Came to have dinner here again. Kelly served us - what a star. Friendly , attentive, so helpful and nothing too much trouble. She is a credit to your establishment. Food was ok , not brilliant but ok. But what service we received from Kelly .

food was absolutely superb, highly recommend this place for dinner. one of the best meals out in a long long time, 5 stars

Staying locally and had Saturday night dinner here. Seated and served quickly. Staff were kind and welcoming. Beef lasagne and ribs and chicken plus wine and a beer. Delicious!

Went for the unlimited breakfast. Lovely breakfast, lovely selection of food and plenty of it. The issues: as gluten free I wanted thelbreakfast at the same time and had to order that and vegan sausages. These came much later.

We had a traditional Sunday roast , which was well cooked and presented. the staff were very efficient and friendly . The restaurant area was clean and tidy and well kept as were the facilities.

Staff are lovely. They really are thoughtful. I have been in all week for work. They remember you when you walk in and you fell look after. Thursday 12

Came for a meal here on Saturday night. Seemed very busy. Not many staff around. Food ok but my husband had steak and triple cooked chips. He didn’t eat much of his steak and his chip’s were awful. Never triple cooked more like frozen. I tried one. Not nice. Kelly our waitress was brilliant. Running around all night she never stopped. Friendly. Very helpful and sorted us out. She is a credit to your organisation. Well done Kelly. Your customer service is outstanding.

This is the second time having steaks for my wife and I, the food was perfect. Will be going again. Also their fish and chips are also very good

Excellent front of house and serving staff, friend, professional and very helpful - the ladies were running around - incredibly positive work ethos. However! The food was truly awful. Poor quality, badly cooked and presented. Couldn't even cook chips - abysmal! Every aspect and ingredient was poor in all departments. Such a shame as front of house deserve so much more.

This beefeater has a lovely atmosphere and staff are all super friendly. Food was delicious and very good at catering for our allergies. Our waitress Trudy was so friendly and funny and made the meal perfect.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to change items on menu and waitress very obliging. Over stayed our time but at no point were we made to feel unwelcome or hurried. Food ok but service amazing! Didn’t have to wait too long in spite of it being Father’s Day! Location perfect for premier inn - ferry port next day.

Came back to this beefeater as we visit family there. Came for drinks in the bar and ate in the restaurant. Lovely lady called Lorraine remembered us from our previous visit and was very accommodating in serving us. Friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was lovely even being busy. Service great. We will be back.

The Harbour Lights Beefeater is next door to the Premier Inn North Harbour and acts as its restaurant. As there are no alternatives close by it is also the only pub near the hotel, so we popped in for a couple of evening drinks. Sadly, the Carling Lager was flat and not very nice, and the alternative Premium lagers were also poor as the cooler wasn’t working very well. We did better in the morning when we went for breakfast. The buffet section is pretty average but we enjoyed our usual favourites of fresh fruit salad and yogurt, and it was nice to see that the hot food was freshly cooked to order. The sausages were proper butchers’ sausages and were meaty and very tasty, and whereas the bacon was also tasty, it seemed to have been sliced with a razor blade and was much too thin for my liking. A main feature during both our evening and morning visits was the staff who were charming and very friendly and a credit to the business.

Service outstanding Trudie was exceptional, food was really lovely I had the crunchie chicken wings & fish & chips was delicious 😋

We have just dined at that the Harbour Lights for the first time in 5 years and what a delight, our waitress was Amber, what a polite and helpful young lady, she not only table checked us twice but even checked our cocktails where okay. We had rib eye steaks with fries etc, it was without doubt the best steak we have had in years, the quality of the meat and the cooking where both amazing. The meals initially came out tepid, but when we mentioned it to the Duty manager, Jordan, the meals where swiftly replaced with a sincere apology. If the plates had been hot, I'm sure the meal would have come out hot the first time. We will definitely return.

Came here for a birthday breakfast for my husband's birthday. The kids eat free offer was an amazing offer as we have 4 children. The breakfast was fantastic in selection and quality. Everything was fresh and cooked well. We would definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon for another delicious breakfast.

Part of a national chain but rather special. We ate breakfasts, lunches and dinners over a period of two weeks, staying at the associated Premier Inn to visit sick relatives. We were very impressed with the professional and welcoming staff in the bar and table service departments. Using this chain of restaurants on a regular basis at home and whilst out and about, this one was head and shoulders above the norm. I am now hoping that my relatives get sick more often so I have good reason to travel the 100 miles to dine there. WELL DONE harbour Lights. Excellent management and professional well motivated staff. This what every Pub Eatery should be like.

