They completely changed my order to three veggie bakes from two pizzas and a bead and cheese flat bread. Awful. I would have rather them cancel my order! Disgusted!

I ordered a breakfast roll meal and a cold drink and RECEIVED 2 drinks! Wheres my roll????? And the bag with my cold drink was open!!!!!

When I first ordered a breakfast and lunch meal deal the bacon was well cooked I've had it twice after the bacon was not cooked it was white it was not cooked properly

It was an hour and half late! I tried to cancel as I would’ve rather ordered elsewhere but there was no option and the delivery times just kept changing go up. When my food arrived it was cold I had to throw away my hot chocolate due to the coldness of it. On top of that it arrive whilst I was in the middle of my work briefing, so I had to leave and pick up food that was worthy of the bin.

Abysmal! Never get the right items, this time half the order was missing, they just fling in whatever they have, omit what they don't with no adjustments to bill. Just eat make it hard to get a refund too without evidence of missing food.. taking a picture of an empty space doesn't count apparently

The problem with this branch is its hardly open during opening times. You always have to double check even though its suppose to be open till 6pm, I've seen then shut at 3pm and it's not a one of case as I am a local !

We w didn’t get the breakfast baguette and our bags are soaked by someone’s previous order and really angry that we didn’t get the breakfast baguette really unacceptable as two previous orders we had no problems at all.
