Visited Hat or Lemon for the first time and was blown away by the variety of drinks available. From whiskey to gin, they have something for everyone And I did ordered PINA COLADA and it was creamy coconut, sweet pineapple, and hint of rum create a harmonious blend that instantly evokes visions of sandy beaches, swaying palm trees, and warm ocean breezes. It's the ultimate escape in a glass.

Within the Manor Hotel. Delicious and competitively priced cocktails. Relaxed formal hotel bar with excellent service. Not one to miss if like me coming to Exmouth for the first time.

Come for cocktails. The bar man was lovely and polite. cocktails was reasonably priced.

This is an amazing place. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. Not only were the cocktails amazing quality they were served by a lovely lady. Kez had a great knowledge of the cocktails and was a delight to chat to. We'll definitely visit again.

Lovely place to pop in for a cocktail. You don't need to be in the hotel. Great choice of cocktails and you could actually taste the booze in them (not just the normal juice like everywhere else) also lovely friendly lady serving.

Was staying in the Royal Beacon hotel for the night. Saw this hotel and bar online and thought I’d give it a go for dinner. Lovey greeting by staff at the hotel, and directed to the really inviting, bright and modern restaurant. Made it in time for Happy Hour…Cocktails were great…. Very strong. Kez the bar manager was really friendly and as it was quiet we had a good chat. Dinner in the restaurant which was delicious, best fish and chips I’ve had in ages. Compliments to the chef Really enjoyed my relaxing meal and drinks.

A relaxed atmosphere. A very friendly mixologist, welcoming and cheerful. Cocktails were amazing and prices competitive especially with their two for one happy hour. I would highly recommend .

This is a lovely undiscovered gem, definitely give it a try. The staff are friendly, and they do great tasting cocktails with a wide variety, as well as other drinks. It's not just for the hotel guests and they have a happy hour/ happy weekend 😊

Popped in a few times now. Each time we have had a different cocktail and each one has been yummy. Well made and you can actually taste the booze in it unlike most other bars these days. Nice friendly bar staff. Will be returning and would recommend.

Such a vast menu full of cocktails for everybody. All freshly mixed in front of you by the wonderful staff. Such a cosy and spacious bar, with games and books to keep the little ones busy. One of our favourite places to stop for a gin and a squash! Slowly working through the cocktail menu, couldn't choose a favourite as they're all so tasty!!

Always a lovely relaxed feeling bar within this lovingly maintained hotel. Cocktail happy hour offers great value. The bar staff are very competent and friendly and the bar offers a really great selection of drinks.

What a first class bar, with first class staff and cocktails. We have been quite a few times now and tried nearly all the cocktails everyone more delicious than the last. Such a well stock bar. Lovely atmosphere and ambiance. Highly recommend.
