Used to be great but gone down hill so fast. Had so many items missing recently and quality is not great! Last straw i waited 2 hours then when it did arrive it was awful AVOID AT ALL COSTS

food was bland (chicken tikka), tasted of pure coriander the peshwari naan was burnt and didn't taste anything like peshwari naan. avoid at all costs and we won't be ordering from here again

Rude Staff, Food takes 2hrs+ to arrive which is bland watery slop, what they need is Gordon Ramsey to sort them out!!!!!

Ordered at 625 and decided to turn up at 8:43. Never again will I return nor will I recommend. Wasnt worth the wait, food was bland, no seasoning in the somosas and the onion bhaji were not cooked. And... staff be honest dont say its on the way if it isn't.

These were recommended to me so at 6 15 I called these to order a takeaway and have it delivered. Payment was taken .... by 7 30 food had not arrived i called to ask how long it would be to be told they had not had an order from me but money had still gone from my account he asked what I ordered and I told him and he apologised and said he would sort it. At 845 my food had still not arrived so I made another call and after several attempts I got an answer to be told after much bu@@@@it it was 2 mins away by this time im fuming . At 9 10 still nothing so I try again several times to ring but this time all calls were going to answerphone. 5 mins later a knock at the door and the food was here 3 hours after I ordered with an excuse of a driver with a puncture. Suffice to say the food was luke warm watery my partner even had a bone in her Rogan josh and I had cold samosas I will definitely NEVER be ordering from them again

Had a takeaway from this restaurant tonight. Food was lovely. Really nice Food and will be using in the future.

I have ordered twice on the internet and have phoned the takeaway both times to confirm order was received. Friendly customer service and reasonable delivery time. The food is worth waiting for as each dish is different in flavours instead of just heat. This is now my go to curry house, try the specials they are worth the extra pound or two. The Gurkhas way has my vote. Delivery man in this man had mask and gloves and kept his social distance. Fantastic all around. You will be back to the Davis Estate if this virus does not kill me. Recommend this takeaway for the food and the service.

Ordered takeaway said would be in 1 hour , Rang again lady on phone rude said on way .waited and later no food ,rung again to cancel as 2 hours now (very hungry !! ), girl said on way ,I said want to cancel she was rude and said was on way (liar) . may be she ment it was coming from country (India) do not bother wast of time ruined our Saturday .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst takeaway I've ever had in my entire life. They are selling the name of gurkhas when they don't even know the taste of nepalese food. Who makes chicken momo with mixed vegetables? Palpali rice with prawns? Chicken noodles with instant noodles (maggi) ? This restaurant is cheating customers out of their money, baiting them with the name of brave soldiers (GURKHAS). Food was cold, tasteless and overpriced for the poor quality. When we called the restaurant to complain about food, the person who answered was rude, didn't want to listen to our feedback and hung up the phone. Please if you want authentic Nepali food, do not order from this restaurant.

loved ordering food from here but i wont be anymore. Such a shame they have hired a member of staff who is a mouthy rude lady, clearly has no customer service experience & thinks it’s acceptable to talk to customers rudely & aggressive. I wouldn’t mind so much if i was in the wrong but apparently i’m a mind reader and i should know when things aren’t working their end & i should accept waiting 2 and a half hours for food & to sort out my own refund. Don’t think so!

After a long anticipated wait for the great food as we have always received from the restaurant for takeaway. Me and friends were extremely disappointing to find the quality and taste of food so shockingly bad. The Nepalese chicken we ordered(me and my friends are Nepalese) were shocked to see this chicken pieces which were dry and green colouring coated. Just the look and the taste of this was not edible. The other food were in so much colouring and sweetness. We called to sort this issue out however the person on the phone kept referring that the food is supposed to be like that and there is nothing they can do. We were not looking for any money back or extra discounts.. but to inform that these kind of food standards won’t keep the restaurant running for too long. The person on the line should think about how to handle customer complaint issues and not be bluntly rude and defensive and at the end being told ‘it’s really busy so I can stay on the phone too long’ It’s just sad and hurtful. Please don’t serve this kind of service or food to other customers please

