Delivery comes with no sauces- and no option to request sauces when making order. The contact number given online is dead, so if there’s any issues, you can’t contact anyone- you have to go in store. It’s terrible- Cheshunt branch. Change your website and app to allow people to add sauces- why should I eat dry chicken?

I am fuming. All the other times ive been to this Nandos is all fine. Today as its busy, i genuinely thought someone would be on the tills at all times. Nope. No one was there. I ordered large chips, 2 drinks. I received the chips first not the drinks. I told the manager who was on shift, that i also ordered two drinks. He said did they not come. I said no. Then goes and gets it, then asked me if i payed for them. I did. I even have proof i payed for them both. Im sorry but needs better service.

Every single time I come to this restaurant I have issues, they never have what I want on the menu, ordering collection they have missed 2 items and or given incorrect items. When trying to resolve it, they never answer their phone. Such a shame because it was nice to have Nandos near us but now we have to go to Enfield.

Just had the most horrendous experience at this Nando's. Ive only even had pleasant experiences here, until today's horrifying meal. Firstly, a young worker was giving us dirty looks. Then, she came over and smacked our glasses on the table, almost breaking them. Then our food came, and the chips were frozen (hasn't even been in the fryer). Then I found pieces of pasta in my creamy mash (this is not supposed to haven traces of pasta in). And finally, I found hair in my food. This was absolutely appalling, as being a well known franchise such as Nando's, you would expect much better service and attentiveness. Will not ever be attending this branch of Nando's again.

Had a wonderful experience visiting the restaurant to collect my food when I was greeted by the server Shari. She was very friendly, helping me and explaining how I actually collect my order. And the food was ready when I got in. The whole experience was an Absolute touch of a collection!!

Just visited for usual family chicken dinner! Was served by a lady named shira ( I may have spell name incorrectly) was so nice ! She gave us beautiful service! And most importantly I have been using my Nando’s card and scanning all time but. One time any staff mentioned that it actually wasn’t registered! Shira was so kind to spot that to me and I registered my car straightaway! Thank you for everything and special thanks to shira 🙏

Ordered online, time kept changing due to delay, ended up waiting 45 minutes in addition to our estimated delviery time.

Absolutely disgusting I could see our food was waiting for more then 20min on the pass and when it arrived it was lukewarm when we informed the server they said it will take more the 20 min as they were busy and we we forced to eat cold food also the peas smelled like they had gone off and when we asked then to change it for rice they got same peas back. No check back we're done all the servers we're walking like they were in the park specifically the lady manager didn't even bother to check on us . SHAME ON THEM .

Having been quite a regular Nando’s visitor, this is easily one of the worst I’ve ever visited. I remember being so excited at this store opening as it was the nearest Nando’s to me however I cannot express how disappointed I was. We was shown our table that was completely soaked and dripping with whatever it was wiped with but weren’t able to move anywhere else. The portion size was so incredibly small, it’s almost criminal to charge customers such a large amount for it. Even something as small as, I paid for Piri-Salted Chips only to then receive Regular Chips and then having apply the salt myself. I would need some serious convincing to ever revisit this Nando’s or any for that matter again. Really bad experience.

The chicken served is not chicken. it's chicks. The portions of chicken gets smaller everytime and prices go up. So your paying more for less every visit. Sad because I used to love going nandos accept they have joined all corporates who are fleecing people of every penny for nothing

Waiting over 30 minutes for my food and i ordered at the same time as my friend and he had finished his by the time mine came! Asked twice for an update and was told it was going to be ready in 2 minutes but had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Then to top it off when it did arrive the coleslaw was literally dry salad. Wouldn’t recommend. Very poor service and food

I went there on my first and last yesterday, we enter in around 6:50pm and the place was full which we had to wait for like 15 to 20 min. I cant blame them for it because there was too many people enjoying their food We sit at the table and ordered our food and we had to wait 25 minutes to receive the drinks and just a part of the starters we ordered ( there no forks knifes or napkins come with it which we had to go at the till asking for them) Minutes passing and we asked one of the girls how long the food will take to be served and she apologised to us saying that we have a big table and we all concentrated to them. Another tables next to us which they arrived long after us they orde, they eat? They leave while we been waiting. Finally after 55 min after we order our food have been served and 5 min after that we received rest of the starter plate. Finally we start eating and the cleaners start putting the chairs up to the tables and looking forward us if we are planning to leave which our food was served just 5 min before We had to eat quickly and live that place once and for all

