Very good food, just what is says on the menu. Good quality. Nothing more to say. Generous portions, £30 worth does us for about 5 meals, I freeze any left over and it is excellent, I let it defrost then cook it thoughly.

Bland food devoid of vegetables and spices. Everything was brown swimming in msg and soy sauce. Avoid at all costs

After arriving back home I had a phone call saying that my food was ready for collection. I informed the lady that I had called to collect and shop was closed, she informed me that was correct they had moved about 3 months ago about 4miles away which was of no use to me had I known this before I would not have ordered from there. They appologised and said they would deliver for free but it was to late I already had my food.

I asked them to not put onions and prawns and it turned up with onions and prawns. Then didn't refund me until 3 weeks after. Shocking service

This place is the best Chinese I've ordered from. I love their special chow mien the amount of meat and portion size is great. It's also seasoned well & fragrant. Definitely my new local.

Food was ok but the delivery was 30mins late even though they claim to have delivered it on time on the just eat website and couldn't get through to them on the phone to find out what was going on.

Got a chow me in duck And meat was vile! Also ordered A can of Fanta for 80p And got tango that had rrp 49p on it! Conartists! Vile Food and poor drink list. Only Plus to this Order was fast delivery but there again I live around corner so don't expect any less

I stated in the comments box 'Not before this time please as coming home for 7PM' it arrived at 6:52PM and I wasn't at home. The food was taken back and re delivered for 7:40PM. Not good. Also I purchased 1 Coca Cola diet and the full fat bottle arrived. Mentioned this to the delivery driver and he said that's all they had. Also not good and I feel I should've been contacted about this.

Do not order from here. Order is sent somewhere else as golden dragon is closed. I was missing the curry sauce from my order but when I tried to phone the number is out of order. Other reviews suggest it is sent to twin dragon who had 1/5 on food rating so would not have ordered it if I known it was from there.

I ordered with golden dragon which is currently closed and the order gets sent to twin dragon, I waiting nearly 2 hours for my food, with calls to number provided no longer works. Luckily I know twin dragon is the same company. Food was wrong Luke warm and it was horrible wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I will be contacting just eat to also let them know about the closure of golden dragon

Its a nice place to go with a group. Its a set price and you can order as much as you like. We have been a few times and found the food always to be good . A good choice and nicely prepared.

Food took 90 minutes to arrive and when it did it was cold! Reheated in the microwave wouldn't order from here again Only giving stars as it won't let you put none

Asked for things to be removed from a dish and the dish turned up with everything I asked not to be in it. Also delivery was late and food was luke warm and even more cold by the time I picked stuff out of it. Couldn't get through to shop on the phone either

Very good quality grub, a couple of items were not available, however the staff kindly called to suggest alternatives, which were excellent. A great vegetarian choice was available which is what counts with me :-)

Got order completely wrong, tried to phone restaurant to say and ask if they could send correct order only to find out that the number they give is not the correct one and is no longer in use. Will never order again

The golden dragon has had a sign on the window for 6 months saying closed due to referb .ie it's closed down if you wish to contact her she also runs the golden dragon 2 take away

It wasn't egg fried rice, it was boiled rice with pieces of egg in. The noodles were a weird colour. The curry sauce was really runny! And we got pepsi instead of coke

We have ordered from here many times and every time we have had a great experience! The vegetarian crispy duck is our favourite! :)

Unfortunately a fair few mistakes with online order and what was delivered. Great food. No bbq sauce. The bbq ribs were in gravy not bbq sauce and coke not diet coke delivered. Again lovely food. It took 1 hour 20 mins to receive order on a Saturday night.

The food was late. Bought a £2.00 BOTTLE of coke and we got given a can, our food was leaking out the container all in the plastic bag, and they forgot our rice. Brilliant.... NOT!!

Awful Chinese, everything was cold, ribs were over cooked, the chicken was fatty and to make matters worse from 5 minutes of it being delivered they wouldn't answer the phone for us to complain! Wouldn't go near again with a barge pole.

Curry sauce was more like a soup and the chow mein was greasy and only tasted of old oil, not the faintest hint of satay. I would never use them again

En nuestro caso nos encontrarse con amigos así que el tiempo no era un problema, pero un plato llegaría entonces seguido por otro plato varios minutos más tarde. La camarera tuvimos alguna dificultad en entender lo que queríamos sin embargo cuando los platos llegamos estaban muy bien. el servicio sin duda no era tan eficiente como ha sido previamente

