I had no regrets when I chose Fusionz Patisserie to make my 46th birthday cake. I had coconut and jam. The cake was moist and it melted in our mouths at first bite. The sausage rolls are the best I have tasted; every bite leaves your palette longing for more of the delicious flavours of the herbs and spices. Friendly and courteous staff especially over the phone who are always willing to accommodate you. The bakery is clean and the aroma of freshly baked goodies lingers in the air. You must have something from this bakery and trust me , you will keep going back.

Been multiple times as a vegan with non-vegan friends who always agree it's amazing! The lotus brownies are honestly heaven, 100% recommend.

39 Bridge StreetAfter a long walk on the canal saw that this place had lots of lovely covered outdoor seating. The staff were really mice and friendly and the drinks we had were really good (iced latte) The food we saw going past us looked amazing (especially the hot dogs) so we will definitely be back for food next time we're in the area!
