Excellent service by Bev, attentive & friendly - Food was delightful!

Sammy was so nice, excellent customer service skills, always laughing and smiling and bringing the atmosphere. Food was amazing and so was the dessert.

We stopped for lunch after bowling, and although the staff member serving us all was pleasant enough and fairly attentive, we found the salad bar was virtually empty. It wasn't as if they were rushed off their feet as there were plenty of empty tables. The corn bread bites that came with one of the meals were inedible and almost burnt to a crisp. On a more positive note, the steaks we ordered were cooked very nicely.

Fantastic meal with the family. Had booked elsewhere originally but was let down on arrival due to their oven failing 🤷‍♂️. Called Harvester who managed to squeeze us in 10 minutes later. Have been to many a harvester as we all love it including the kids! This particular visit was the best yet. Service from Sammy was exceptional. So friendly and attentive with kids helping them through their menu choices. Food came quick and was delicious.

I absolutely love this place the staff are so kind caring and always have a smile on their face the staff are also very welcoming we went to another harvester and the food was awful it was burnt but not here the food is amazing food came out with in 10-15 minutes which was fabulous drink choice is varied menu is very good overall nice place

Fabulous service. Quick and good value. Haven't been to a Harvester for a while but this was a fabulous stop. The salad bar in particular was good as was Bev's service. Smiley, attentive and knowledgeable.

Sammy was a fantastic host, she was so helpful, as was Naomi. Food was OK, but my jacket potato wasn't brilliant. The rest of my party all enjoyed their food.

Bev was very welcoming. The restaurant was very busy but she was super accommodating and found us a table. She provided us with great service and was really helpful in finding the most cost effective way to pay. The food was lovely, restaurant was clean, toilets were clean and staff were friendly.

Came here again this eve for a family get together (regular venue as we like the colleagues and the food!) we were served by Sammy who is absolutely brilliant! The way she interacted with my young grandchildren and with the Adults was great! She recommended a new dish to me tonight too and it really did not disappoint! Please Harvester managers etc please keep Sammy on and give her more hours! She is a asset to your company!

Mothers Day booking. Excellent variety of food. All food on menus in stock. First server, extremely friendly and helpful. Second server, not so much. Couldn't find him to ask for the bill, and when we did, he took forever. Nice budget friendly place took to eat and will return.

Best breakfast I have had in years. Kate was our server today, fabulous customer service, friendly, polite and professional in her approach. I went for the classic breakfast, absolutely scrummy! Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, my poached eggs were cooked to perfection, dippy!!! Just as I like them, Poppy, you certainly know you way round a kitchen. We will 100% be back for breakfast again, (very soon)

Came here for a date, not sure what to get, Sammy gave amazing recommendations that felt personal, instead of suggesting the most expensive thing. Food was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Very impressed. It was very quiet when I arrived and was greeted promptly and told I could sit anywhere. The waitress was friendly and courteous. I took 2 items off the standard menu and she asked if I would like to add something else in its place. This was a nice touch. Food was served very quickly and was tasty.

Sammy the server for our table was a breeze to give us a great laugh out loud the service was excellent and I feel that kind of humour should be in places everywhere letting people leave with a boosted smile.

What a weird Harvester. It is like a Pizza Express was shut down and the Harvester look was skinned on, we could have been sat anywhere and not been able to guess where we were. Nasty granite look tables, just a box built into the side of a shopping centre. Everyone's meals had chips on and everyone seemed to get the bottom of the bag somehow, three of us had fish and chips, glad I didn't, none of them seemed to really want any of it despite saying how hungry they were. Even if the food was great I wouldn't come back, it's an odd one.

Wonderful evening meal at Swan center harvester, our server was Sammy and she was amazing, food was delicious!

Only complaint would be the size of the coffee which was tiny (about half the size of a small McDonalds coffee), and not worth near the £3 price tag. Rest of the experience was good.

I haven’t been to a harvester in about a decade. Its core vibe remains but there is an up to date menu and the service in Eastleigh branch by Bev was absolutely perfect. As my 9 year old has just said “bevs the best!”

A great meal out on a busy Friday. Seated and served quickly and the wait for the food was not long at all, considering it was busy. Our server Ben was very attentive too!

Our family enjoyed a meal at the Eastleigh harvester. The servers Connor and Sammy were excellent. They made us so welcome and they couldn’t do enough for us. They helped no end with my son’s dairy and soya allergy. The food was excellent, we will certainly return. Thank-you for a lovely meal.

My friend accidentally ordered a veggie burger LOL. And Sammy was so kind and replaced it with a beef burger at no extra cost. Such good and funny service 😂