Esta pizzería restaurante está en una calle que está gradualmente revivir, pero hoy los únicos otros comensales eran el personal. Uno de ellos estaba reponiendo una pecera con jarras de agua del grifo y me ofrecieron algunos demasiado. Tras haber oído que algunos peces tenía duró 18 años han olvidado probablemente los clientes originales por ahora. No hay almuerzo de negocios y el menú no difieren de la un. Aparentemente mi - carne y tomate de elección es un un favorito pero parece un poco ordinario en el menú, pero puedes pedir. El menú también se denomina carne roja, y fuimos a platos tailandeses y japoneses, y los últimos incluían sopas casi el doble de caro, ya que la variedad chino. La cuchara de mesa que me dieron para mi plato con era uno que normalmente transferir su comida en el plato, pero por lo demás me encontré mi comida estaba bien, y la camarera amable y conversación. En general, yo prefiero buffet o una variedad especial de almuerzo, pero tal vez se puede considerar si los artistas revive esta calle como se esperaba. Was over an hour to recieve food and prawn crackers where burnt and couldn't eat half of them!

Delivery was about an hour late and when I called I got told that they have just left with my order and still another half hour late, although food is properly cooked it really doesn't taste all that great, definitely won't be eating from here again

Op 24 juni 2015 zijn we er voor de 2de keer geweest. Alweer een erg lekkere ervaring. Misschien één of twee minpuntjes: niet alle borden zijn kraaknet, en als je tweemaal eenzelfde drankje bestelt, is het niet zeker of je ook tweemaal hetzelfde krijgt. Toch geweldig qua kwaliteit en presentatie. Een aanrader: de formule "eat as much as you want" is prima!!!We waren er voor de tweede keer en telkens was er erg weinig clientele ... Jammer!

Fui allí esta noche por lo que pensé que sería una buena comida, fue mi primera visita y será la última. Para empezar nos enseñaron una mesa que estaba sucio en la tela de la mesa, tras tres mesas más finalmente conseguimos una aceptable, los cubiertos estaban sucios y necesitaba una buena sesión. Mi coca-cola era tan plana y sabor como coca-cola grasa que no me pide. Nuestro primer plato era sólo cálido y no tan panecillo pato crujiente con tortitas era trajo mientras que todavía estaba comiendo, así que era sábado coger frío, eso es incluso si estaba caliente para comenzar. La principal no estaba muy caliente o muy agradable para ser sincero. Por el precio que cuesta preferiría ir a lo mejor en folkestone ya que no hay mucha diferencia de precio, pero la diferencia completa en ect de sabor. Yo no recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera.

Este es un restaurante que sirve comida para llevar. El menú es el mismo para ambos, así que no es una buena opción. Nuestras 6 platos eran todo recién cocinado. Estaban caliente y deliciosa incluso después de una casa de 10 minutos a pie. No había salsas smothering los platos, lo que era de agradecer.

More often or not when you go to a Chinese restaurant the food comes out warm but not hot.. this restaurant the food is cooked to order and is always hot. The staff are lovely and the wait time in ordering to receiving the food is very minimal. Will go back again.

Small place, doesn't look much from outside but don't be fooled. The food is absolutely wonderful, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, none of your take away standard type rubbish. The young lady that served us was lovely, she was chatty, extremely polite and very welcoming. We had a smashing evening and anyone who finds fault with this place, in our opinion, is being picky and doesn't appreciate a good Chinese meal. The menu also offers Japanese and Thai food. Very clean place and we wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Well done Golden Dragon and many thanks for a wonderful evening.

We did a la carte after arriving late and just wanting a bite to eat. Think the place is set up more for the all you can eat menu. £85 for four with a drink. Very mediocre quality. Waitress looked like she wanted to top herself.

Loved being able to order lots of dishes to try and knowing they're all cooked fresh rather than off a hot plate. You can really tell the difference! Really lovely food and staff. Will definitely be going back.

I went to eat at this restaurant with my partner for my birthday. Staff were really friendly and service was great. The food was absolutely amazing, the quality was as if you were eating in London soho! Really tasty, just perfect! Will be ordering a takeaway from here this weekend.

We have been here twice now and enjoyed the all you can eat buffet. We ordered lots of starters (and ate them all) very freshly cooked, lovely flavours, passable house wine. The waitress was charming and helpful and adapted the menu to our liking.Really cant fault it, it seems amazingly good value. Yes you have to pay for food not eaten,, but not every morsel, they just dont want you ordering 30 mains and leaving 20!Highly recommend and the all you can eat menu is vast and seems available all the time ( weaite after 9 on a Sunday which was a handy time for us, usually only have the choice of an Indian meal at that time)

we finally found the restaurant, which is not located in the middle of the harbour like the trip advisor map suggests. We originally decided to go for the 'all-u-can-eat' menu which is about £13.50 a head. However upon learning that both me and my other half had to order it, or none of us at all, we decided against it. We also found there is a charge for any uneaten food, and also the waitress said that each serving of food was enough for 2 people. So wait, if me and my other half HAVE to both order the all you can eat menu, and each portion is enough for 2, then that's enough food for FOUR people, and then they CHARGE YOU for anything you leave?! Do the maths. It's easier to eat from the main menu. And at £40 all-in it was easily the most expensive Chinese I have been to, but still probably cheaper than the all you can eat menu.The food was 'ok' and filling. The place lacked atmosphere and the toilets were full of gnats and mosquitoes, with automatic lights that turn off by themselves if you stand still longer than 5 seconds. Overall a bit of a disappointment from the reviews I read on here.

