First 2 visits to send parcels back I had very helpful young staff to assist. Regrettably today I encountered an extremely surly, rude and unhelpful older lady. The Manager appeared and said I was banned for life all because I didn't know how to do a screenshot myself..I'm almost 70!! Never shopped there since their move and it appears I never will!!

This place is just a gem and so is the butcher that served us. The quality of the meat is outstanding and the advice from the staff is second to none. Can't rate it high enough. Get the tomohawk back in stock soon please

It's a warm Sunday and you go to a plum fair weekend only to find the that this was the rest day and you have a wife craving for her favourite Victoria plums and you can't there any other time. So it was a drift around country lanes toward Evesham and then remember a small farm shop on the outskirts - and hope springing eternal. They had them so I was saved! Next was hunger and so we decided to try the farm shop cafe. Just a few tables inside and out. I took a locally made Cornish pasty and my wife the pate both with salads.. It was quietly and quickly served on to bare lino covered tables. The plates turned out to be huge and the Cornish pasty one of the largest I've encountered. But it was delightful and my wife commended the pate. Glad we stopped off.

Worcester RdWe had an amazing experience at the Copcut Elm. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The new climbing frame outside was a hit with our children so we will definitely be returning in the warmer weather again!

Droitwich RoadVery poor experience unfortunately. Had booked for party of 6 for Mothers Day meal. We had also emailed our menu choices in as per their request. When we got there they said they did not have our email. The starters were really nice. Then a long wait for the main courses. Terrible meals. The roast dinners were not well cooked, not hot and the Yorkshire Puddings were tough and you couldn’t cut the roast potatoes they were so over cooked. I don’t think that this was fresh food, looked frozen. We also had no vegetables delivered with our mains. Complained to the Manager who was fairly receptive. He said it had been very busy but there were hardly any tables full. We have been here a lot over the years and had great food but looking over the other reviews it seems to have really gone off. We didn’t stay for dessert. We got some discount on the bill which was appreciated . The waitresses were lovely and apologetic and it wasn’t their fault. The Vernon really needs to up their game, start cooking fresh food, better chef and better organisation. It’s a beautiful place in a lovely setting but something has gone wrong here.

Old HillWent here on valentines day with my single girly friends and doggies. From the moment we walked in. Nicky greeted us. Showed us to.our table & talked us threw the menu. Amazing place. Amazing service from start to finish. The food was the best ever. We all had something different & then shared the pancakes. OMG to die for. Cant recommend this place enough. It will now be a regular place to eat. Thank u to all staff. FAB job.

Unit 10, St Andrews Shopping CentreSadly it seems to be closed, no more breakfast and coffee. All the tables are gone, no notice on the door, not been here since last year, we are on the canal.
