My first time this evening I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken wings and a Gochu bowl Extremely tasty and decent size portions The ladies who worked there were friendly and helpful as well I will be returning to try more dishes on the menu

Friends and I visited grounded kitchen in market harborough this evening and what pleasant surprise. We were expecting fast food but the quality was resturant quality, great value for money and tasted amazing! I'd like to add that the staff were so helpful and a credit to the business. We will be visiting again on a regular basis.

Like this place...but.. ordered the Korean wings with slaw ..new to there menu.not cheap at £1 a wing..my gripe is you only get half the wing.the small bit as well .I'll give them a miss next time..

Great tasting food! Terrific menu with good descriptions of the food. All looked mouthwatering. First time that we had chosen Korean inspired food and certainly won't be the last! Delicious!

Had take out lunch and it was AMAZING! Hot, spicy, quick delivery, super healthy and delicious! Highly recommend the Shichimi and Bulgogi Aubergine. Fab veggie options and easy to sub in protein!

Have ordered regularly since it opened, the ingredients for the same bowl can be pretty inconsistent but always super tasty. Noticed lately calories have gone up, prices have gone up and the bowls seem to be getting smaller (literally - new bowls now being used vs previous and seem MUCH smaller - thought we had order the wrong size to our usual). Really tasty but the price is starting to not justify the portion size sadly

After a mix up with delivery my food was taken back to the shop ..I was told if I wanted it redelivered I would have to pay the whole price again .asked for a refund as I hadn't actually received my order and was told no ..

My first time and impressed by my Angus Beef Buldak Fire. Delicious. However, I also ordered a mango matcha but ended up with green coconut milk? Not sure what it was but not what I ordered.

Twice now they refuse to place the requested vegan protein in an expensive bowl. First, no tofu. This time, no tempeh. No sauce in both, just vegetables and rice, for £13. If you are vegan be careful, they only serve meat.

We’ve eaten here several times for lunch since they opened always been a pleasant experience. Sadly last Friday ordered a takeaway for collection over £60, arrived and they were having issues with the till, getting orders completed etc, no problem waited for an extra 15 plus minutes and I’m handed my takeaway drive the 6 miles home, no delivery available where I am, again no problems. As soon as I check the order at home I realised we were missing 2 mains and a drink, over £20 of food. Again just a little disappointed but not the end of the world. So I call to arrange a refund, 4 times the phone went to answer phone, I leave my details, number, order details etc etc, no response no calls nothing, I also completed their on line contact form marked by them customer complaints again repeating all required details. No response to calls, messages or emails, I’m £20 plus down followed all their protocols and nothing. Shall not return clearly won’t make a jot of difference but check your orders before you leave even when you’re delayed and in a hurry.

A new find in Market Harborough with a good choice for Veggies and vegans.The menu is varied and unusual with loads of options and choices.The server is knowledgeable and helpful.We chose the regular portion which is huge and had to take some home,i think next time I will choose a superfood bowl which looks less generous.For really fresh food, plus using tofu or tempeh I think that this restuarant takes some beating.Also the calorie content is listed per meal!

I've always been a massive fan of Grounded Kitchen. It's fresh, tasty, healthy and easy to calorie control...plus the portions have always been perfect. However, point one. Their calories on their website have been wrong for months and months! Not by just a few, we are talking 100s! For example, their wild salmon and kimchi bowl was on their website as 372 calories...now on their website as 680! But point two, just went to get an order for our healthy takeaway Friday night. 2 x gochujang sizzling prawns. Compared to previous portions they now provide you with half the veg, mine had no kimchi and I had a whopping 8 or 9 prawns. So the portions have downsized but the price hasn't. It feels like their old portion size is now going to be the new large. Whatever they've changed, it's not the same. And unfortunately, not for the better. I'll be giving up the weekly GK from now on.

Travelling for business it can be really tricky to find healthy meals on the go. This place, however, has it absolutely spot on. Without doubt, the tastiest and most filling fast food I have ever had. Granted, it’s not the cheapest, but the quality and variety of ingredients fully justifies the price. Beautifully balanced food in every way. I hope that we see a lot more places like this taking off outside of the big cities and replacing the more established fast food outlets.

We (the missus and me) just tried take-away food from here for the first time on recommendation by my sister-in-law. We both had the Gochujang Beef XL with extra Aubergine and sweet potato. Bloody amazing! We highly recommend. Next time we will probably have the standard dish as the amount with the extras was a little too much! Will definitely be going back. The ordering was easy, but Deliveroo delivery in MH not available yet, It’s not cheap but worth every penny!

Wow, this place packs a punch. Excellent quality, fresh, spicy, tasty and really great price. Best takeaway food I've had in a long long time.

Just had the home delivery service, it was 20 minutes early & the food was hot fresh & delicious. Can’t wait to order again.

Very nice food. We ordered the Beef Bulgogi and Gochujang Sizzling Prawns Bowls, with edamame beans and kimchi as sides. My husband choose the beef bulgogi. He tried mine and said my bowl was lighter in comparison. We ordered large bowls as I wasn’t sure...
