Harvester Swan Centre in Eastleigh

I haven’t been to a harvester in about a decade. Its core vibe remains but there is an up to date menu and the service in Eastleigh branch by Bev was absolutely perfect. As my 9 year old has just said “bevs the best!”

We have had a lovely family meal after a long day at work. Our server Atlas was really lovely and they made sure that everything was just right with our meal. Molly the manager was really nice too and even though we hadn’t booked a table she managed to find us a table almost straightaway. Thank you also to Poppy and Martin for making our lovely dinner.

Had an great food . Food was really delicious and fresh and service by bev who was very pleasant and polite and kind. Very much appreciated.

We have visited here quite a few times over the last four years. There has been an issue with drafts caused by a faulty door and near an open door from the kitchen. Generally, good service. However, the size of the chicken portions has been reduced greatly and the spare ribs had hardly any meat on them.

Connor is a credit to your company. Always positive and level of service never drops even when extremely busy. Food is great and value for money. Best Harvester in the area I live for sure.

Anyone who gets Naomi is very lucky. It was super busy on Saturday night, but she was bubbly, kind and brilliant with my children - making sure their food came out first and asking them about their day at Peppa Pig world. Overpriced, but good portions and everyone left happy.

Food was amazing! Anika was very nice, friendly and helpful. The person who we spoke to when I came in was also very friendly and helpful. I asked if we could have a booth , and she was able to do this for us, as one member of the group struggles with noise and finds the booth helps to block noise.

Connor service at eastleigh as always was great this evening. Place was busy but food came quickly.

So this was our 3rd visit, 1st visit was great.. 2nd was pretty poor and this visit was 'good' but could be better. So service was good.. however there was only 1 plate for bread rolls out and it wasn't clean.. so used napkin.. no plates were put out during our visit.. I was sitting facing the salad area and was just thinking why no plates.. and to be honest probably could have done with a few more rolls.. but it was quiet to maybe that's why.. but still needed plates! Salad cart was pretty well presented. Mains were both very nice. Still think the place is a little scruffy and while it was warmer than last time It wasn't cosy.. no idea why the outer door is left open.. surely that just causes the cold air to flow in and out when the inner door is opened and closed. We have friends who liked this restaurant and said it had gone down hill.. they are not willing to return.. based on this visit we will return.. but one more fail and we won't be back either.

Always a great welcome at Harvester Eastleigh. Staff are so lovely and hardworking here, but somehow manage to look after you throughout your visit. Food has consistently been excellent on each visit... the salad bar is fantastic and a big hit with me.

We came a few weeks ago, celebrating my grandads birthday and I just want to say our server was absolutely lovely! the food was great and my grandad was happy, thank you to atlas ! They’re service was excellent

From the start we were greated with a welcoming atmosphere with a great selection of dishes. Our server, Connor, was attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was fresh, and served promptly. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience

As a family we love the eastleigh harvester the staff are friendly and the food is great we use the harvester for all our celebrations birthdays, mothers/fathers day we have even been for Christmas for the last 4 years

Good value, ideally located for a pre-cinema meal

Naomi, was amazing, she helped us with everything we needed. We were a table of eight with lots of children. She was caring, attentive and very polite. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Naomi.

Service was good but a little slow. Salad bar was disappointing with some of the items were dried out and Crusty. Bread rolls were far from fresh ( and who keeps bread rolls in the fridge). And you do NOT deep fry cornbread it was revolting. And please don't refry chips i have worked in catering and know a refried chip when i see one. Also try cleaning the place it was far from clean.

Really impressed with our breakfast order. We’ve never ordered from here before but was really impressed by the packaging and warmth of food. All cooked really nicely and was very tasty. This is definitely my new breakfast guilty pleasure!

great evening out with good food reasonably priced

Came for breakfast this morning, food and service was lovely as always. Atlas has served us a number of times and is always super friendly and attentive. No complaints (other than the unlimited breakfast no longer being available but that's not Atlas's fault)!

The service was great, the lady re stocking the salad cart was amazing but it was hard keeping up. As was our server, he was very attentive to our needs and got our fussy order correct. We enjoyed our family trip out post Christmas. Was nice to catch up, unfortunately, I think the prices have risen a bit much for us to eat there without a voucher discount. Thankyou.

