Had a fabulous meal last night with our best friends, we’d booked the festive menu and Will and his team as usual did an excellent job , no complaints whatsoever, all delicious, despite it being really busy service was still friendly and efficient, always enjoy our nights out here and Neil and the team always look after us and make us feel welcome, thank you Harvey’s Holmfirth for a lovely Christmas night out 🎄🤗

The Sunday lunch was awful, the meat was overcooked and the veg felt like it'd been sat there waiting a while. Only saving grace was how well the staff handled this and refunded one of the meals (I'd powered through mine as I hadn't eaten all day, so couldn't justify asking for a refund, even if I didn't enjoy it) and their cocktail menu. Such a shame, as everytime I've visited the Fenay Bridge location, it's always been great!

Popped into harveys for an unplanned drink and bit of lunch . So nice and warm in there . As it was busy being lunch time we were told that we would be seated upstairs ,.not a problem 2 gents were just leaving and in no time the table was cleared and cleaned so we could sit downstairs . A pint of Amstel which I can say is probably one of the nicest ones I've had and a diet coke. The waitress came over very friendly ,took our order 2 double cheeseburgers and fries . When the food came it was presented well and was as it should be ,nice and hot. It was so nice and the fries were crispy and plenty of them as well. I will certainly be going back there . Highly recommend.

Nice bar/restaurant, located in town centre so easy for everything around, good selection of drinks and food and service was very good, only criticism was my beef hanging kebab was overcooked so left me disappointed, the others in our party were happy with their food. Prices were OK with other local places.

Amazing food we had the kebabs and desert. Lovely homely atmosphere and amazing staff who are a credit to the chain of restaurants!!

Went to Harvey's before a concert at The PictureDome. Service very good, food excellent. Prices good. Only one point was the very weak coffee, manager said he would address this. Would definitely eat there again.

Had a great experience taking a few staff members for a meal, the whole experience was first class from the ambience, food and the excellent customer service shown by our waitress Lara Highly recommended we will be back.

We arrived without a booking, the staff accommodated us with a table for 4, which was great as we could see how busy they were. Service was very good, Gracie was our server and she was really good, she was attentive and very professional thank you, the food was amazing.

A lovely friendly place with beautiful decor. The food was delicious and there was a great variety. We had steaks, hanging kebab and burgers, they were all fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing pre-theatre meal. Food was delicious and Gracie our waitress was polite, efficient and friendly. We had the vege skewers tasty and amazing value! Place was recommended by locals and didn’t disappoint.

We were in Holmfirth meeting up with daughter and son in law, looking for somewhere for lunch and came across this restaurant, we had two roast dinners , a burger and sea bream all very nice.

In July we ate here as a group of 19 for my mum’s 65th. The food and service was brilliant and everyone commented how beautiful the food was.. hard to achieve with that many fussy people! My self and partner came back today for my birthday and food was just as amazing. Our server was Zoe and she was so helpful and smiley, nothing was too much. Really lovely experience

We chose Harveys for lunch with our son and his partner, mainly because they're vegan and had a hankering for vegan pizza. They weren't disappointed! And neither was I. I chose 3 tapas dishes, the mushrooms on toast, king Prawn katsu curry and Onglet steak. I can honestly say it was the tastiest trio of things I've ever eaten! Very fresh ingredients and wonderful flavours. Quite good sized portions too, for tapas. I probably didn't need 3 if I'm honest, but they were all so delicious I cleaned each plate...then struggled to walk! My husband had the blue cheese & beetroot burger, which he said was tasty. The pizzas went down very well too! It was our first visit to Harveys since it changed hands and we were very pleasantly surprised. Zoe, our waitress was excellent. Exactly the right level of attentive. The only negative, if I'm being really picky, was that it lacks the range of hand pulled ales and ciders it had before. But what drinks we did have were enjoyable.

I visited Harvey's for lunch with a friend. We hadn't booked but luckily got a table even though it was busy. We chose from the lunch menu, which had a good choice of options. We were served by the very smiley Zoe who couldn't do enough to make our visit enjoyable, even chasing our meal up in the kitchen as we didn't have too long left on the car park! The food was lovely, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be back

Our first visit to Harvey’s and we will defiantly be back. The restaurant it’s self is bigger than expected, yet still gives a cosy atmosphere and lovely interior. The tapas was the best I have ever had and a great variety, washed down with a great bottle of wine. Thanks to Faye for the great recommendations and providing excellent service.

