The drinks were on the food spilled drinks

Didn’t have dairy free alternatives for the fast I’m partaking in due to religious beliefs. Unacceptable to be without dairy free alternatives. Staff were lovely though.

Came here at around 1am. Security guard let us push past all the intoxicated drunks and let us get our sausage roll! Thank you.

false advertisement. Putting any bakes anywhere. Honestly i can’t even imagine how a vegetarian would feel.

My stuff from my Oder is missing there is two margarita pizzas missing out the box and my pop isn’t here execpt one

Hot chocolate from a machine- gross and tasted weak. The lady coughed right into it as she was preparing it and didn’t even attempt to cover her mouth. Gross all around

If I could put 0 stars I would, staff in this branch are rude and lack basic customer service I went in to complain that for the last 6 weeks whenever I order a mocha it's 50/50 if I actually get a mocha or some other random coffee When I went to bring this to the attention of the on duty manger she went on to ridicule me and called me a lier that the coffee I had returned actually was a mocha I told her it was not! She was really abrup and rude when dealing with my wrong order then when I was leaving the store her and her colleagues went on to laugh and start calling me all sorts needles to say I won't be going back when they can't push the correct button on there coffee machines I mean it's not like they are making it by hand it comes out of a machine all the have to do is push a simple button but to be spoken to like she spoke to me is not acceptable

Delivery driver sent a text instead of phoning to say he was outside and left only the hot drinks

It was stone cold when we received unfortunately. We really value the team that work there but unfortunately the food was cold

Only gave 5 instead of 6 bakes and the place is down the road but the bakes are all cold.

i bought 4 vegan rolls and they were cold as staff were unable to heat them.

This Gregg's is amazing. Not being from the UK I only had knowledge of what Gregg's is from my UK friend. It was completely undersold this place is nothing like anything in the US. The food at this location was hot, the staff were friendly and the prices unbeatable. I actually had to confirm they had rang up all my items 🤣 Highly recommend this location and imo Gregg's please come over to the US, I love you ❤️ I may have visited you more than a Mackem visits a seagull over the course of a few days. P.S.- My wife rates your chips (American potato wedges) the best chips in the UK, and we had quite a lot. Her exact words were "these have flavor, compared to all those other chips we have had".

Llamaron a Gregg's Haymarket a las 11:30 am para un rollo de salchichas me dijeron que estarán unos 10 minutos seguramente cuando se estén acabando bajo los pones para estar al día con la demanda

yet again no hot food delivered i rang greggs to enquire y my food has not be deleted with my order to be told that the delivery driver rushed out before collecting all of my items for delivery . yet again just eat are really unhelpful and they don't refund you back for the items that i have NOT received

Went at 8:30pm Sunday & was closed. Google says it's open til 4am.

What ingredients do you put in your 3 chocolate muffin (which doesn't taste like chocolate) so that 45 minutes after having swallowed it I find myself having to go to the toilet while I'm in the middle of a climbing session? 🤬

A place to eat something on the go, whether it's a coffee, sandwiches or a hot sandwich or something sweet.

Order was wrong and items missing

This is a Greggs with modern indoor seating! It has good views of the street and Newcastle’s fab buildings,but the tables were dirty and the chairs hard so not a comfy place to pass the time. I got a bacon baguette, not great because the baguette was soft and chewy but bacon was fine. Service was ok but they looked hassled and there were no smiles for me.

Always a great eating place wherever you are in the country. Staff here are very pleasant and professional. A credit to the company.

Firstly being manhandled out of this restaurant in Newcastle after being served Both myself and friends were asked to leave as in his words, you can't eat in here. Non of us had taken a single bite until we were gone. As we stood outside many more disgruntled customers had complaints about the security guy attitude. He even manhandled a couple out the door as they opened the bags of food. I decided enough and attempted to take a picture of the guy from outside the shop, he was aware of me so tried to avoid my picture taken. He then ran out the shop to aggressively approach me and I took pictures outside the Gregg's as he was coming straight at me shouting then tried to grab my phone out my hand. He then pulled out his phone to film me after I was leaving the side walk and left sharply as he was aggressive again. I've never seen this ever in any Gregg's and hope this will never happen again to myself or any other shopper.

Delivery driver stopped outside door then drive off NOT delivering my order at all. I would like a full refund.

Lovely roll, friendly staff and does exactly what you need!

Driver didn't no where he was going had nuisance calls from him had to give directions.

Food was 30 minutes late. Baguette had no filling inside, cheesey bites were dried up with no filling inside, ordered hot white chocolate cookies with a hot dipping sauce, cookies were stone cold and there was no hot chocolate sauce. Ordered 6 slices of pizza and they were also cold. Very disappointed and would be reluctant to order again.

Ran out of bacon at 10.45....not good, usually great though...

Great that this place is open late into the night in Newcastle. We had a pizza 🍕, although you have more variety of products to take away and eat.

All of the drinks were spilled and were pouring out of the bag, we said we couldn't take them and the driver just left.

It's Gregg's.......... To expensive, not for the lack of ingredients in their products, including the reduction in everything bar the increased service received from staff coffee is nice, Tea is lush, hot chocolate hmm to sweet..... Staff always happy which is why I return so often

Ordered a mince pie but they were out. The shop called asking if I would like anything else. I asked for a steak bake. Upon opening, they had given me 2 Steak bakes and a sweet treat, with a nice little note apologizing for not having the pie. Was a really nice touch. Food was delicious as always.

Fantastic that this takeaway is open after midnight in Newcastle's home town, allowing me to gobble up a pizza around 3am!

Rotten food sausage rolls were warm and not in a pack of 4 like requested also burnt as was the steak bake

Four of our hot drinks were tipped upside in the delivery mans bag - only two out of the six received with anything inside the cups

The delivery driver was very friendly

Always good to drop in to Gregg's even though prices are going through the roof when u gotta eat and drink the staff always takes the flack wheres the bosses on holiday spending our good money

I did not receive my latte and delivery driver could not find my address: he was parked in Leazes Court entrance. Otherwise food was spot on as always.

We ordered a pizza meal deal from Greggs at 1:20 am on 03.09.23 and they were short of some of the items included. A man called and informed us that he would amend the order. He was so polite and helpful but I didn’t catch his name. Massive thanks to him for being so nice.

1 as I could not do a Zero. Delivery guy from Greggs went to the toilet peed all over the floor and seat. Never flushed the toilet nor washed his hands. Poor customers getting their food from him.

The order isn't complete, it's missing the bacon roll with no sauce and there's no way I can see to report it.

No matter what Greggs you go into the food is tasty and a lot of Greggs now have sit in to eat facilities.
