order was being prepared and the supervisor came to the counter with very bad manners telling the waitress to send us away because it was getting close to closing time and our order would take more than five minutes to be ready. When we were already paying, he came back to the counter and again, in very bad manners and in front of us and other waiting customers, shouted at her that "this was the first and last time" and that "next time he had to say no to the customers" that "he is the supervisor and you do what he says". It was very unpleasant, although she was very polite and friendly at all times and prepared the order quickly.

Small Greggs on the main street with seating. Very nice staff. Selection good. Clean!

As two people who needed to house hunt in the middle of lockdown, we needed to stay in hotels and had limited choice for meals. So we got used to trying different takeaways for meals and Greggs became a bit of a favourite. Their bacon and sausage baguettes with extra sausage are good and they are excellent value. We've tried to ones in Penrith, Berwick and Pitlochry and all are good. You can even pre-order if you are in a rush.

You get what you expect from Gregg's - no frills but good tasty food. It's not Michelin star but it is enjoyable to eat s steak bake and fudge doughnut

Nice food and coffee and inexpensive, clean and good staff.... Premises aren't big but usually no problem getting a seat to sit and breath for 5 minutes if your out wandering around

The staff in pitlochry are the friendliest staff I have encountered in all the Gregg's I have used, and yes I have tested a fair few, good food too.

As a lot of cafes in Pitlochry don't serve vegan food it was nice to but 2 sausage rolls which meant I didn't have to go without lunch for two days!! Thanks

We ate at Gregg's in Edinburgh and in Pitlochry. The savory bakes were always good. I especially liked the steak turnover. There's a small counter where you can eat. They have a selection of beverages, pre-made sandwiches, sweets, and savories.

Yeh it was okay but little understaffed on my last visit.

We all don't really mind a Gregg's. It's good for pitlochry since there really is no other bakery. Everyone local was glad that it returned.

Cheap and cheerful coffee is OK but not great limited space inside, but OK for take away Selection of local foods available

Great little shop to pop into and grab a quick bite. The staff is helpful and the sandwiches are of a nice quality. If you're on the go, it's hard to go wrong with a sandwich and a drink. There are plenty of sweeter baked options, too. Just a few minutes is all you need to get yourself a quick lunch. Can't go wrong with the convenience.

I've been in various Greggs stores around Glasgow and Paisley and food-wise you know what to expect. Whilst they are often busy, staff tend to be friendly. We decided to pop into the Pitlochry shop for nothing more than a couple of doughnuts, which didn't disappoint, however the male staff member should do well to remember the customer employs him. We were left feeling that maybe he wanted to shut shop early and head home and we had ruined his plans. Of course two doughnuts are not going to encourage Greggs to open a second shop 50 yards up the road, however the assistant has no idea what we've previously spent in Greggs or may spend in future. We weren't expecting a red carpet, just basic, straightforward customer service.

This place is incredible the service is superb. Also the food is lovely especially the sausage rolls. Highly recommend this place.

All the usual Gregg's fare. Service was quick, prices are reasonable. More aimed at takeaway, only has 3 sit-in tables. Parking on road directly outside but there's not always a space to be had.

went in here for a sausage roll and cuppa, the offer tables to sit at but charge extra on your sausage roll and cuppa, and have no toilet facilites for customers to use, also the door constantly opening by customers let in the cld

As a resident of Pitlochry this has got to be the most frustrating fast food shop I've ever been in... that's even comparing to busy city centre greggs I've been in with much more population to deal with...

On holiday in Pitlochry saw us on our 3rd day pop into Greggs for a quick lunch with 2 kids. At 2pm the selection of cakes was terrible, kids were bitterly disappointed.

Sunday morning snack while we were passing through, Tuna Baguette for the wife & Hot Sausage rolls for me. Delicious. Friendly, efficient staff.

We were quite happy to find Greggs on A Sunday morning, at 8:30 am, happy to serve us breakfast. All other cafés were still not ready. The gentleman was very nice and everything we had was delicious and good priced.

Its just ok. Coffee is not great and the sausage rolls are enough to fill an empty void but arent too tastey. The beef Bridie I had was not good at all. The grocery stores cheap house branded stuff is better. The family had sandwiches and werent too chuffed with them either. I suppose if youre on the go it will do but I will avoid greggs whenever possible.

We had a late, light, snack lunch here, and it is fair to say that it was cheap, served in a friendly manner, filling and chosen from a good selection of essentially baker's shop food.

Visited Gregg's in pitlochry for breakfast. It was a great breakfast but more importantly the staff were very courteous despite being extremely busy for a prolonged period. A senior member of staff even spotted that I was having difficulty with my contact lens and offered assistance. Well done to the staff of pitlochry.