Been to a few different stores but by far the this my favourite. The staff here are so amazing and friendly and 100% have customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do 1000/1000

Bit of a shambles, sent things back as they were cold 3 times, asked for marinated cob, didn’t get it… thighs might aswell have been popcorn chicken they were so small… crazy stuff

Been here three times, once for takeaway, twice eating in. Was 10/10 eating in food was perfect. Was 0/10 takeaway food was sweaty, lukewarm and the portions were tiny.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We ordered via the app which was quick and simple. Only negative i would give it is I couldnt get my butt into the chairs with arms. Im a size 18 so not that obese.

Ive just ordered and picked up halloumi pitta with pineapple and there is NO HALLOUMI in it!!!!! I will never come back again!

The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived but was seated straight away for 4 people. We ordered the food at the till but waited over 30 minutes. Natash the waitress at the front of restaurant notice this and approached us and apologised for the delay. She informed the manager, in which he came to our table and was told problem with connection with tills and kitchen. We were offered an apologise and a lovely conversation was exchanged. Our food came within 15 mins hot and delicious. We visit this branch a lot and have never had a problem with service or food. But today's staff was extremely pleasant and we really enjoyed the whole visit today. And didnt mind the long wait Thank you.

Today my friend and i came with our two boys and had a lovely meal. It soon turned into a nightmare when the two of them started screaming, shouting, swearing at eachother. At one point my glass got smashed and went all over my food. We were so embarrassed. There was the kindest server called Ersan. He had curly hair tied up. He was so understanding and tried to help calm the children, it didn’t work but he was amazing. He didn’t judge us for crazy children, he was just lovely. Thankyou Ersan 🩷

Nice branch of Nandos. Ordered by scanning the QR code on our table and service was fast. Only one issue with our order but this was quickly rectified. Plenty of parking. Recommended.

Shocking customer service. The chef and the waiter isn't a problem. The problem starts when you enter nandos and you're greeted by unpleasant hostess that has cause me to turn around and leave Multiple amount of time.

Been to this nandos at least 5 times in the last year and every time its been a 15 - 20 min wait. We went last night and a young man told us it will be a 20 min wait but he will let us know when we can be seated. He did NOT take our name. 30 mins go by and others who came after us were being seated. I asked another employee what was going on as we only had a party of two and some people were being seated straight away but as explained above, late comers were seated instead of us sitting right in front of them. She asked for our names, we told her we were not asked for them and pointed to the employee who didnt ask and just told us to wait. She reluctantly said “okay ill seat you now then” no smile, customer service skills or an apology as to why we were left in the dark. Just led us to a table and handed over a menu. I know this is nandos but just smile next time babes, dont make me feel like im the problem that your employee didnt follow the process correctly.

Always have a good meal here. The team are always helpful, friendly and always looking to make sure it’s a great experience. Special mention to Ersan who makes the whole experience a delight. Good food which always comes hot and fresh. Busy but not cramped.

If you’re ordering a takeaway check your food before leaving, we got home and items were missing that we’d paid a lot of money for and ended up having to cook as was still hungry what a waste of time and money on a very rare treat. Are the missing items a deliberate way to get more profits making people pay for food then not giving them the food they’ve paid for hoping they’ll get all the way home before they notice they’ve been ripped off..?

their take away service is not good …… they always forget something in my order, they run out of chicken most times, disorganised when it comes to take away. like today takeaway machine was not working so order was delayed by 1.30h. plus their chicken taste dry compared to other nandos. however the restaurant it self is beautiful

Staff are very friendly and service is quick. The pretty sisters Tasha and Victoria always make me and the family feel welcome even knowing our order. Maybe going too often to Nando’s. Valentino is an asset to the company. Known him since he used to serve us at the Enfield town branch and now being local to me here has made coming to Nandos a real treat. Happy team happy customers.

