Great selection of items, take aways (can eat outside in the garden during usual /normal times), everything you’d need plus more and helpful staff too. The owners have done everything possible to make customers feel as safe as they can during these times. The shop also delivers and offers an account facility. I have been shopping here for years and would definitely recommend. More than a shop too, a contributing member of the community!

The village store that never stops giving. The Heath Stores stock a good range of everyday products all at reasonable prices. The phrase 'shop local ' applies perfectly to them and justifiably so. Fresh local bread, milk, eggs,veggies & wine are great quality and then there's the deli counter!!! A wonderful selection of sweet and savoury delights. Hard to pass by. The staff are efficient and friendly and of course, being locals, they know most of their customers. All covid rules are in place for our benefit and the staff's. Our vulnerable villagers would be hit hard without the delivery service offered by Heath Stores and we need to keep them safe because if one member of staff is covid positive the knock on effect will be horrendous for the village

Do not think much of this shop my daughter is 14 and suffers with asthma was wearing a mask but was holding it away from her nose as she struggles to breath. She was asked to leave the shop I explained the situation as we was looking for something to eat then got told choose and then get out. DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP IF YOU SUFFER WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES.

We pop into Heath stores every time we're in horsemonden visiting family and it has always been a delight. Well stocked with the usuals but there are also lots of unique and local foods that you wouldn't find in a supermarket. Always grab myself a coffee and something from the deli (and some free tasters whenever they're around!!)

This village store is amazing, i found it on my way cycling through the village and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The stock selection is fantastic and i was able to grab a delicious lunch from the deli and a freshly ground coffee, perfect! Next time i’ll be back with my car to stock up on fresh bread and cheese. Highly recommended!

This is a quirky store, you can purchase all sorts of items here, veg, fish, quality foods and drinks. I love the excellent quality chocolates which you can pick and choose YUM. They have different style breads which sell very quickly. Snacks to ice cream can be devoured, there is also a small post box outside. they even have art shows outside etc.

Lots of good for at near supermarket prices, Often deals especially on wines. Great place to shop and browes

You can buy most things you need for an impromtu mea in this little store and of course all the staples like milk bread and butter. A lovely shop with some great present ideas.

I went in on a Saturday around mid day and asked to see the sandwhiches menu. Being freshaly made I had my hopes set high which suddenly plummeted after hearing that, bacon, sausage, egg, onion, beef and pepperoni were either not sold anymore or none in stock or not sold on this particular day. I opted for a salmon roll in a jumbo roll in the end and my friend went for a ham and cheese panini. The girl that was working told me to grab jumbo roll from one of the bread shelfs to use. I saw that they really were not jumbo size and very small. The value was really bad as the panini and roll were very expensive coming to almost £6.70. The salmon roll was wrapped up in cling film which I did not really like and would have rather had a paper bag. Its a shame really as I have lived in Horsmonden for almost 4 years.

Heath stores is on the village green in Horsmonden and next door to The Gun and Spitroast pub. It has won numerous awards and been nominated as a finalist in the UKs best small shop awards.Although the prices may be a little more than the supermarkets, my view is that I'm happy to pay for the convenience. In any case, I probably save more by supporting my local shop than I would driving to the nearest superstore!Add to this that there are always special offers, local produce, free-tastings and friendly staff, and it's hard to see why you'd shop anywhere else.

This shop never fails to amaze me, it stocks the most wonderful local produce along side quality things of all types a lot of which you never knew you needed until you see them there. The staff add to the lovely shop they are so helpful and friendly. If you are passing pop in I guarantee you will find something to buy.
