These guys habe been amazing from the start. Such a friendly team, always really welcoming. Clean even during peak times too!

Ok, firstly the coffee was ok. The place wasn't that busy and had quite the wait for two coffees (only two staff), only empty tables available were filthy (so were the floors) and the fabric chairs are so dirty I've seen cleaner at the tip. Staff apologised and began to clean as we finished our coffee, but costa should hire enough staff to cope with the size of the store and keep things nice at all times. I can't comment about food as I certainly wouldn't eat in here, eww. 2 stars because it was starting to rain and the roof mostly works and coffee was serviceable.

Delivery driver, granted no fault of hisown fell over and coffee delivery was ruined.

I like that the coffee is served in a China mug and not in a polystyrene cup. If a business loves its products it wouldn't serve them to you in plastic.

Didn’t receive any straws for drinks ordered and toasties had not been cut in half and weren’t very warm when they arrived.

This is a really good Costa and the staff are helpful and cheerful. My husband and I enjoy popping in for a drink and snack. Our only complaint is when it’s sunny the restaurant area is flooded with very hot, blinding sun which is quite unbearable unless we manage to find a shady bit!!! Please Costa can you fit some blinds up to shade us??

Incorrect items. Ordered two hazel hot chocs and received two hazel lattes

The bacon roll could hVe been cooked more and wasn't so warm

My drink was curled almost like it was just sat in the car for ages the whipped cream was gone from the drink, my marshmallows never showed up and personally I wouldn’t pay for the quality of what I received

This Costa is based in the Next shop in Longwater. Friendly efficient staff and good selection of food. I have come to expect a delicious coffee at all main Costa branches. However the coffee today was somewhat eyebrow raising, as it was not delicious, indeed was a big disappointment. No deep yummy chewy taste, but wishee washee. I did not complain at the time as I’m generally told by my family that I’m a grumpy negative old man and I’ve started to believe them ! Maybe I was one shot short ? Anyway didn’t like it half as much a normal.

What was meant to be a Sunday treat turned out to be a huge (& expensive!) disappointment. Don’t order mango berry bubble tea (stingy with bubbles so shouldn’t be even called a bubble tea!) and way too sweet. My mango ice cooler was just water with juice as the ‘slush’ has been already melted. The only nice thing was a brownie frappe. I’m not a regular customer so assume the whole chain serves their drinks in a similar way. Looks like Costa isn’t our thing and won’t be ordering again.

For the second time in Row from Costa in longwater I have recieved the wrong latte order. I ordered a caramel oat milk latte, but recieved a plain latte, how is it so difficult to do the right order of latte? It’s a joke!

Iced coffee was trash and they didn’t even bother to give me a straw with it. Food was pretty good though.

Everytime I visit here the wait is ridiculous! With only 2 people in front of me I queued 20 mins! Came in once with 6 people in queue and waited 45 mins! Every single time the wait it crazy long. Great if you like waiting so long for your drink!

Ordered a white americano with semi skimmed milk but was sent a black coffee. Only ordered as we have ran out of milk at home and my order was wrong! Not happy, have pictures to prove. Would like a refund.

The coffee frappe did not taste of coffee at all more like onion and sweat. Almost like someone stuck the straw under their armpit, was enough to put anyone off of drinking it.

I’m absolutely furious, I ordered my food to be here at 12 because I have an appointment I needed to leave for. The update was slow and then told me my food would be delivered at 12:42, it is now almost 1 and it’s now saying my food has been delivered and I have still not had it delivered and Ive now got to leave for my appointment. I have tried to contact customer service and can’t speak to anyone.

Rank iced coffee. Sent a blueberry muffin when I ordered lemon and allergic to blueberry’s.

Shortbread was placed on top of coffee, completely melted when arrived. Missing sweeteners that were requested and coffees were almost cold.

There was only one piece of bacon in the bacon bap, where normally there are 2 and some bits, so not enough bacon at all

Too long wait. Two people employed in busy Costa retail outlet. Hence they can't cope. Long queues. Slow. Unclean tables. Chaos. Staff too slow as well.

I had a piece of plastic wrapper in my latte.

The coffee tasted like dirt and was lukewarm (it was an iced drink). Then ordered a frappe which they didn’t put a lid on so all of it ended up in the bag and not the cup so couldn’t drink it.