Food was lush as usual. Service was a little slow but what I expect for stopping by on a Friday evening when everyone is out shopping just before Christmas.

Had a delivery they forgot a portion of chicken so one person was without. Called the restaurant to have try have it sent back out. After waiting about 10 minutes for them to answer the phone, the only option we was given to have the price of the chicken refunded. In 5 to 7 working days. No apology no attempt to send the food out. Its a joke second time now they have messed it a delivery and won't be using again

First time here and wasn't disappointed! The lady behind the til was very friendly and professional which is always a great start! Food came out quickly even though it was quite busy it was hot and plentiful. Had an amazing experience dining today. Our server - Nathan, was an amazing host. Extremely friendly and accommodating demeanour. Any and all questions asked were answered quickly and with a smile. Would recommend!

Me and my wife came to have our dinner and it was excellent in every area of the service and food. The girl name Victoria was excellent in serving and helping us in everything.

Food was cooked thoroughly. Service was efficient but not particularly friendly, but they were busy. Price is relatively high considering it’s chicken and chips but nevertheless it tastes good and the surroundings are nice.

Ordered a hummus and drizzle with my order and only got the drizzle lol. Tried to call to request that to be refunded as I live 20 mins away and no one answered the phone after multiple calls

I'll be honest, this Nandos needs improving, especially if you compare it to the one in Enfield. Food has sometimes come cold. Me and the Mrs used to be such big Nando advocates, but Pepes Cheshunt just does it better when it comes to home delivery and takeaway.

Honestly it's the worst nandos I've ever been to. The whole place seems disorganized and the staff were friendly but appear to need more training and seemed overwhelmed. The food was edible but the portions are miniscule. I got around 10 chips and the chicken piece was tiny and a bit dry. I also asked for peri salted chips but received regular. They don't have enough table sauces here available even though it's never been busy when I've visited. Go to the nandos down the road in Enfield retail park instead it's miles better!

Food come quickly and was good . But the the service was not very good because the first waitress gave me my food without saying anything. The waitress also told us to order at the till. Then another waitress told us we need to get are own knife s and forks I feel like this should have been provided with the meal.

Didnt have to wait long for a table Food, considering it was Saturday afternoon. Food was good and came out very quickly. There was a problem with one meal not coming out with the rest, turns out due to a mix up at the till. One of the senior staff members rectified this very quickly and soon had a replacement delivered and made absolutely no issue of it. Fantastic way to help customers and great service. What a gent, Super impressed.

We popped in for a quick lunch and cannot fault it! Great service and a yummy lunch menu for a great place. Halloumi fries were fab! Overall something on the menu for everyone and would happily return.

Very surprised to read bad reviews, we ate here twice in a row recently when staying at nearby travelodge. The food was good, service was fantastic; friendly and efficient. Plus it was August so it was super cheap thanks to the govt scheme!

Awful food and awful service.We ordered several dishes to try a bit of everything. The chicken was under cooked and the food was that bad, our plates looked like they hadn’t been touched. They did offer to cook us something else but we feel so nauseas by this point and just asked for the bill. They never removed any of the dishes from the bill even though the food was inedible and of such a low standard. The prices were extortionate for what we actually consumed. Left feeling very sick and would never return here again. The waitress behind the bar kept us entertained as we watched her and the Tesco security guard flirting with each other whilst ignoring customers upon entering the restaurant

The staff were nice but totally manic; kept running around like headless chickens despite the fact the restaurant was mainly empty... the food was average too! I suggest some further training may be required to maximize their going back and forth. I wanted to go to have my favorite edamame in the world... and they weren’t like they used to with the chili sauce! I don’t think I’ll be back!

Hugely overpriced when you go in there and agree with previous reviews about poor service and hit and miss quality. Thought we would chance a deliveroo order tonight but food was missing and they couldn't locate the driver to deliver missing food. Cannot get a refund directly. Poor form that the Manager didn't deal with situation directly. Making a no doubt overworked member of their waiting staff deal with my call. You need a proper hands on competent manager in there as most of the complaints you get are over basic stuff.