We had lovely family meal tonight. The hanging kebabs were amazing and finished of with a biscoff cheesecake which was to die to for. We then tried the cocktails as we seen someone else get them and they did not disappoint. Not only did they look a work of art they were also delicious. I recommend the passion fruit and raspberry martini. The restaurant is beautifully done out with the tables spaced out well. The staff were very friendly. We will be retuning before we go home - thanks for a great night

Just could not wait. !!!! …..It was like returning home to my mother’s cooking after being away for years, The food was amazing just how I remembered, the staff were just so good , and a special thanks to Faye for looking after us for the evening. Chose this place as it is so highly rated on Tripadvisor, we realised the reason for its high rating as soon as we stepped through the door. The staff were so accommodating, so friendly and so efficient. The food was of a very high standard and varied enough to suit all visitors, very reasonably priced for a restaurant of quality. Thanks to all staff, sorry I cannot remember the names but both ofthe girls who served us could not be faulted and were so friendly. Thanks Harvey's, might even ccome back to Holmfirth one day just to eat here!!!!

Visited on a fairly busy Tuesday afternoon. Felt very comfortable from start to finish. Friendly waiting service, tasty food and reasonably priced. Thank you to Zoe for making us feel comfortable throughout.

If you’re looking for amazing food and exceptional service then this is the place to find it. Tapas were soo tasty and washed down with a lovely glass of white. The thing that stood out was the fabulous Faye’s service, despite being busy constantly made sure we didn’t go without a drink and had time to chat with us. Can not fault this restaurant, we will be back!

We planned a surprise 30th birthday party here for my sister on the 30th July 2021.The service from Brandon and Louis was excellent they made the party fun and could not be more accommodating in making it a special night!Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and loved the party from start to finish... we didn’t want it to end! Thank you to team including Holly for organising the booking.

We had a meal there the evening England lost. The time was moved forward to accommodate, however everything was excellent. Service and food. Well worth a visit.

We’re not surprised that this restaurant in holmfirth is number 1! Always a real pleasure to dine here. The staff are super friendly and efficient. The menu is extensive and everything is delicious. The place itself is very stylish and has a great atmosphere. And the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Their pizzas are utterly delish! And a favourite of mine is the tapas selection, especially the belly pork and the Katsu prawns! The truffle fries are amazing! Never had room for desert! Can’t fault this restaurant!

Lovely conversion of traditional building. Staff are very warm and friendly as well as superbly efficient and well informed. Choice of food was outstanding with interesting twists on bistro classics. Fabulous food all expertly cooked.

Came over to Holmfirth and a friend recommended Harvey’s - we weren’t disappointed! Hanging kebabs were amazing, the kids enjoyed burger & pizza, both of which were really good! Finished off with a superb chocolate brownie & ice cream! Excellent food & service all round so thanks to everyone at Harvey’s!

We were recommended here on Saturday afternoon from another restaurant that couldn’t accommodate us. Thank you for the recommendation this place did not disappoint, excellent food choice on the menu. The place is tastefully decorated, and nothing has been left unfinished. The staff are very attentive, pleasant and make time for you, our waitress was Kasia. Who ensured we had everything we needed and were happy with our food. This place is fabulous we will be definitely coming back again, just wish I lived closer!!!

Lovely place to eat with friendly attentive staff and beautiful food. We had the the continental meat and cheese starter which was excellent followed by Burgers which were huge and really tasty. Nice choice of beers on tap also. The staff were fantastic as was the service definitely worth a visit.

I have eaten here several times and I genuinely cannot complain. I have always been served with a smile and the staff are always happy to help.Every time I eat here I always order the Tapas for starters. The Belly Pork is amazing and the servings of each Tapas are generous. For mains (I am a burger person) I recommend the Buttermilk Chicken or the Pig and Cow! Unless you visit on a Sunday then honestly... get the roast!!!!As a real ale drinker, I would prefer a bit more choice (as we are in Yorkshire) but the two blonde (it is what it is during Covid) ales that are on offer are stunning. I always go for the White Rat. In 6 visits, I am yet to find any reason to give less than 5 stars.

Four of us out for a meal. Starters and a main course. Some of the starters were huge which is always a plus when you're hungry. Mains were beautiful too, had a burger, duck pizza and two kebabs. Fantastic Venue, all covid protocols adhered to. Staff very friendly too, our waitress was Zoe and she was very attentive. Can't wait to come back.

Everything about my visit to Harvey’s was amazing. My friend and I came for lunch for her birthday and had a great time. The service when we arrived until we left was fantastic, every person we spoke to were welcoming, offered such great suggestions and were just genuinely lovely. Kasia was our server and she was brilliant.The food was absolutely incredible, started with the mozzarella garlic bread - this was delicious. Then had the garlic mushroom pizza shared with fries and the halloumi chips which was all brilliant.The drinks menu was fab, started with the Jammy dodger cocktail which is officially now my fave cocktail EVER. Then, because I’m driving, switched to mocktails and had elder flower cooler which was lovely but then had ‘The Pink One’ - I would highly recommend!! Overall experience at Harvey’s was fantastic Can’t wait to come back and work my way through the cocktail menu!