I have ordered the advertised scone with strawberry conserve and cream twice now and each time they have forgotten the strawberry conserve and cream. I even included a note not to forget this for this particular order and it still wasn't delivered. If they don't have the conserve and cream then they shouldn't include this in the description - false advertising!

I visited here on my own for a takeaway drink and a gift voucher. I have been before. The car park is HUGE as it is shared by the entire retail park. I didn't struggle to find a space at all. I wanted to buy a gift voucher and staff showed me the design choices and explained how they worked. I also bought a coffee to take with me. They have an app where you can collect 'beans'. You get a bean per drink (two if you use your own cup) and get a free drink for every eight beans collected. My drink was made quickly and I was soon on my way. The service was friendly and I would happily go here again.

One of the lattes had spilt and bag bottom wet as driver came to front door he took cup out of bag as bag falling apart. No foil sealer under lid, so lost half of latte

I have the wrong pastries sent I have a chocolate twist instead of chocolate Tiffin The salted caramel brownie had the caramel stuck to the cover as a result just had a brownie . Disappointing

The service from this branch was excellent! easy to order, the delivery was quick, and there were no spillages during transit. The delivery driver was also pleasant and polite!

DRIVER TURNED UP AND MY DRINK WASN'T IN A CUP ANYMORE. NO DELIVERY MADE, NO DRINK NO CAKE. SECOND DAY IN A ROW I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR DRIVERS, WON'T BE USING YOU AGAIN, REAL SHAME BUT ITS BACK TO PACK LUNCHES AND VENDING MACHINE DRINKS FOR ME - CHEERS.

Coffees and food delicious but would've been good if the Coffees were labelled as one was vegan.

Not dog friendly despite it being on Costas website. Not impressed

Visited the Costa in Next at Longwater, Costessey and was served by Georgia who was extremely helpful and provided indepth detail on the alternatives available to me. Well done, extremely happy with the service given and drinks made and will visit again

It was a relatively great day when suddenly an idea came.COSTA!In the blink of an eye we ordered it ecstatic we jumped onto the sofa to here a knock at the door.Thats how are day got even better.Thank you so much.

Ussualy I'm happy with orders from Costa but today one toast was missing and also chocolate flake and marshmelow for my hot chocolate, so disappointing especially I needed to pay for extras and just eat website doesn't have option where I can ask for refund of my extras....

I ordered sugar and none arrived

One of my items were not a available and the store called me to let me know what they would substitute it for. I find other places just change it without letting you know but I was very happy with this. Very good food, arrived hot.

Order missing items. So disappointing trying to get your family a treat and always missing items for one or more people every time. Now have to drag everyone out in the cold to make it fair for everyone.

Excellent food and customer service!

Drivers had a delay today but it might be due to traffic. The restaurant forgot to give me a fork and napkins. The coffee needs a better lid to prevent drips but it is all good. Thank you

Consistently good coffee and cakes, sandwiches are nice too. Good location right in the middle of the longwater car park, as you'll always find a space somewhere. Currently takeaway only but that may change very soon (Pandemic May '21), so nowhere to drink coffee unless you walk with it or sit in your car. Lost a star as it is pricey for food. Otherwise, my choice over other popular coffee houses.

Great drinks and food (latte, cortado, lemon tart, gluten free chocolate brownie and chocolate twist), one star lost as the brownie was a little dry, although it was late in the day, to be fair. Driver courteous and friendly, respected my Covid-shielding wishes :-)

Drinks arrived safely with extra seal under the lids so they don’t spill.

The new woman serving is extremely rude and should not be working here she just saved me spending money with the company however as not going to spend money after being spoken to so rudely

I visited the Cafe with my husband yesterday. Their professionalism in meeting and serving customers in a safe and clean envIronment was really good. All were very helpful and were following guidelines to keep us safe. Thank you to all the team.

Will never use this place again... no respect for vulnerable customers and under the management orders you will not be served unless you give details on a Costa app... no 1 should have to be subject to that kind of treatment when trying to buy a coffee... I have recorded the management so im able to support what im saying...

As always, the service in here was exemplary and friendly! Such a nice spot to go for a quick bite to eat and/or a coffee. Comfortable seating - indoor and out, and a varied choice of hot and cold food, beverages and desserts. x

Remember, it's a chain. Up to the usual standard but nothing exceptional. Very busy and was not keeping up with demand. However the £1 filter coffee is fine.

Ordered 1 coffee to takeaway. It took 22 minutes for me to get it!! Ridiculous! It’s not like I was waiting for a gourmet meal!