Had a couple of meals here, beautiful tastes, tender meat, rice nice and fluffy and naan bread enjoyable. Would recommend

I've been faithfully ordering from this establishment for a number of years now. Tonight I had friends round and after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes for the food to turn up we were minus a main dish. When I called and explained I was told that it was human error due to how busy they were and a replacement would be sent out, but they couldn't say when this would be. When I explained that by the time the replacement would turn up the rice would be cold I was begrudgingly told they would send out another. They then hung up on me. Who ever the lady taking the orders was this is appalling customer service. Whether you are busy or not it's not my problem as a paying customer, neither is your inability to take orders. And as for hanging up the phone, well done you for permanently losing a loyal customer. I hope management take this on board, but if this is now the norm I suspect not!!

Looking for a new local we stumbled on Gurkha's Way from Just Eat and decided to have a go. We got prompt service with very generous portions that for the most part were well seasoned. The takeaway deal for one my partner really enjoyed at a great price, but did feel the korma could have done with less sugar drowning out the nice spices. My own mixed grill was excellent, with tender bits of succulent meats alongside caramelised onion. I also really liked the onion bhaji so as one of my favourite foods I'm sure I'll return to try them again.

Curries were Very stodgy. Saag consisted of 98% potato. Veg curry was 95% potato. The potatoes were massive chunks, half of a potato size. The Prawns were so small that a microscope was needed to spot them. Chapatis were greasy. Most of our meal was inedible and had to be thrown.

I've had many take always from here and they are always delicious and quite large portions. Not sure if they deliver as I always collect Highly recommended

Been ordering takeaways from them for a few years. Don't understand some of the terrible comments here. Food is awesome, full of flavour and never had bad experience. Can take longer than average to arrive but worth the wait.

Ghastly meal and we had a good variety. All dishes were lacking....Food looked as if it had been thrown into containers after being sloppily cooked.

I always order my Indian take away from here. Always hot and so tasty. However I had my first issue with this order, the lemon in the lemon rice was burnt so badly it had tainted the taste of the rice and I could not eat it. However the only issue I have had in many many orders

El mejor templo shesh kebabs que he tenido han visitado muchas veces ya que el personal es muy amable. La comida es totalmente deliciosa que siempre he ido andando a la orden y nunca esperamos 15 minutos para que incluso durante un viernes o sábado por la noche. Lo recomiendo a otros.

Have ordered from here many of times now. The food is great and one of the best curry take aways in Medway, but the delivery times are a joke. The last curry took 2 hours to arrive. As you can imagine stone cold, I phoned up numerous times and everytime they said its just left and its on its way. I appreciate restaurants have busy times but be more realistic wth delivery times advertised. Time to find a new place.

Food was good but set meal for 2 has gone up in price considerably and not happy paying for delivery charge even after paying £ 23.50 will not be using Gurkhas way again

I called the restaurant and explain and they told me a replacement would be just round..... by the time it arrived we had eaten our meal an no longer wanted them. So I explained to the driver and gave him back the cold item. I called the manager asking for a refund, he told me no and was extremely rude. I called just eat to complain and they was fantastic. They called the restaurant while I was on the line so I could hear the conversation with the manager, who lied and said I was one of those customers who were just trying it on. ......... I will never be using this takeaway again..... as I am a genuine customer and bad customer service by the manager tonight has lost them a genuine regular customer. I put this review up to encourage just eat customers to use a different takeaway where your custom is valued.

Food hadnt arrived 1 and a half hours after receiving confirmation email from JUST EAT ...Phoned restaurant and they had no record of my order despite me providing an order number which was emailed to me. Eventually arrived 2 hours late ... just as we were off to bed!
