Harpers Sandwich Bar in Portsmouth

Never been met by people in a small business so annoyed to receive custom, tutted and huffed as I entered the shop, yes it was 14:45 and the shop closed at 15:00 but that’s no excuse. I ordered 2 rolls, once the filling was in the roll I stated which salad I would like in each and was told there was no salad left?? No discount offered and to make matters worse when opening the rolls outside the shop the fillings were incorrect. Another customer entered the shop behind me the staff members both rolled their eyes and gave him a dirty look, if you don’t want to be selling products until you close maybe worth advising a cut off time for rolls and food to be made. The filling in the rolls was a good portion and tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered. I won’t be returning

Me encanta venir aquí La comida y el personal son deliciosos! No iría a ningún otro lado por un sarnie descarado. . . o rollo de salchicha en eso.

Harpers proporcionó el Buffett para 50 personas en mis hermanos 50 °. La comida era fresca, sabrosa y abundante. Harpers entregó el buffet incluido en el precio. Todos comentaron lo agradable que fue la difusión. Gracias.

Friendly and welcoming busy sandwich bar. Their chili cheese panini is the reason I always go back I can't get enough of them 😁😁

Lovely cup of coffee & delicious bread pudding. Such friendly service, even offered to order bread pudding if we visited again.

Lovely fresh food always come here during summer for lovely salads rolls or baguettes or during winter for hot panninis or sausage rolls Great service always happy to chat to you about your day. Yum yum Fabulous food all year round

Pleasant staff. Always a great choice of fillings. Great value for money. Only down side is they do not take card payments.
