Great food, friendly staff. The two rump steaks and a bottle of wine for £25 is excellent.

Came in on Gold Cup day, was busy for a Friday morning. Jade was behind the bar on her own serving cold drinks, hot drinks and food. Jade was even bringing the food out to the tables. She kept every customer happy and the service was amazing, she even managed to continue to smile and have conversations with customers at the same time. You are a credit to the Copcut Jade.

Over all very nicely set out clean and well maintained waiting staff extremely friendly and as helpful as they possibly could be bar staff also friendly food nice and hot cooked well and presented well definitely recommend . Only downside to the village country pub/hotel is the absolute rudeness of some of its dining customers towards staff these people serve with manors and politeness I witnessed customers speaking towards staff like they own them and were extremely rude /nasty /demanding who the hell do they think they are. If you plan on a visit at least have respect for the hardworking people there . Definitely recommend eating and drinking just be wary who your seated by

Went here on valentines day with my single girly friends and doggies. From the moment we walked in. Nicky greeted us. Showed us to.our table & talked us threw the menu. Amazing place. Amazing service from start to finish. The food was the best ever. We all had something different & then shared the pancakes. OMG to die for. Cant recommend this place enough. It will now be a regular place to eat. Thank u to all staff. FAB job.

Food is okay and a bit overpriced. Staff are unfriendly. Ordered a coffee, but it hadn't arrived by the time I was nearly done with my meal. Went up to the till to ask about it, and the female staff and male barista there insisted it had already been brought to my table, though people at my table said they didn't order it. When I calmly explained that the coffee never arrived, he dismissively and repeatedly responded with "I don't know then" and a "it is what it is" manner. Moments later, another younger, not overly friendly, female staff member came over and said the coffee was delivered to table x (which is not my table number). They realised it was their fault straight away, but no one apologized for their mistake or attitude.
