Great food at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love their sausage rolls so much we went back several times in just a few days. This will be our last stop in the morning as we head to London. We will be taking some of their sandwiches and sausage rolls when we go.

Shocking asked for a baguette and get a roll everything thrown in there customer service is crap ignored what I said asked me twice for sauce when I clearly said brown sauce when ordering us less lucky I’m giving 1 star sort it out

Called for coffee and a cake, shop was very clean, one way system with 2 persons allowed in at a time. safe secure place.

I have to say the previous review is mental! I've always found the staff at this branch are always lovely and friendly, and the lad with the tattoos is no different. I have been served by this young man a few times and havr seen the tattoos, there is NOTHING offensive about them and it doesn't effect his ability to serve up a sausage roll!! Someone needs to get a grip and get with the times or keep their irrelevant outdated opinion to themselves - or do you review people with sh*t haircuts or questionable outfit choices too? I would rather be served by somebody with a touch of personality and individuality than a mindless company drone any day.

I don’t think you should allow young people with visibly offensive tattoos to serve customers, was a nice man but did not agree with his tattoos

Ok for a quick sandwich to go. Ham n cheese was decent but bread could have been better. I didn’t know it was part of a chain but cheap and filling.

Nice enough place with the usual Greggs fodder. Okay for a quick snack on the move. Staff nice and always happy to help.

Went in the morning to grab a coffee and sausage baguette and the other half wanted a bacon baguette with coffee. We got there at 10am on wednesday and it was busy, the young lad was serving and the girl was just messing about moving baguettes about,(making herself busy to leave him to serve everyone) She finally went around to help him. We got served and got told they have ran out of bacon it be 10 mintues, thought fair enough might of been busy, then they say ohh we dont have any baguettes we have ran out. How on earth do you run out of baguettes its 10am and thats one of the main things you do. So we had baps instead, the other half had sausage as there was a queue of people waiting for bacon. We got our order the lad who served us goes to get our coffee and the girl took it and gave it to her customer. He was annoyed with her and he seemed he didnt want to be there, tbh I didnt blame him because how she was. When we left it was still busy there was workmen going in and coming out, other customers leaving. it was about 10:20am. Still had 40mins of breakfast to serve but they want be serving much longer as when we left the girl goes we dont have many sausages left. How can you sell breakfast if you dont have it. They are loads of cafes in ledbury but loads of people still go to greggs just like me to grab somethink, the demand is there so I dont understand why the staff dont make sure they have enough out. We have been there before and got there way before 11am and they have said ohh sorry we stop serving breakfast. Managment needs to step in and sort the staff out.

The same as all the other greggs but you know what you get if you need a quick sarny for lunch and don´t want to sit in a cafe or restaurant

Seems funny rating 'Greggs'... but what they do they do well. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is what you expect and of reasonable standard for a very reasonable price. Reliable

We were visiting the area but received warm friendly & helpful service from both staff members. Good range of products when we visited. Decaf coffee & soya milk were available too- thank you.

I normally use Greggs for a bacon baguette in the mornings, but will sometimes have a pastie or sandwich for lunch. Great range of different food, cakes & drinks. Always a polite and friendly service!

Quick convenient place to grab a fresh sandwich. Reasonably priced. Was able to take food and sit out in the pavilion. Standard food.

The sausage rolls from Fred's are usually good. But here, had one and was pink in the middle- not hot- and parts were still frozen. Threw it in the bin to prevent myself getting ill. My friend had a roast chicken baguette. The sauce it was in was really watery and tasteless. That went into the bin aswell

Last sunday,soup and any hot pastry £2,then go and sit just outside on the benches enjoying this delightful little town. GET IN.

Sé que donde vayas hay Greggs, pero el personal aquí son casi todos nuevos e inexpertos y se nota, la mayoría del antiguo personal han dejado. La comida es básica y realmente no es una buena relación calidad-precio, los pasteles, etc. son muy caliente, esto se hace para que no tengan que hacer cargo de IVA, y algunas son bastante pesado.

Cold greasy cheesy pasty and a chicken salad baguette with so little taste or chicken a veggie could have eaten it, we were rushing for train hence called here if had the time to return would have brought the food back as it got binned , awful!

This is the usual good quality pies and pasties you would expect from this chain, sandwiches and drinks in a good high street location

Typical Greggs. Great selection of baguettes and sandwiches which are made on the premises. Hot sausage rolls and pasties plus rolls and bread and a good range of cakes.

I thought I'd try it as had never been in before, and wondered how they had become so successful. Well, they are cheap, yes, but I shudder to think of foreigners going there thinking this is the best England has to offer.

Excellent service, you will find Greggs right by The Market House, the beautiful black and white building in the middle of Ledbury. Do try the donuts. Their sandwiches are equally superb and value for money.

Typical good value and quality sandwiches, snacks, bread and cakes. Whilst visiting Ledbury recently, all we wanted was a light snack to put us on, and what better place to to get one but Greggs Bakery, this chain of food outlets are always clean and well kept, their hot pasties are especially nice and tasty, would recommend to anyone wanting a snack.