We had a lovely afternoon at the beefeater for mothers day. We were served by Amber. She's the most incredible waitress and worth her wait in gold! What a plesant young woman. So down to earth and yet so professional. We were so well catered to. The staff wrre so very attentive, nothing is to much trouble. They literally don't stop, yet they all have a smile and it doesnt seem false at all. A very genuine experience. Food comes fast and so well cooked. Amber knows when not to bother you (ie; mouth full of food) you are lucky enough to have Amver serve you, you are in for the most amazing service. Some of the higher end restaurants in our area could take a lesson in people skills from her. She has a wonderful way of being so down to earth and so professional. If its possible, I will ask to sit where she is serving next time. Management are equally lovely. A very well manged restaurant. Food was all cooked beautifully. Not a single complaint. Nothing was to much trouble. We live in Gosport but travel to Portsmouth Beefeater as the Fareham one is very different. The Portsmouth one is so well managed, lovely food, exceptionally clean, attentive and nice staff, great atmosphere. As a chain I feel these type of chains are over priced, you'd pay the same in a high end restaurant but the service here just brings me back time and time again. They get it so right. Thank you for yet another beautiful meal and lovely experience.

Went for the first time to this beefeater after having a not so.nice meal .at our regular one. And recieved a complimentary £20 voucher as i couldnt eat my meal at farehams reaturant. I didnt want to risk going bk to fareham so disided to drive a bit further to harbour lights. We wernt disapointed this time What a lovely meal we all had today Chicken and ribs amazing very good size portions . Smothered chicken very lovely And sirloin steak cooked to perfection. Had a very lovely waitress judith She was super friendly and very attentive. Compliments to the chef as well We will definately return worth the extra travel to get there x

Met friends in our go to restaurant on Wednesday, we were lucky to get a table! Although it was busy the wait wasn't too bad either. We were served by Kate who was lovely. Really calm and attentive although being rushed off her feet. Hats off the the chef too, steaks were all cooked to perfection 😋 LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Lovely food, piping hot, great staff very busy but all working so hard. Can’t comment on puddings as we were too full up but the choices looked good. Easy to park and good access for buggy

Meals were absolutely beautiful and my 2 kids had plenty as the kids meals were not small portions and the waitress we had was absolutely brilliant, she is a credit to the business and knows how to have a laugh with the guests that come in her name is truly she is brilliant and me and my family would returns just for the laugh and service she does and as previously mentioned the food was great to. Wanted to surprise my partner for Valentines Day, which we were apart for, as they were staying at the Premier Inn next to this eatery on a business trip. Sadly when I phoned to ask if I could put some money behind the bar for their meal/drink it was a flat 'no'. No reason or other suggestions. Obviously no love in this establishment! Hope the food is better than their attitude which stinks.

Family meal on our way to the ferry. Food was great but the service from Lorraine was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful.

Went to the bar for drinks, very busy, staff were patient and polite. Served by Lorraine. Hard worker and made us feel welcomed. Look forward to returning for a meal next time!

This was our first visit for 40 years and it was an excellent meal - lovely food and drink and prompt efficient service from Lisa! When we are back in the area we will visit again!

We booked for a 16th birthday. The team were amazing! We dropped off decorations and they dressed the table beautifully! Upon arrival, all staff wished my daughter happy birthday. We were immediately offered drinks. Staff were so attentive. Our server was a lady called Amber. Nothing was to much trouble, food came fast, all hot and well presented. Service was impeccable!! Amber was amazing! Drinks were refilled and bought quickly, condiments were offered and immediately bought. They bought the cake out on time and all Staff sang happy birthday. The place is very well managed which reflects in the food, atmosphere, attentive Staff and excellent service. Great value for money. Now they are offering meerkat, we will visit more often

We had a lovely lunch here recently. We were a table of six and although some of our party were stuck in traffic, causing them to be late for our booking, the staff were so patient. The waitresses Megan and Judith were lovely, serving us quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. It was obviously very busy but we didn't wait too long for anything. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails! It was a very pleasant visit and all of the staff we met were lovely. Thank you 😀

Long queues freezing cold restaraunt, 2 hour wait manager with bad attitude. Food cold stodgy and poorly presented. Tables that resemble a football match day dirty toilets. What's not to hate .

