The bacon wasn’t cooked and it was cold!! I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog!

Forgot my ham and cheese baguette and got drinks wrong!!!

Oredered 3 chicken and 3 steak bakes got all chicken

Asked for an ingredients list for the pastries, was provided the allergens list twice, asked again for the ingredients list and I got a shrug. Ended up not purchasing any of the hot pastries due to an unusual allergy.

They didn’t have my order and I had to get cold cheese pizza and a cold chicken bake

Bake could have been hotter and coke was warm.

I was waiting for the delivery for an hour. I called the restaurant about 40 minutes after I order and they told me the order has left long time ago. The app was still showing that your driver was still on restaurant. When he arrive I asked him why and he told me you gave him 2 orders. Besides of all these was missing from my order a coke 500 and a cappuccino which was basically the main thing that I want. Poor service from start to finish. Totally disappointed and unhappy

I absolutely love this Greggs. The sausage rolls are always extremely hot and the pizza is always phenomenal. I truly enjoy this Greggs and the customer service is impeccable. They always give you a few extra sauces

When I first ordered a breakfast and lunch meal deal the bacon was well cooked I've had it twice after the bacon was not cooked it was white it was not cooked properly

Excellent service from Greggs. They called me to tell me that one of the items I ordered was unavailable so I was able to choose something else.

When asking for lucozade original and orange, if there isn't any orange left just give another original not sub it for something completely different! And my steak bake well...I don't know what happened to it but there was hardly any steak in it at all!

The time of delivery kept on changing and when the food arrived it was freezing

It was an hour and half late! I tried to cancel as I would’ve rather ordered elsewhere but there was no option and the delivery times just kept changing go up. When my food arrived it was cold I had to throw away my hot chocolate due to the coldness of it. On top of that it arrive whilst I was in the middle of my work briefing, so I had to leave and pick up food that was worthy of the bin.

Exactly what I asked for, foot wasn’t cold or damaged and come 25 minutes early, well done for real😂🙏🏽

Abysmal! Never get the right items, this time half the order was missing, they just fling in whatever they have, omit what they don't with no adjustments to bill. Just eat make it hard to get a refund too without evidence of missing food.. taking a picture of an empty space doesn't count apparently

I left a note saying Please tell driver to be careful as drinks are in the bag, you actually forgot to put the drink in the bag, which doesn't make any sense surely you must have seen the note.
