Tan decepcionado Dos comidas salieron frías y no fueron reemplazados en un tiempo razonable por lo que el resto de nosotros había terminado nuestra cena. Escribí al restaurante el lunes para expresar mi decepción y ahora es miércoles por la noche sin respuesta. Obviamente no les importa

Comida impresionante, servicio rápido y amable. 4a vez que hemos estado aquí en el transcurso de unos años y nunca estamos decepcionados!

It's not Turkish or Mediterranean food quality if not enough passions for kitchen please closed all yours branches and do different things

We had Mediterranean Breakfast platter with Turkish Tea and I had the Falafel Wrap also with Turkish Tea and were both delicious and fantastic. The honey drizzle for the cheese was awesome. Great atmosphere and service from the staff.

Better not eat here. Food was very bad, the service was bad, and overpriced for this food. For these prices, you could eat tasty food in some upscale restaurants. this kebab restaurant was so dirty that we had to leave our food.

I am never disappointed at Turkish Restaurants across the world, in U.K., in Spain, or somewhere else. Regardless of location or even social class! staff is usually very polite with a good knowledge of the menus. About the experience, I had the Sahan Menu composed of “Mercimek Corbasi” & Tavuk Sis. The bread was half way crunchy and soft, the red lentils were delicious, not very spicy and the Grilled Chicken Shish was also delicious, although the dish was not well-cooked the concern was raised with the lady in charge of the restaurant who offered an answer from herself quite reasonable. Baklava was apparent on the dessert’s menu. In the end I selected the creamy Turkish ice cream 🍦 . Would definitely come back, the majority of the staff members were sympathetic and polite.

We went to Hazev in canary wharf for dinner and were very excited to eat turkish food as it's one of our favourite cuisines. We should have read the reviews beforehand as they really do speak for themselves. We ordered the borek and falafel, two dishes from the 'hot meze' section of the menu. It's a good thing we didn't order anything from the cold section otherwise it probably would have arrived frozen! The 'hot mezes' were stone cold. They also came within a minute of ordering. They came before the fresh orange juice that we ordered so clearly both of the dishes were not made fresh and were sitting around waiting for someone to order them. The falafel were dry and extremely difficult to swallow due to how dry and cold they were. The Hummus that came with the falafel was practically non existent. For 4 falafels there was a small 3cm smear of Hummus on the side and was also not fresh as it was dry against the plate as if it had been sitting out for hours. The borek were also stone cold, the cheese was not melted and the spanish was basically raw inside and they had absolutely no taste to them at all. This was already a huge disappointment and we should have just left without eating however we were extremely hungry and so we proceeded to eat the disgusting cold starters that had been served. When ordering the starters we also ordered a main from the charcoal grill section, the hazev iskender which was a recommendation from the waiter as the best dish on the menu. The 'best' clearly meaning one of the most expensive! He explained the dish as a mix of chicken and lamb. There was no mention of a 'meat slab or bread'. When the main arrived it smelt disgusting. The lamb was clearly not fresh and I believe it was past its sell by date, my aunt owns a farm and so I have been eating lamb my whole life and this dish stunk of putrid meat. We decided to pick out the chicken and leave the lamb, however that was unsuccessful - the mix of chicken turned out to be two 1 and a half cm pieces of chicken, the rest was a disgusting putrid sausage slab thing which only God knows what it was made of and the majority of the dish was just stale bread. So we paid nearly £23 for a dish that we could not eat and which turned out to be a mix of the stale bread (the same bread they serve for Free on the side) some yogurt, two pieces of 1 and a half cm cubes of chicken and some stinky lamb and sausage meat which tasted rotten and gave both my friend and I a terrible stomach pain from only the sauce and the one piece of chicken we had each. We called the waiter to enquire as to where the mix of chicken was and was told that only two chicken cubes were in the dish and the rest was a meat slab, lamb and bread. We told him that we were disappointed and had only had the two pieces of chicken (1 each) and he apologised that we did not like it. He did not take the dish away and left it stinking on the table so we had to pay for a dish of which we didn't even eat 10% of. We tried to give feedback to the waiter and manager about the dish and they were extremely rude whispering about us behind our backs. Had we read the 3 star reviews beforehand we would never have gone for dinner, considering we went at 8pm on a Friday, the whole restaurant which is pretty huge had only 4 tables dining. We should have guessed the food and service was going to be atrocious. No good restaurant in London is empty on a Friday night. When I told my partner he confirmed the place was always empty and the food has always been terrible. He went almost 3 years ago and still there has clearly been no improvement. Its clear this enormous empty place is just a front for a shadier side business they must have going on like embezzlement, money laundering or something of the sort! They do not care about their customers, their food is cold and stale and meat is rotten. Health and safety should close this place and investigate what's going on with their food. Both my friend and I had very bad stomach cramps and we barely ate anything. Its obvious that these people are dirty and do not care about food hygiene. The only thing they had which was good was the orange juice which you could taste was sweet and fresh so credit where its due for that but nothing else! The bill came to £60 for 3 dishes and we came away more starving than when we went in and with stomach cramps for good measure! What a huge disappointment I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want a hole in your pocket and food poisoning on the side! I have been to many Turkish restaurants, both expensive and much cheaper places and with much better quality food that tasted amazing. This experience has made me go off turkish food which is a huge shame because not all turkish restaurants are like this. Zero starts should be an option for this

Lovely atmosphere and great food and staff. The location is perfect next to the water a must visit for couples to have a relaxing Sunday morning brunch.