More gluten-free options would be nice. Website said £18.99 for two course festive meal, charged £19.49 probably thanks to the government!

Quick service, friendly staff and Bev our waitress was particularly lovely and personable

My children and I come here once or twice a month either for breakfast or dinner. Staff are very friendly and have gotten to know us by names now so we’re always greeted with a friendly welcome and understanding of my son’s additional needs but never feel judged. We love that there is something for each of us on the menu whether we choose the same thing or want to have something different. We shall continue dining here quite possibly forever. Big shoutout to Molly, Poppy, Harry and Atlas for always serving and/or cooking us delicious meals, and a huge shoutout to Santa and his Elf for bringing his festive and magic to breakfast this morning 🎅🏼 having a believer and a non believer, you managed to make them both feel the magic, thank you! ✨

Came in for a family meal of 4 and the food was cooked absolutely superbly by poppy! Best meal we have had at a restaurant in a long time we will definitely be back

Food was good and a nice atmosphere but beware of parking. Put your number plate in!!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating as I arrived 45 minutes before my booking and they still got me sat, the service was really quick getting me ordered and having their free salad bowl in no time. I thought the pricing was really good and wasn’t too expensive. The salad bar did lack choices as a few of the items were repeated. But over all I had a very good time here with very friendly staff making the experience lovely

Kids love the harvester’s salad bar, every time we ask where they want to go for dinner harvester is the first words out their mouth!

This is great for a Xmas work party. Good energy and friendly staff. Nothing was to much. Have had great communication with Molly throughout. Would definitely recommend

Is what it is I guess. Alright value for money but the salad bar isn't worth a look. starter was nice. Had a chicken burger. Unable to eat it like an actual burger. Was considerably taller than it is wide, common issue these days. It's a sensible amount of food and world br good if it was in a bigger bun. Said it come with mayo but had burger sauce that I don't like, not like I can just pick that out, and the chicken was over cooked. As in I couldn't even cut it with a knife and would of lost a tooth on the batter. Chicken inside eatable... So meh 🤷🏻‍♂️ on a work trip so I didn't make a fuss. Would have been bothered had I been out with the misses and not claiming back the cost anyway.

I have frequented this establishment on several occasions and have consistently enjoyed the quality of the cuisine. An added benefit is the availability of an open bar with a variety of salads, and the service has always been exceptionally courteous. Today, I would like to commend Connor for his outstanding service and enthusiastic assistance. Congratulations, Connor, on your exemplary performance; you are deserving of a promotion to a more advanced position. Best of luck 🤞

Bev our server was outstanding, she handled 19 of us with a happy smile. It was amazing service and we will definitely come again thanks to Bev and the quality of the food.

Very welcoming with polite and knowledgeable servers. Food was very good and came out quickly even though it was very busy.

harvester is a proven concept and you know what to expect. No complaints, not the most atmospheric location felt a bit like a fast food dinner rather than a restaurant. Lost one start for Christmas music before the 1st of December though

Disappointing service, it wasn't very busy but staff were not very attentive, having to flag staff down after a while of waiting. Kids meal was missing chips and the additional portion of chips was also missing. Desserts were disappointing, all of the caramel rocky sundaes had no oreo biscuit, one rocky bar and only chocolate sauce, just was very bland and mainly ice cream. The rocky sundae itself had minimal brownie and was disappointing compared to previous visits. Not had issues before but certainly disappointing on this occasion. Was a birthday meal and let the day down

We stopped off here for a meal after a long drive from up north. The one waitress was lovely but clearly overworked on her own, leading to lots of apologies for taking so long to serve us. The meal was well cooked, met all of our expectations, and certainly we felt value for money. The restaurant was a little somewhat tired and definitely needed a revamp to make it more relevant. Would I go there again if I was close by one day. Definitely yes for the quality of the food.

Lovely service and awesome food at the Harvester Swan Centre. Place had homey vibes and the staff won't rush you about. They'd let you take your time in deciding what you want. Salad bar is +++ the crispy onion topping was so good I had to top up my bowl multiple times. Portiom size is quite big. Not too keen on the bbq ribs more meat could have been better but it was alright. Everything else we ordered tasted great.