Looking for somewhere in Holmfirth for lunch, en route from Notts to Hebden Bridge we booked this from the reviews. It certainly lived up to its promise. Absolutely fabulous food, good value for money, lovely informative, friendly staff and a super modern, stylish interior. And the toilets were amazing - always a good sign! Our burgers were delicious, we split two so we could try different options, and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

The service was extremely friendly and professional. Our server Kasia was lovely and gave great service with a smile. The food was excellent, great wine selection, beautiful space and we will definitely going back. Covid regulations were followed. Felt safe, plenty of space between tables.

Chose this restaurant purely because of its reviews and we were not disappointed. Excellent service from the moment we entered to when we left. The food was excellent and very good value. Great service from the young man in Tartan trousers and especially from Kasia who took our orders and checked with us that everything was ok . Will visit again if ever back in this area .

Absolutely lovely service, our server Kasia has been excellent made our visit extremely pleasant. Food was divine, came our relatively rapidly as well. The cocktails were definitely worth it. Made our Thursday night treat even better.

We had a fab lunch here. A busy restautant that didn't fail in giving a fantastic service. Very organised with bookings/check in/track and trace. The full team are very efficient, we enjoyed the tapas selection, it was perfectly cooked, so fresh and beautifully presented. We will be back and look forward to it.

Visited here on Saturday afternoon for a meal. The place is beautiful, stunning and incredibly clean. Extra clean toilets - 10/10.Service was by Cassia, she was fantastic, friendly and we recieved very fast service, nothing was too much for her, very helpful.Food was out of this world, piping hot, tasty and blew our minds. Having a chef amongst the party always fills us with doubts, but thumbs up all round and another 10/10.All in all, what an amazing place and we will defo be back. What a credit you all are.

Love Harvey’s whether it’s just for drinks or having a takeaway or eating in. Always a warm and friendly welcome and always well looked after , attentive and efficient staff. We’ve had a lot of takeouts from here this last year and they’ve always been good . The food is always spot on , the chefs take pride in what they send out and it shows. We went for the first time for Father’s Day and it was amazing. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside and the staff/service are super friendly. We didn’t feel rushed and had a fantastic meal out as a family, the staff made our little girl very happy. The food is probably one of the best meals we have had out in a long time and can’t wait to go back.

Nice decor and excellent staff. Arrived without a booking and was shown to a table, decided to have the Sunday lunch one with chicken and one with pork. We hadn't booked, and were seated at a great place. The food came out without waiting an age for it. The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the food was to die for. Maisie our server made sure we had enough and altogether the experience will definitely make us come again. Well worth the trip

First visit to Harvey’s for my mum and dad the day before Father’s Day. They moved to Holmfirth 12 months ago to be nearer to us. As usual the food was excellent and the staff were caring, friendly and attentive. We love the food here and would recommend it to anyone. My dad who loves his food and has been to a few of the local eateries since moving here said it was the best meal he has had so far (chicken tikka hanging kebab). High praise indeed. Keep up the good work guys and we will be back soon.

We spent a lovely Friday afternoon in Harvey’s and everything about it was great. We shared a tomato garlic pizza bread, then I had the pig & cow burger, and my friend had a few tapas dishes. All of the food was absolutely delicious and it was certainly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The service was also really good: attentive, polite and we weren’t rushed. Couldn’t fault anything!

My first visit to Holme Firth and found this gem! Great food and menu, lovely cocktails and the staff were friendly, especially Georgia who waited on us and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting here again soon with the family.

Called into Harvey’s on Wednesday. It looks good. I was disappointed by the “lockdown” menu, all burgers and pizza with small plates, that if you’re a pescatarian just don’t “fit”. However, the pizzas are really good - what really stood out, and will have us going back again was the gorgeous, professional, helpful, knowledgable FABULOUS Megan! Star of the show and made our experience at Harvey’s worth going back for!

Really happy with the whole experience of our meal out the other day. Arrived to check in for our booking which I found out I had made at the wrong Harvey's. The girl quickly sorted us out with a table anyway and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The service was friendly, prompt and efficient. Standard of food was very good, just the right amount and overall a fab meal.

Welcomed by a doorman who made us feel welcome and even brought menus to the table. Then served by Kasia who looked after us and the service was spot on. Thank you Harvey’s Holmfirth!