Came to Harbour Lights for our annual Christmas meal. Food was fab and our servers Jo, Lisa, Lorraine, Kelly and Matt were excellent 👏👏

This was my first visit to a restaurant since the reopening and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Food was ok and of a decent standard. I went for the ribs and chicken combo. The restaurant was busy but plenty of space between tables made for comfortable eating.

We were looking forward to go out after being in lockdown for so long but I have to say it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. Long wait for food which was only luke warm when it arrived the presentation was not the best some parts looked like kicked around the kitchen floor not worth the price that we paid.On a positive note the staff were excellent.

Had the misfortune to waste an hour in this establishment waiting for my family to be served their breakfasts. Yes I know there are restrictions due to coronavirus, but when it’s used as an excuse for the hours delay for breakfast. It started so well. With hot drinks and toast delivered to the table in 10 minutes of arrival. But what happened over the next hour cannot be put down to virus restrictions. I have never come across such a disorganised, rude, lazy waiting staff which included the ‘manageress’ No fewer than 4+ Times did I ask when we might expect our breakfasts and each time told ‘ it was just being plated up’. In the end we left but not before I had apparently told the waitress that we were cancelling breakfast and leaving some 30 minutes earlier. Why if we had cancelled did we continue to wait at our table?I have never been spoken to in such a rude ignorant way, basically being accused of lying. Staff there have no idea of Customer Service.

What a lovely end to our weekend away.Staff were friendly through out, from the minute we walked through the door to the second we left. I don't know who was working the evening of the 17th October at 8pm, we were sat near the kitchen, but the two ladies who dealt with us were a credit to the restaurant. My garlic bread started was a tiny bit burnt, so the waitress added a third slice on my place FOC for me (I would have eaten it anyway), and no more than 5 min later walked over with a 4th slice FOC! Really lovely service.All food cooked well and more than we could eat. If we ever visit Portsmouth again we will be back.

The breakfast exceeded expectations , good quality ingredients, freshly prepared and served hot on hot plates. Portions were copious which was a pleasant surprise. Clean, attentive staff, felt very safe with covid processes. So glad we booked: Highly recommend: Warm welcome.

Se veía genial y sabía delicioso. Luego lo terminé con un gran postre. Esperando más visitas a este lugar. ¿El personal y la comida eran brillantes?

Reservé en las luces del puerto con poca antelación y me dijeron que no había problema. Llegó para ser bienvenido, completó la rutina de COVID rápidamente y lo acompañó a nuestra mesa. Menú muy completo (bebidas y comida) y el pedido se tomó rápidamente. Teníamos un aperitivo de cóctel de gambas que estaba muy bien, pero una bolsita de sal era un poco miserable. Los platos principales eran excelentes, costillas de costillas para mi esposa y la tarta de Beef and Doom Bar Ale para mí. El servicio fue rápido, el personal fue muy atento y toda la experiencia fue como un reloj. La gran vergüenza fue la falta de comensales. Este restaurante merece estar lleno todo el tiempo.

Danielle, nuestro servidor, no pudo ser criticado, alegre y complaciente con nuestras solicitudes de modificar un poco el menú, pidió bebidas primero que, aunque caras, llegaron rápidamente. . Los alimentos . . Mmmm, ahora me doy cuenta de por qué no hemos vuelto desde nuestra última visita, no ha cambiado, la comida es muy insípida, la salsa barbacoa sin sabor, las costillas muy escasa en la carne, la parrillada mixta pasable, el pollo asfixiado insípido, la ensalada floja y la única gracia salvadora era una tarta de limón aceptable, me alegro de haber salido a comer para ayudar, ya que habría estado molesto por pagar sus precios de extorsión por lo que en mis ojos era una comida deficiente, no quería quejarme porque teníamos personas mayores en nuestro grupo, pero era suficiente para digamos que una espera de 6 años para volver a intentarlo NO volverá a suceder. . . Enorme decepción. . . Otra vez . . . . .

Vine aquí por capricho después de un día ajetreado. Nos recibió un anfitrión muy educado (Abbie), nos sentamos, se tomaron las bebidas y las recibieron con prontitud. Victoria (nuestra camarera) también fue muy educada y sonriente. El pedido llegó rápido y muy bien preparado, todos lo disfrutamos y quedamos satisfechos, ¡excelentes cocineros! Lorena en el bar fue muy atenta, educada y profesional. Bien de precio por el ambiente, el personal y la calidad de la comida.