Had been to Paultons Park for the day as it was my Grandsons 5th Birthday., and visited this restaurant before travelling back to London. It was a fantastic experience. We were a large group of 14 and the service provided by Connor was exceptional. He calmly took our orders through the chatter and noise of our excited children. Then double checked that everything had been recorded properly before placing the order with the chefs. Everything was served to our tables promptly, food was delicious and hot, and Connor was so cheerful, nothing was too much trouble for him. It couldn’t have been an easy task but he managed it while smiling, being very efficient and polite. You did a great job Connor. Thank you.

Had to wait over 2 hours for delivery. Felt very sorry for Chelsea at the Harvester having to ring just eat to find out what’s going on and having to keep me updated when she is working her heart out for not just me but other customers. Food was hot and Thankyou Chelsea for what you do :)

Went for family birthday meal. New menu. Food hot.. New member of staff served us so was a little bit slow but she did good

Really lovely staff, they have such a welcoming feel. A real credit and nothing was any bother for them. Food was lovely and really enjoyable.

More modern type of traditional harvester all good

We had a lovely experience at the Harvester Swan Centre, the mixed Grill was delicious, and pork belly was divine. With every main you have unlimited salad and a variety of to choose from. I dished up a bowl and couldn’t really finish it. Apple pie was dished- delish, and made fresh. Service was exceptional, staff are super.

Tĥis is my preferred Harvester in the area. Having had a bad experience elsewhere. Free parking close by after 6pm. Tried the new honey drizzled corn bread - a really pleasant starter and worth trying. 1/2 chicken with mash was superb and what's not to like about unlimited soft drink refil and a well stocked salad bar. Staff friendly. Booking ahead recommended.

Spot on the money for a family of 5. Were very helpful to bring out a birthday cake, sang happy birthday etc. Staff and food was very good! Seemed clean enough. Would definitely visit again the future.

Love this Harvester. Never disappointed with the food or service. On our recent visit I had the rump steak which chefs Harry & Alex cooked to perfection. Phoebe was a wonderful host and really looked after us during our visit. We will be back again.

Molly was absolutely fantastic during our recent dining experience. Her friendly and bubbly personality made us feel instantly welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, and her patience and kindness with the kids were lovely. We were so impressed with her service that we hope to have her as our server again on our next visit. Molly is one of a kind, and we can't recommend her highly enough.

Food is dead. Chips stale. Nothing was fresh. Even the cocktail somehow looks lifeless

Atlas served us today for a later breakfast. They were polite, friendly and service exceptionally speedy.

Ate here today with family and the service and food was fab as usual. Atlas served us and was really friendly and welcoming. Atlas has served us a number of times and is always amazing. My daughter is in a wheelchair and going out can be challenging for us but we are always seated in an appropriate place and Atlas always checks if we need anything additional for my daughter. It’s this kind, caring, understanding and friendly service that keeps us going back. The food was delicious too as always.

Restaurant is good and food is decent quality. The staff make the restaurant better! We were served by Connor who was still training and what an amazing staff member to be served by: friendly, attentive and professional. I’d like to say what an amazing job he did despite how difficult our table can be. Thank you :)

We waited ages to be seated. The services was horribly slow. It took is just over 2 hours to have 2 courses. We waited so long in the end we didn't have the dessert on our set menu and just paid and left. Someone's child was screaming for a long time which prompted complaints from various people yet nothing was done to ask the parent to take the child outside to calm the baby down. The toilets had no hand gel and where blocked. The salad bar was the same thing repeted. The only saving grace was when we finally got our food, it was delicious.

Food was dry. Small portions for price. Was given the wrong sides. Although staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall atmosphere was pleasant. Sadly will not be visiting again.

Came in on a thursday night and had a positive experience of efficient friendly service from Atlas and good food with an well stocked salad bar.

We had Phoebe serve us who explained every thing and also asked if we wanted everything on what we ordered.

Staff very friendly. Wasn't very busy when I went so food was out a fair while.

Very disappointed chicken over cooked chips cold ... wasn't offered complementary drink or sweet...and nothing taken off bill for good will ...will not be coming back .

Sat down and ate there twice last week with different orders. In all 3 categories during each visit 5 stars are absolutely deserved. Friendly staff, a great salad bar, the taste of the chicken and other plates, fair priced. Thank you Team Harvester at Swan Centre