Nice economical place to grab a quick bite.

I think it is the best place in Pitlochry if you want to grab some food and go. You get plenty of variety and quickly. Staff was good and it is value for money as well.

It's a Greggs. However this one is probably one of the worst I've been in. I use it as a pit stop when travelling North. It rarely has a decent choice. It's a busy place, so they need to pick up the pace replenishing hot food. Sandwiches which are advertised with salad, two leaves & no tomato. If it wasn't for my addiction to Steak Bakes, I would never go into a Greggs ever again.

We started every morning here buying breakfast for two for just a few pounds. In the hotel it would have been 9 pounds. Service efficient friendly and where the locals go.

Having stayed at Scotland's Hotel, we were right in the centre of Pitlochery and weren't keen on a huge buffet breakfast. We took an early morning walk and loved the bacon aroma's coming from Gregg's; so the decision for a simple breakfast was easy. The coffee was perfect , the rolls were warmed and the bacon was cooked to perfection. A splash of brown sauce and wallah! A friendly smiling staff, considering it was early Sunday morning!

This is the Gregg's you know, in pitlochry. You know what you want and they deliver it as any Gregg's.

Prices were a little higher than elsewhere in Scotland but I suppose they have to make money while the Sun shines. Very nice staff.

I had a baguette from Greggs a few weeks ago and it hasn't looked very good and the taste was also not the best. You could see that it wasn't very fresh.

Dropped in here for a sandwich and a coffee. All served with a smile. Just what was needed after wandering around the town.

Popped in for pastys for trip back home an they were horrible the chicken pies tasted like water an not cooked properly the sausage rolls were very salty even the dogs didn't eat any of them

First time trying Greggs. The tables were all dirty, but the food is okay.

We wanted to take a picnic away for our walk so we went to Greggs as their food is always consistently good quality and at a reasonable price. We bought big sandwiches and a few cakes along with a cold drink and went on our way.

This must easily be the National bakers chain in the UK there is one in every town we go into . Cheap and cheerful is the nature of the shop With a good array of hot and cold carryout food .I must say I like their Yum Yums

It's a chain, obviously, but also a known-quantity and this one is clean with prompt service. The queue may be out the door but soon clears. If you need to grab a meat pie or hearty sandwich and catch the outbound train, this is for you.

Popped in for lunch time special. Baguette filling could have been more substantial a bit lacking at centre. Outer edges only. Not a great selection of cakes available.

Stayed in Pitlochry for 2 weeks on holiday in August this summer and went to Greggs on a few occasions for a snack to keep us going till dinner wished I'd never bothered as there was little to choose from at midday no steak bakes no chicken bakes no sausage rolls etc.Left and went elsewhere.

Had a snack here and sat in. the two coffees and rolls cost just over six pounds to sit in and I don't think it would have tasted any better if we had eaten in a posh cafe. Staff were really friendly.

We had sandwiches and a pasty made fresh for us during our recent visit. Staff were quick, helpful and exactly as it should be. The hotel / pub down the road served awful food and we ended up at Greggs instead - wish we'd went here first!

I didn't have much time to grab lunch so i ran in here to grab a pre-made sandwich, wow to my surprise it was fresh and delicious! Very friendly staff , even helped me with the money conversion. Highly recommend!!

Situated in the main street this Greggs offers the usual Greggs excellent service and food. The coffee is always s very good too. Try the chocolate muffins. delicious.

Popped in for a quick snack at 4pm. Although a bit late in the day would expect a bit more choice. We had chicken bakes which you expect to be warm. These had been sitting fir a while and were cold. If ordering any food here ask if it is warm first!

This is such a good sandwich shop, lots of variety, plenty of filling in your sandwich and also good value for money. Nice staff who went and made up a sandwich for me as we were in as they were being prepared and they hadn't made up the one I like.

Sited in the middle of the town the location is the best thing. If you want coronary on a plate, and lots do, this is the place. Pies, sticky cakes are all available and it is popular but not for me.

Visited at lunchtime with our 2 grandkids. After waiting 10 minutes to get served we ordered, paid and left to sit on some seats further down the road. Not only were the pies/pastries cold but he had given us completely different to what we asked for. Putting it down to new staff/trainees and i will give them another try.

When Greggs the bakery left Pitlochry years ago, we were very sad. Therefore we were delighted to see that this bakery has returned to Pitlochry. It is always busy. Food is produced at regular intervals so that the pies and sausage rolls are as fresh as can be.