Somos clientes habituales de nuestros restaurantes beefeater locales y nos complace ver que las luces del puerto vuelven a abrirse después del cierre de Covid - 19. Visitamos como una celebración de cumpleaños, pero salimos sintiéndonos muy decepcionados. Ya no teníamos derecho a papas fritas ilimitadas o ensalada, y la atención / servicio al cliente era de muy mala calidad. El personal nunca preguntó si la comida estaba bien, si queríamos otra bebida, y tuvimos que soportar los gritos del personal como si estuviéramos en un mercado de pescado local, ¡y luego comenzar a aspirar! ¡No es uno de nuestros mejores regalos de cumpleaños en el Beefeater!

Durante muchos años siempre fue una experiencia agradable, ¡pero ahora no! No es del todo culpa de los pubs, pero al perseguir el mercado de "descuentos gubernamentales" han dejado que sus estándares normales decaigan.Habiendo reservado una mesa con cinco días de antelación y nominado la mesa habitual (que fue acordada y aceptada) llegamos para que nos dijeran que habían asignado esta mesa a otra persona sin ninguna razón. Habiendo estado sentados (en una mesa vecina) estábamos en medio de una reunión familiar completa con cuatro niños ruidosos y descontrolados corriendo alboroto mientras los padres se concentraban en sus teléfonos móviles. en gran parte ajeno a todo lo que estaba pasando.La comida y el servicio eran apenas adecuados. No volverá a la normalidad, el servicio se reanudará y los descuentos del gobierno han cesado y Beefeater puede haberse dado cuenta de que sus clientes normales probablemente serán mucho más permanentes que el mercado al que están complaciendo ahora.

Hemos utilizado Harbor Lights todos los domingos. Una comida excelente y sabrosa servida cada vez por un personal amable y servicial. Ahora que somos las precauciones de Covid, el restaurante ha sido modificado para que sea un lugar muy seguro para comer. No podemos recomendarlo más alto como el lugar al que ir para comer comidas sabrosas y bien preparadas a precios razonables en un lugar feliz y seguro para cenar. Esperamos que vuelva el nuevo menú ya que a mi esposa le encanta el salmón.

Lisa looked after us really well both mornings of our stay and made sure we were all fed and watered enough, despite the lockdown lack of buffet. We booked ahead and went for breakfast early so no delays or issues with waiting, set us up well for a long drive back north.The evening meal we had one night was average at best, redeemed only by the eat out to help out offer. Had it been full price I would have complained.I'd defo have the breakfast again, bearing in mind to be smart with ordering if some of the party members don't want to eat everything, spares are always welcome! Wouldn't bother with the evening meal, but maybe that was just a one off on a busy night.

Next to the Premier inn.Good.Evening meal in a full restaurant. Covid19 measures in place. Great friendly service from Trudy nothing was too much trouble for her. A credit to the company. Food was ok, got the impression that whatever the chef says is what happens though. BadIf you want to see something over complicated this is it.Covid measures are excellent and well thought out in the dining room. Actually better and safer than expected. However the food is a joke. You can ONLY order a basic 1 of each item cooked breakfast which took 20 minutes to arrive after sitting on the service rack for 5 minutes. Then you can order extra. Eg you get 1 piece of dried up bacon 1 cold sausage 1 cold hash brown etc. I ordered extra and after another 15 minutes a plate arrives with 1 dried up piece of bacon 1 sausage and 1 cold hash.Ugly.The waitress asks me if breakfast was good and I give her my feedback. She brings over the manageress. I explain that I manage a company that has been open throughout the shut down and the customer is important whilst keeping everyone safe. She then tries to tell me (numerous times) that it is a busy restaurant and she has changed the system to help the chef. Well the customer comes before the chef and this crazy system is not quicker. Lots of people moaning but don't want to cause a scene. SUMMARYWho runs the restaurant, the chef or the management????

We were staying at the adjoining Premier Inn for the night before we took the ferry to France. Therefore, we thought that we would have our evening meal at the Beefeater. They were operating a reduced menu because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which was understandable, but there was still a sufficiently varied choice. There were clearly many measures put in place to minimise any risk of virus transmission but they did not overly detract from the dining experience. The food was good and the service was excellent.

Had breakfast here, staying at adjacent Premier Inn. I know changes are necessary due to C-19, but:1. The coffee tasted on of nothing at all.2. My wife had the continental breakfast. The croissants were stone cold. When I asked for them to be heated, they were microwaved for a few seconds, and came back soggy. 3. I had the full breakfast, and was told I was getting one of everything. One tiny sausage, a small piece of bacon and other bits. I was told if I wanted an extra slice of bacon or another sausage, I could order it after I had eaten the first part. I asked why I could not order two slices of bacon at the same time, and was told it was for the chef's convenience!!! (We made it easier for the chef for the next two mornings, getting a better breakfast at MacDonalds.)