Lovely Ambience, yummy food and drinks, my son loved their chips and chicken nuggets. Special Thanks to Muge for being lovely lady serving us well and surprised me with a yummy birthday cake, staff sang me a happy birthday song. I loved it, will definitely go back to try more from their menu.

My wife and I had dinner on consecutive days and both times the food was excellent with fast and very friendly service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This restaurant serves excellent Turkish food. Very friendly staff and very attentive. I had the meal choice for under £20. Food tasted great. If you like Turkish food, look no further. One thing though, it’s a bit cold so wear warm clothes if visiting during winter.

I had visited the restaurant many times before and the food was good, but yesterday (Dec 24th) went with my kids (around 4:30pm, it was very quiet) and the food quality was VERY disappointing. I order chicken sish, wich was average, horrible plainish salad ever. The calamari were very bad too, grease and not well coated as expected. But the worst were the kids menu. The chicken was extremely plain and flavourless and the "cod cubes" were just fish fingers. It's a shame that the restaurant has lost his food quality standars, as the venue is lovely. Therefore, the restaurant seems overpriced as for the food quality doesn't make it worthy. Unfortunately, I do not recomend the restaurant. The service was good but tye food is a big disappointment.

I have been to several Turkish restaurants but this had the worst food for me. The venue is nice and spacious. The people serving could hardly speak English. After serving poor food, no one came to find out whether we were enjoying it. I asked for tea but the guy did not understand so did not bring it. Asked for salt, they brought an empty container. I told my partner we go but she convinced me to give them a chance. She herself could not eat half of the food. It was a Monday and the salad was most likely leftover from weekend. I left hungrier and angry. We went to check it out so that we invite a group of 20 people but no way.

Would have rated this as good but sadly we were made to feel less than welcome. Popped in on a Saturday lunchtime entering into the cafe (love the beautiful wooden doors) which leads into a more formal dining area. When we ordered our food, the server explained that while I had selected from the Meze menu my friend had selected a dish from the restaurant menu. He said that he needed to find out if we could do that and went to speak to someone in the restaurant. When he returned he said we could sit in the restaurant, which was quite empty, and we were shown to a table. Unfortunately it seems that this was not OK and we were questioned, at intervals, by 3 different members of staff, looking disapprovingly at my Meze, as to why we were there. Each time we explained we were grudgingly "allowed" to stay but we certainly didn't linger and they lost out on a drinks order. Pleasant decor, nice views looking out at the water, great calamari, ok meze, shame about the attitude. Won't be returning.

Delicious food, great service and also Turkish hospitality makes this place very special. In the morning you can have Turkish Simit and Chay, noon you can enjoy salads and great soups and dinner meze with meat. In case you did not you should try.

Visité Hazev para almorzar, no es mi primera visita aquí. En general un buen servicio con un personal amable. Mi amigo pidió el estofado de pescado y yo pedí los filetes de besugo. Bebidas y comida todos traídos a nuestra mesa a su debido tiempo. El sabor y la presentación de la dorada fue excelente; desafortunadamente fue decepcionado por la cantidad de huesos que quedaban en los filetes. Esperaría algunos huesos, sin embargo, conté más de 20, momento en el que dejé de comer. Es una pena y poca atención al detalle.

It was fun to eat a kind of food we don't normally get in our hometown. The restaurant was easy to get to through the underground and train system. The area was nice for walking. We had great food and service, no reservation.

I used to take my clients to this place but consistent bad service has put me off for good.The location is very good, the food is average, customer service can be very appalling sometimes and the owner is just plain nuts.For example I ordered Fanta and was given a drink in a glass that just tasted weird. Our waiter confirmed twice that it was Fanta. Only after i insisted for them to bring me the can/bottle the drink came in did the owner show up and apologised that they did not have Fanta and substituted my drink with a cheap Turkish Fanta alternative.The blow was when i complained to the owner instead of apologising he said "just because you guys work in high rise buildings you cannot tell me how to run my restaurant". I left with my guests immediately. Either he was drunk or is a complete nutcase. Avoid this place like the plague. Try Chai Ki or Kilikya - both have a much better atmosphere and better service.

Decided to book this restaurant on line so as to make sure we had a firm reservation. On the booking page they asked if there was anything they need to know . My wife has an allergy so I wrote this on the booking page . We arrived just before our reservation time and were seated straight away. The staff were very helpful and new about my wife’s allergy and were able to help her with her choice of dish . The food was 1st class , very tasty and well presented. The service was quick and efficient and friendly. We had two courses plus cocktails, beer and coffee. The bill came to just over £95 which I think for London was good value. Many thanks to the staff and we will be back .

My wife and I had wonderful dishes for lunch at Hazev's. The dishes were tasty and satisfying. My wife had a vegetable soup and I had a dish with eggplant, yogurt, red cabbage , and other vegetables. Nice.

Attended a private party at this restaurant over the weekend. Food was a let down, purported 'grilled' main course was luke warm and chips served were dry and burnt-like crunchy! Service was rushed and I sensed an impatient vibe. Final straw was being given the inaccurate impression at 9:45pm that restaurant was closing in 15 minutes time encouraging us to round up and leave when in fact restaurant did not close till 11pm. I will not be returning there. I enjoyed company of the group I dined with and nothing more.

Dined here with a friend. Service excellent and food choices great. For London we found the prices very reasonable. Wine a little more expensive but good quality. I would definitely return and recommend for a Turkish experience.

My wife and I really enjoy turkish food and decided to try this restaurant for our dinner our first night in London. the service was very attentive, and the food was very tasty. We each had a starter and a main, and we shared a desert. Overall, great value for the money.
