Such a wonderful find with deliciously, fairly priced food and drink. Lovely staff and very vegan friendly. We will be back - thank you 😊.

Everything can be made vegan!!!! I love the food and as a vegan I miss a good old panini with crisps and coleslaw! So nostalgic 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The staff are friendly, the food is tasty and affordable. Friday nights they have live free music and fun cocktails. Love the chick'n cranberry paninis and the house breakfasts.

Best coffee in Exmouth in my opinion. And delicious sausage rolls. Ive had the vegan one and it's incredible

We went for lunch on 21st October 24, we had a gorgeous bowl of vegetable stew with lovely granary bread, cake and coffee, it was delicious and a very nice atmosphere with friendly service. We really appreciate it when we get good plant based options.

Arrived there at 1445 and it was shut after I’ve paid for parking

Sat in the square in the sunshine with a salad /lentil/ bean bowl . Absolutely fabulous and a good price . I had chicken with mine .

Ordered drinks, 40 minutes later still nothing so asked what hold up was and they went off on a power trip and banned us for life and wouldn't refund us the cash(which I think is illegal). Later found out it was because they don't like my friend because he has MS and it makes the cafe look bad. Joke of a cafe, there's plenty of cafes in the strand avoid this one!.

This café was ok, but the staff were very young and not polite or friendly. A bit more training wouldn't go amiss. The café is in a good location.

Highly recommend good food and drink and extremely good customer service excellent atmosphere outdoor seating and indoor seating good for all weather.

An amazing gluten free and vegan full English breakfast. It does look marginally better than it taste's, but it was still a great meal and very unexpected

We travelled half and hour and walked for 20 minutes to find Sundowners but they closed at 3:20pm. It’s advertised as closing at 4pm. A staff member wasn’t particularly bothered when I asked if they were closing early and just responded with a ‘yeah’. I wouldn’t recommend going as they don’t want any custom. We went somewhere else with better customer service.

We always get food from Sundowners when we’re staying in Exmouth. There’s a window you can order takeout food from and the wait isn’t too long (within ten minutes). The toasted wraps and panini are nice - I can recommend the felafel filling. I’ve enjoyed having food in the cafe. I like the decor with the murals, nice and quirky.

Couldn't recommend this place more!! Wonderful food, tasty staff!! The staff are so friendly and humorous. They accommodate your dietary needs brilliant, the food options are great, there's lovely art in the cafe and I don't find it too noisy; it's really laid back, vibrant atmosphere. Definitely one of my favourite cafes/bars on Exmouth and probably one of the best in my opinion.

Visited Sundowners for the first time and had a delicious lunch, lots of choice.

A lovely little cafe with amazing food and a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options! Would definitely recommend, even if you don’t usually have a plant-based diet.

Town Centre Location with some outside seating. Staff are very pleasant & seemed keen on keeping it clean. Coffee good. Decor not modern. If the café is meant for everyone there needs to be sufficient space with a suitable layout so customers don’t have to squeeze past unknown dog(s). At the moment this can be difficult, in part because the café is narrow front to back.

Nice little place, good food. Nice cosy atmosphere. Does Vegan and non vegan food so my daughter and I can go for lunch without any problem as she has a lactose intolerance and I don't so there's choice enough for us both.

Best coronation chicken sandwich ever. Will be returning to try rest of menu. So pleased to have found this great little place.

Couldn’t recommend Sundowners more! Excellent service and absolutely delicious food. We had the homemade potato and leek soup and vegan “chicken” wrap - great portion sizes and very tasty! We also enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice. Thank you 😊

Great food, really good options for vegan, lovely place

Food was amazing. The "chick" n cranberry panni was heavenly. There were 6 of us n I'm the only vegan but the rest of the family said it was amazing food n shocked it was "veggie". Also catering for gluten free was great for my sis inlaw. Drinks were great too. Just wish we had such a fabulous place near where we live. Staff were so helpful n friendly.

Really tasty, and I love the bar, very cosy. Will come back again :)