Asked for 2 fillets 1 well done and the other very well done. The very well done came back swimming in blood, and had to go back. It came back 15mins later, after l had almost finished mine. The waitress could not be more helpful, and said she would take the price of our puds off. We had the apple tart and the meringue kisses which was frozen. Not a good meal.

Had an amazing lunch ! Served by Trudy, great service. All of the team were working hard to stay safe and still provide a great atmosphere. One of the best restaurants I’ve visited post lockdown !

Had a lovely evening at the harbour! Everyone was working hard to meet government guidelines. Hand sanitiser at every entrance and great one way system in place. The food was delicious and our server was a great help in ordering.

Had voucher for Dinner here from the nearby Premier Inn. Lots of limitations to this! For example - only soft drinks, so alcohol extra. Also, limited menu choice. We inadvertently chose on dish not included & had to pay a lot extra. Food was good, fresh & hot. Charming & chatty waitress, who was most helpful. Very busy with quite a lot of children as we chose to eat early [7pm]. We were shown to a quiet corner table which was very thoughtful. Overall - enjoyable. Loos OK, but children had been at the loo rolls!

We visited the restaurant at lunchtime. I had the gammon for only £5. It was amazing value for money and was delicious too. The service was great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great if you like to be told to sit in the bar area for your meal. where you have to queue at the bar to order, even though it's not that busy. Great if you like like cold food. Great if you like to sit near the the one-armed bandit machine being used by a bloke who farts constantly. Great if you like "restaurants" that appear to want to take your money and get rid of you as soon as possible.Bearing in mind the above, I'd say it's "great".

ate breakfast here while staying at local premier inn,1st morning mushrooms ,eggs,were very dry ,2nd day lot better ,we must have arrived later when the food was just put out ,apart from this i would use this restaurant again as it is convenient,and had improved on 2nd visit.

Staying at the Marriott Hotel next door and fancied a better choice of beers and meals. However, this short walk was so disappointing, dated decor, uninterested staff, boring menu, and disappointingly no draught IPA beers, just mostly lager! We remained for one drink trying to decide if we should stay. Observing the door and reception which states "wait to be seated". the number of times we watched people arrive and wait, while the staff were just chatting at the bar ! We left.

Came for an early evening meal and settled for the curry . The meal was very tasty and a reasonable price due to being on the Early savers .

We my wife and mother-in-law all had a very good meal the staff were very helpfull and polite.the place was full and the ambience was good as there was 2birthday party's going on.

Our waitress Danielle is perfect and is incredibily helpfull and friendly. The food is great value for the price and cooked perfectly, we have been going there for about the last 6 years and the welcome is always fantastic.The staff all are incredibly welcoming and very good at there job.

Most weeks we come to the beefeater on a Sunday with friends, we love Danielle who is mainly our server, she is a wonderful lady and makes us feel so welcome, we feel she is more a friend now than our server, see you next week ❤️ lovely lady

Called in 4.30pm for early dinner to use promotional Birthday voucher. Waited with other people at front desk for 10 minutes only to be told the wait could be one to two hours due to limited staff. Restuarant over half empty! No choice but to leave.

We go to the Harbour Lights regularly and always have a great welcome from all the staff and from Trudy who we ask for specially as we always know we will be looked after and nothing is too much trouble.

Once again, amazing food. I had the roast beef which was cooked to perfection. My mum had the turkey, and we both had the cauliflower cheese which is the best thing ever!!

Came here for dinner on Friday, busier than expected but were seating quickly enough. Food order taken and drinks arrived pretty quickly. The assumed manager was efficient and the waitress, Trudy B was great! good personality and attentive to our wants. cosy booth eating area, intimate place to eat, food was great and we didn't leave hungry or dissatisfied in any way at all, would return!

Had a great family meal here for a treat. We eat her often and we are never let down! Great food great service and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

Half of the choices from the ‘Festive Menu’ were not available - according to our server because of problems with their suppliers. It would be better to let customers know that when giving them the menu then let us choose what we would like - then come back to take our order and tell us it wasn’t available.

