This small restaurant serves authentic Middle Eastern food mostly revolving around grilled meats. Since it caters for non-drinkers don't expect to be able to order any alcohol, instead enjoy the milkshakes. We had a vanilla and a Snickers milkshake - so thick you could hardly suck it up the straw but so so tasty and cheap at only £3 each. I had a mixed selection of grilled meats served on a sizzling platter with a big nan bread and my girlfriend enjoyed some lamb chops. Yes the food is well-cooked, but I'd rather it be barbecued into submission than be pink and worry about stomach upsets. We were served complimentary lentil soup while we waited for the stater - this was a traditional lamb stuffed flat bread which was very nice. The pricing was very good for all this and when we asked for some tzatziki (also £3) to compliment the rather dry mains it arrived quickly and was very nice too. However, the service was on the slow side. There was all sorts of interesting sounding things on the menu and I think we'll be visiting again soon.

The food here was really good, but it just took too long to come out. We had to ask a couple of times where our food was and almost missed our show because it took so long - we had to ask for the bill as soon as the mains arrived so we could pay whilst eating to make sure we could get out on time and had to rush our food! This was a couple of months ago so I would go back to try again on a night when we don’t have to be anywhere. If the speed of service could be improved (it wasn’t particularly busy when we went) this would be a regular for me.

We had a big table (about 10 people) and we all enjoyed food served in this place. They have lots of options with meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes! Prices are lower compared to other restaurants in Loughborough

Recommended by friends, but we didn’t really have a good experience here. Starter was tasty but drinks were poor just like minted water, and lamb main was tough and inedible. Maybe we caught it on a bad day. Other people seemed to be enjoying theirs

When my delivery arrived I queried it with the restaurant as it was not what I ordered, we have spent over £700 over the years here and the manager was rude, shouted and refused to help - will never ever use them again

I visited Grill House last week. We all ordered juices, all for them natural and delicious. I ordered lamb chops and they were utterly delicious. The pre starter lentils soup was glorious. The flat bread and the baba ganoush delicious. Highly recommend.

We came here for a meal before a show at the town hall and left ourselves an hour and a half. Unfortunately the service was quite slow and we only just managed to fit in our meal by paying as the food arrived. The food itself though was excellent and fantastic value, and the staff very friendly. We’ll certainly be going back.

My friend comes here al the time so she brought me here. Not what you expect in a good way. Like there's no frills inside or anything but the food is delicious. Free soup to start then all 3 of us had starters which were lovely 3 mains, a sea bass (I'm not a fish fan but she loved it) a mixed grill (smelt Devine) and I had chicken shish which there was not a single piece left on my plate. Also the bread in here is unbelievable! Then we had the free Kurdish tea ( wasn't my favourite but was great to try) then we shared some sweets which you should definitely try. We shared our bill and it was £14.50 which was a bargain and we couldn't of eaten a single thing more Definitely will be back

When you see a restaurant called the Grill House, your brain conjures up meals consisting of steak and various other meats. Not the case here! My husband is vegetarian and we stumbled across this restaurant by accident. After reading the menu, we were very pleasantly surprised. A great choice of vegetarian, meat and fish dishes,with a middle eastern theme, some of which are Middle Eastern. My husband ordered a falafel wrap and I ordered a batata harra wrap (potato) - both were very tasty and much bigger portion sizes than we expected. We also ordered a portion of fries each which we struggled to eat - one between us would have been plenty. What we weren't expecting was the lentil soup to start, compliments of the house, which was very tasty. The service was very good, the menu varied it was excellent value for money and we will definitely be going back.

I don't know what you guys do to you wedges, because they're so good! Honestly this is one of my favourite places. delicious falafel and the biryani is so tasty, I would probably buy food from here everyday if I could!

Usually love food from this venue, but alas, I won't be ordering again. The lamb kebabs are now minced lamb and were dry. I ordered the 3 kebab meal - 2 lamb and 1 chicken - there were only 2 kebabs, no chicken! Naans rather crispy as well! Not as good as previously - what a shame!

food was cold and kept waiting for far too long. not what you’d expect for ordering online and paying in advance. if they can’t cope with demand then get removed from the just eat app. once home you can’t complain and you can’t get a refund either.

I visited here with my son on one of our regular nights out. The fact that the place was full of people who appeared to be of Turkish and middle eastern heritage was a very good sign and so it was. The food was delicious with a lovely complimentary soup to starter and complimentary tea afterwards. Stylish surroundings and a great atmosphere.

Good quality but not worth the price. You don't get a lot of meat and it's not particularly flavoursome

we had a takeaway from here over the weekend and it was so disappointing - the meat was overcooked and dry, the taziki oily and the hummus was dry with too much tahini, the whole meal was so disappointing. they also didn't have lamb ribs and when we asked by they said it was a weekend only special - we were ordering at the weekend so that didn't make any sense?! such a shame as we really like Turkish food and we're really hoping to find a good place for some in Loughborough.

Never normally leave reviews but had to leave one for this company. Absolutely amazing food one of the best kebabs I have ever eaten and very generous portions. Nowhere around Loughborough has kebabs to this standard, first time I've ordered from here and will definitely be not ordering kebabs from anywhere else from now on!!

My wife and I decided to pop out for dinner in a spur of the moment decision. We drove past Grill House, liked the look of the place and went in. The decor very nice, spotlessly clean and very inviting. the food was delicious and plentiful, service was first class and prices were very reasonable in deed. We had a lovely evening there and we would have no hesitation recommending this establishment. Very good, reasonably priced food.

Food was cold and the vine leaves were covered in white grease, they were out of pickles and had an issue when I asked to swap them for something else. The chicken was quite salty. We won't be ordering again. 😕

The place was in great condition as everything is kept clean and tidy. The food is very tasty and unique as it tastes different to most other restaurant. Also, the shisha lounge is very nice as there is a lot of space and it is very comfortable.