Had a meal here while staying at the not so Grand Burstin Hotel. A small clean and pleasant place, Great Staff, Clean Toilets, the all you can eat menu I strongly recommend, tasty and just keeps coming. Good House wine and both food and drinks not that expensive. Well worth a visit and we did notice the takeaway orders were busy, so must have a strong regular local customer base.

Went with family and had the all you can eat menu. Service really slow as just one woman doing everything. Food pleasant enough, price reasonable. Portions seemed to get smaller though after ordering a second round of dishes and our starters came out with some mixed on plates, not satisfactory as I do not eat pork and my chicken had been mixed on a plate with one of my familys pork starters, I think they did this to reduce the portion size again. Would maybe visit again,but not imminently, which a shame cause has good potential to be a busy Chinese.

Visited this weekend and what a lovely pleasant evening we had at this restaurant. We had the buffet option and it was fresh, tasty and inviting to eat. Good value for money. Will definitely be back next time we visit Folkestone.

I go to this restaurant every time I go visiting in Folkestone. The place itself looks divine, with beautiful luxurious decor and is quiet spacious. The staff know me by now and they are extremely friendly and give excellent service paying attention to detail. Very cosy place to have a meal, with a warm, chilled atmosphere, but for the best part, the reason why I always choose this Chinese when I am in Folkestone is because the food is absolutely amazing, the quality is astonishing, better then any place I have ate before, tasty, mouth watering. Mmm I only wish I was in Folkestone now as I have made myself crave for it! Defo 10/10

Decided to pop into this place on my last day in Folkestone. Went for the all you can eat buffet which was great value. Unlike your standard buffet all the food is cooked fresh to order.The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Only negative is you might put on an extra size around the waist from all the delicious food :)

I'm so glad my mother and I found this place =) - and we love this enchanted classic Chinese restaurant. I found the restaurant's atmosphere peaceful & pleasant. The waitress was friendly and polite - excellent service. For my starters we had special mix appetiser, salt and pepper prawns and squid - the presentation looked amazing - and I have to admit, this has to be one of the best Chinese starter I have ever tasted! I will defiantly be returning to my enchanted classic Chinese restaurant when I next arrive in Folkestone!

I have eaten at this restaurant many times on the fixed price "eat all you want" menu, so would normally give a great review.The standard of food is very good and we loved going there fairly often. However, probably due to their dwindling patronage, (always empty) they have now decided to add a surcharge of nearly £5 for each and every prawn dish and nearly £6 per person on the crispy duck.As so many people eat these dishes, you can imagine they are racking up an easy profit!!!If like us, you like crispy duck, prawn toast, and couple of prawn dishes, this would add £20 per person to the basic charge of around £15 for "eat what you want". This charge is due to the high price of prawns they tell me, but local takeaways are not surcharging on prawn or duck dishes. As a half beer costs £3.50 and a coke around £2, it's not a cheap night out.Also be warned to wear lots of warm clothes or keep your coat on, as the place is freezing. They told me they had a new boiler, but the heating was off and they gave us a halogen heater. The waitress said they have lots of "understanding" customers who are happy to freeze to death whilst paying exhorbitant extras on their "eat what you want" menu. Be warned!!!We paid for the drinks we had ordered and walked out and will not return.If you don't like prawns or crispy duck, then as stated the food is good.

Arrived late in Dover so this was one of 2 eateries open at 10pm food excellent as was the service.. Shame only me in there .

We visited this place as our favourite Chinese, Chinatown has closed. We were the only people in the restaurant at first and the waitress was very pleasant and friendly but not having eaten here before we were not aware that the buffet menu was available at all times and were only given the main menu. We then saw a other customers who came in after us being given the 'other' menu! We ordered mixed starters which were ok and the lemon chicken and rice and crispy beef ok but nothing special. The house wine was like vinegar and was only just drinkable as it was so cold. For us we probably won't visit again as it is not worth the walk down for very average food which was quite salty.

This is an all you can eat restaurant but don't be put off. The food is freshly cooked to order and is very good quality.Price of wine is fair and the quality is also very good. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.If I am in Folkestone again I we most certainly revisit.
