Greggs in Stratford-on-Avon

I went this morning and been very disappointed by 2 things, one was the cleanliness, tidiness in front of the shop, the outside bin was full and a lot of coffee cups and wrappers on the floor that no one was gathering or sweeping and the second was that there was no alternative milk for people that have lactose intolerance. Disappointing place, maybe you'll improve it.

Great tasting breakfast omelette, good and helpful staff, it's not a 5*banquet but, for the price it is. Thanks Greggs

Fast service good stop off point with ample parking

Great place to nip in for a coffee. Good quality, and decent food too. Special mention to Staff on Saturdays. They are next level for customer service and organisation.

Obscene service. The slowest food service I have experienced in my life. The service is severely over complicated, the staff think they are running NASA. Will not be visiting again.

Middle of the day and had no sausage rolls.Really?!!

Went in as usual to get my black coffee the lady served me she put the cup under the coffee machine and just left it there started to serve customer behind me so I had to wait extra 3 minutes before I could get my order she only had to put a lid on it so I could be on my way but she didn’t that’s not fair spoke to Emma the manager she was really nice and understood how important people time is especially in the morning when we are rushing to get served so guys don’t forget first come first serve Emma this 5 star is for u keep the good work

First choice for breakfast love the atmosphere and specially the food.. always fresh

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Good for a quick break to/from work. One particular member of staff (Keeley), very polite and friendly.

Pizza was dry had no sauce tasted of just bread

Worst wedges ever today in years … .Gregg’s is our families favorite for years especially my children.. I visit at least once a week , but this shop staff are so rude not sure if it depends on the look of the customer ?? I rang to inform the manager as it looked like left over wedges though she reassured it’s fresh I said it still looked so bad .. she just put the phone down abruptly .. so unprofessional response from a manager - no wonder the most of the time the staff are laid back .. worst customer care ever ..

Service n food was as standard.

Swell sited establishment on the A41 very close to the m5 and West Bromwich Albions football ground-- famous for their sausage rolls and bakes and cakes-- it makes a good stopping place to sample the food --the carpark is big the entrance is wide and disability friendly --the place is well run and clean tidy --the staff are very courteous and friendly and serve quickly a credit to the establishment --so if travelling north and south on the ,M5-it will be advisable to take a rest and sample what's on sale there's tables inside and out a very good set up if your going or leaving the Birmingham area via this motorway👍

First timer at this Greggs..nice staff and fast morning service, clean eating area and hot food is ACTUALLY hot! ♨️ Every other Greggs I've been to in Birmingham either has filthy tables or the hot food is basically lukewarm and needs to be reheated! There's even one Greg's I saw flies buzzing around the tables and other eating customers were oblivious apparently 🤢 The only negatives really is that even though I only needed to wash my hands and face in the toilet it was rather grisly in there!. Also self service station could do with some salt and pepper satchets! Overall, I would visit this place again

Hardly any sandwiches in the fridge (mostly run out) at between 9.30 and 10am in the morning this is not the first time of seeing this. Asked if they would have any sandwiches in the back to which the answer was NO. Stratford branch on the maybird is terrible, can't be bothered attitude - Leamington however is the total opposite always helpful and will make the sandwich if not on the shelf. Come on stratford get your act together

We have a memorial at the Baggies ground for my father in law and when we visit, we always pop into Greggs for a bite to eat. When we have visited, the place has been clean and tidy and the food is what you would expect from Greggs, delicious.

Just your run of the mill Greggs. Looks a bit random as the building is massive, being a former pub. It's right next door to The Hawthorns, so gets absolutely rammed on West Bromwich Albion match days. Plenty of WBA memorabilia on the walls. Also has a decent sized free car park, and is convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast if catching a train to work from the nearby station. Never had bad service or bad food from here.

Easy parking, not a great choice in this one.

I only ever order to take out from here, never sit in, but the food is always delicious. Hot, reasonable prices, good choices and selections, friendly staff. No complaints

A busy Gregg's store, offering the usual Gregg's fare, with option to dine in or on the picnic benches located outside. Despite being busy, service was reasonably speedy with queueing time kept to a minimum. It has a large car park, but can be difficult to access and exit due to its location on the busy A41 trunk route between Birmingham and West Bromwich. (There is also an almost as busy side entrance along the side of the WBA football ground)

Food is lovely. I know a few people who work for Greggs so I wouldn't never give bad reviews but this is twice now it has happened at this same place. Staff are absolute rude and disinterested! I wanna go into a Greggs where people are smiling laughing having a good time not standing there arms crossed with a moody face! If they don't like there job then they should leave.

Love this place. The hot food option is soo tasty and always fresh. All the pies and pastries are always warm and fresh. Great customer service always and good seating also available. Nice big easily accessible car park. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very busy, staff were very blunt and hardly any one had masks on.

Went to get a meal deal but decided not to but the young lady behind counter helped with a couple of offers like 2 yum yums for a £ an bought a baguette she let me know for an extra 40p i could get a drink. Thats good customer service if you didn't mind the extra. I didn't

One of the nicest greggs to visit, friendly staff doing their best in these uncertain times, shame the clientle don't have the same manners , to the rude Asian woman served after me with no manners , no mask and had the cheek to question the price of a bag of cookies which were apparently price wrong, they weren't I checked on my way out and so did a member of staff. Be a bit nicer to people and maybe you day might be a little brighter

Only popped in for a coffee so can only judge on this. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant, helpful and efficient.. Nice to see that they had left photos up on the walls of the Albion as it's next to the Hawthorns..

Good service from friendly staff, always clean and welcoming I go for the vegan options for breakfast, unfortunatley about 50% of the time they don't stock the vegan stuff despite being advertised But overall a fantastic greggs

Great use of converting this pub into a Greggs! Ideal for a quick cheap bite to eat if going to the West Brom Albion ground next door. Big free car park is a bonus. Huge selection of snacks, sandwiches, drinks and pastries. Can eat in or takeout. Eat in area has pictures of the local team and is nicely done out. Toilets on site which is great. Music if loud even at 8am in the morning not sure what the reason / bonus is of that?!

Popped in for something for breakfast. Staff cheerful and attentive. Selected a bacon and omelette baguette with brown sauce. Quick, efficient service and not a bad price esp with the generous, very tasty portions of bacon on my baguette. (Much better cooked bacon than at a maccies.. Just saying lol). Will definitely be ordering a Gregg's bacon baguette again.

Warm food always at this Greggs. No messing about.

The place was neat and clean. It is very close to Westbrom Dartmouth cricket club and the Westbrom football stadium. This place has parking which makes it easy for people who drive. There is no drive in facility you need to park and order. There are lot of sandwich varieties but there was no vegetarian option when I visited. Otherwise most of the usual Gregg stuff is available.

Great experience to enjoy the food from Gregg's I love vegetables and cheese and onions pastry . There is a massive amount of different varieties of food you can get everything like bagets, pastries donuts with different flavors, cakes and cookies, drinks hot and cold cheese pizzas and lots more.

Food was disgusting had a bacon and omelette baguette the baguette was covered in grease bacon and omelette was burnt couldn't be bothered to go back in and complain because of the que won't be going there again don't think I'll ever bother with a greggs breakfast ever again as you never know what your gonna get McDonald's of cafe in future

Fantastic steak bakes and my favourite cheese and onion pasty. Their vegan sausage rolls are also very popular. The coffee is excellent too at this Gregg's which is on Oldbury Retail Park next to a Costa Coffee which is expensive in comparison