Booked this place for a table for 9 people on the 18th December for a work Christmas lunch (always hard to please everyone and this place had lots of choice) Have to say everyone had an excellent time and everyone enjoyed their food. Service was casual but friendly and considering how busy it was with big groups the food came out in really good time and all together. I had the traditional turkey dinner and there was loads of turkey (3 large slices) and it wasn't dry at all. The stuffing, carrot mash and sprouts were also delicious. Not one person had any complaints with their food. We all agreed we would return. A group of us stayed for a good few hours after our meal and we weren't rushed. All in all a great choice for our Christmas lunch. Finally, £17.99 for 2 courses was great value.

We selected the Harbour Lights for our team Christmas meal. Our waitress Kelly was lovely, but unfortunately many of the choices on the menu were not available and one of our guests was vegan so was already limited on choices. The steak I had was delicious though to be fair. BUT, the attitude of the manager was terrible, unprofessional and dismissive and not what I'd expect of this kind of establishment. Totally put me off ever going back.

We were staying at the Premier Inn just next door but had decided to have breakfast and this was the place the hotel directed us to.

We visit the Harbour Lights usually at least twice a month (8th and 29th Nov) because we love the atmosphere, the team are great, the food is good and we are always looked after by Trudy and nothing is too much trouble. We always have a lovely time.

Having booked a bithday party for 16 we ended up with one waitress,slow service,cold food sent back and a ruined evening.Upon complaining on line having spent £500 we were offered 2 £10 vouchers,which was the price of one main meal.I told them what to do with it.May i suggest if you eat here and have any complaints,tell the manager on site,cos you will get nowhere writing to their head office.The whole customer service of Beefeaters is appalling,so be aware going to any of their pubs.

Went here two consecutive nights. Eventually found a table the first night, though we hadn't booked it was very busy. Went into a bit of a dining room. The waitress was very efficient and the food was nice enough. Booked the following evening but this time booked a booth. Different waitress. The places wasn't as busy but the waitress wasn't as efficient or effective. We'd asked for one of the mains, not to have any kind of vinegar/dressing due to an allergy. It still arrived with it on though...it was sent back and a fresh main arrived in its place.

Always looked after well here when I pop over to visit friends. Food and service were both of high standards and very enjoyable

Enjoyable meal with 8 other work colleagues. Food was very nice, hot, and served quickly. Our waitress Judith made our experience even better, she was so funny and kept us chuckling each time she came over. She is an asset to the team at Harbour Lights. (Large table of 9 on xmas work lunch!)

We visited the harbour with our family and had a great evening. Fantastic service and amazing tasty dishes were had by all. Thankyou

We visited as they had the festive menu which was a good deal, plenty of choice and we had some vouchers put through the door. My daughter and I chose from the 2 course festive meal. My husband had fried chicken for starters and the fillet with lobster tail for main. My daughter had brie souflee and I had the mini baked. camembert, the turkey for main. Our starters were lovely, the turkey meals weren't amazing but I couldn't complain they weren't too bad. My husband really enjoyed his main. Overall we all enjoyed our meals. There isn't much room at the bar area and we couldn't find anywhere to sit. The bar lady who served our drinks wasn't overly friendly, a smile wouldn't have gone amiss but the all the waitresses were lovely. Service with a smile goes a long way with me having been in customer service throughout my career. Nice surroundings. We had a really pleasant experience to celebrate hubbys new job. I will add that we tried to phone through our booking but gave up as no one answered but we were able to book online. I did notice there was nobody to answer the phone when it rang while we were there. All the ladies were too busy serving. I would definitely go again but book online and not waste time phoning

Four of us ate here on 19/11. Had a lovely comfortable table which allowed us to chat, tasty food and good service. Also as it's part of Meerkat Meals it made our meal really good value too! Would definitely recommend.

big family gathering so made sure booked table first good job too as friday night was very busy the meals were very tasty and hot the staff were very helpful and our waitress was amazing (its a shame i cant remember her name) a good night was had by all.

I’ll keep this short as not a great deal to say other than excellent! A busy Saturday night but really well organised, lovely meal, great service, well done Harbour Lights.

Pésimo servicio. reservado en línea el restaurante estaba ocupado ignorado en la puerta por al menos 4 miembros del personal. Se volvió a ignorar cuando esperaba a la orden y cuando finalmente sirvió de excusa hubo una gran fiesta. comida de buen nivel, pero esto no compensó al personal indiferente que al menos podría haber reconocido nuestra presencia y no haber conversado entre ellos en lugar de servir a los clientes.
