have been twice as big. Only thing that I don't like about costa is the people taking up full tables for four when they are on their own on laptops. Three such tables here yesterday and people walked out because know where to sit. Just a little more thought , maybe set rules about how much room they can take up or have breakfast bar like table especially for people using laptops.. I know they need to work but just have more consideration for others and it's not all laptop uses some are really polite and will make space.

Went to costa for a soya coffee and sandwich to be told they have none for gods sake morrisons is next door to you we ended up going to starbucks

New costa, lovely and clean. Staff no personalities. This is my second visit and the first one was great, the male staff member was chirpy and chstty. Today's staff, 03/01/2023, were like wet blankets. Shame.

Does the drive thru stay open after inside closes? Google said it was open till 9. It was more like half 7

Check your coffee before driving away. I paid £3.70 for a large Cappuccino and the coffee was literally half way down the cup.
