I come to this Greggs quite often & i always just receive standard service. Today my child has been throwing up & all he wanted to try & eat was a ‘Greggs Cheese Sandwich’ so at 3.30pm I rushed to Greggs hoping there was 2 left, 1 for my other son, nope there wasn’t any, I asked the lady at till & another lady shouted I’ll make you one (they always tell me they haven’t any left) I cheekily said please can I have 2! Within 5 minutes she was back with 2 kids cheese sandwiches & said I hope they enjoy them. I can’t thank her enough, I asked for her name & it’s was Chrissy, she deserves some recognition, lovely, friendly & fantastic customer service! I work in hospitality & I know how hard it can be & how annoying asking for something before close is. So massive thank you, my kids enjoyed them & the youngest who was being said “he felt better” thank you so much 😆

No milk! Disgustingly dirty. Everyone had to wipe off table and chairs, before they could sit or eat. Food tasted fine, but like eating in a dustbin! Would never go there again.

Service was terrible and member of staff had no sense of hygiene and had to be told to wash her hands after touching face before touching food.

Greggs at Lakeside has always been very popular, however, having extended into the old jewellery shop it now provides excellent seating facilities with the usual Greggs food and drink. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it is now going to be competition for the 2 other facilities at this location.

A great little Greggs at the Lakeside in Doncaster. Outside seating. Great breakfast rolls and coffee. Very tasty and very cheap too. Will definitely return

Very pleased with our lunch and the arrangements for covid, took drinks and food outside and easily found a bench away from other people so we were happy to eat outside

We came here as we were driving through Thorne. Saw this place, from the outside looked lovely. Well inside was drawn in by the fireplace, which was very inviting. However, was greeted by the barman he was very polite, well mannered. We asked if we could eat he said not till 5pm. We ordered our drinks and sat by the fire. When 5'o clock arrived we were given our menus. We looked, the menu wasn't very appealing. A few bits on the stater, was told that prawn cocktail, mozzarella sticks were not available, then the main courses were beefburger, cheese burger, Lasagne (Not available) so it was a bit of a hit and miss menu. Food came garlic bread didn't look appealing, wasn't cooked how we wanted it to be cooked. That got taken off the menu, which was easy enough. The mains were a bit bland, the beefburger had a weird taste and the chips were overcooked, it just didn't have a wow factor for us. The garlic bread got taken off our bill, the waiter was ok to do this. Would we come again? Not likely!!!

Not the place it used to be. Gone dirty and the gents toilet was disgusting as it looked like it hadn't been properly and hygienically bathroom cleaned for weeks. Service was slow and staff run off their feet because there wasn't enough of them. The once glorious soughdough bread has gone and there are no tea cakes (at Easter!!!). Such a shame as I used to enjoy going here....but not anymore. For the prices you pay, it is poor value for money. The owners have run the place down and should be ashamed. It used to be great

Wow the food here is AMAZING. I have visited Kaynas many times with both friends and family and cannot speak highly enough. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way. The food is delicious and its the best flat white I have ever had. One if my favourite go to places, a jewel of a find.