The service here is consistently bad. The waiting staff just seem to hang around and wait to be asked to do anything. It takes forever to get served. It’s a shame because the food is actually very nice and there’s a lot of choice. Last time we visited my friend asked for a gluten free burger from the lunch menu but wasn’t allowed to order fries from the same menu because they might not be gluten free so she would have had to pay more. She was offered kids chips as an alternative, it was ridiculous.

We visited the restaurant recently, the service was incredibly slow! We waited a long time to be seated when there were lots of free tables. I had to ask for someone to take our order as we had been waiting for nearly 30 mins. Our starter arrived and we finished it before our drinks actually got there. Our starter was nachos and it had a random shrivelled chip included in the nacho pile, I don’t know how old it was. When our mains arrived one of the party’s order was wrong and they had to wait another 15 mins for a new one to be made, in which time everyone else had finished eating. When it arrived, the burger was incredibly burnt and was actually black!The whole time we were there drinks were being delivered to the wrong tables and people were getting the wrong bill. They restaurant had more empty tables than full, and the full tables were all covered with dirty plates and cups. The floor under our table was also covered in food and had quite clearly not been swept for a while. Take your well earned money and eat elsewhere.

Got in at 12.20 with my son , there was a dirty table but that was ok but happy to clean it a little so we could sit down. Then a waitress cane over to tell me I had to wait to be seated which then took forever while the very limited amount of staff tried to serve deliver and clean , when we finally got seated waited ages again , I saw my tea served up and could see by the time I would get it it would be cold. So after a 40 minute wait my son finally got his food.If this was what I call a “restaurant “ instead of being a expensive cafe attached to Tesco I can you need to wait.Miserable place and so expensive for a breakfast. This was the first and last.Team in the dark blue t shirt was so miserable and almost rude.I must say the food was good

This is a Mums & Kids place so don't expect a quiet eat! The menu majors on beefburgers in all its guises and a few salad & pasta dishes for those of us who are not burger aficionados. Don't expect to wash your meal down with a pint of Peroni which is offered in the menu, it's not available except in a bottle. As I like a pint with my lunch time meal it means that I shall not be lunching here again.

Was looking forward to a meal here as hadn't been for a while. What a let down. Service was terrible, starters were brought out with mains, mains were either cold or burnt, no-one clearing plates so we sat eating with piled up plates in front of us. The whole meal was rubbish and the manager could not care less. Don't bother go somewhere else. Won't be going again.

Popped in for a quick lunch, our order took a long time to be taken. There is a nice selection of food and out meal arrives fairly quickly. But we spent 45 minutes waiting for the bill, finally a waitress appeared for us to request it but 15 minutes later she hadn’t returned so we finally went to the bar to pay. We will not be returning.

Very quirky place I went shopping in Tesco’s and fancied a drink and it was next door so I popped in and had a nice juice drink fresh and organic would recommend and I met my friend here and he had a coffee

We stopped on our way out at Giraffe Cheshunt for a quick bite to eat. Took a while to get seated as I think short staffed but once seated service was efficient enough.

Our server was incredible with the 9 kids we had with us. She alone was why this review is 5 star. She was patient and the food was quick. The kids had a ball. Thank you for putting up with us and being so attentive

No wonder this restaurant was empty. Unhelpful staff poor, greasy, cold food and unable to use advertised voucher. Definitely will not be returning.

3 of us went for breakfast, not bad nothing special, smashed avocado you only get one poached egg and have to pay extra for another egg. £42 for 3 breakfast is outrageous. Will not be going back as there are better local cafes for breakfast

Waited a few mins to be seated. Waitress took our order but didnt write it down .. so we knew something from our order would be forgotton.. and it was lol sweet potatoe fries. Then they added 10% service charge.. hardly any service but whatever. Yeah prob not going to return but nice enough food. 3/5 for sure

Horrible food and no chance to complain and give them ! a chance to rectify the problem which we really wanted to . If we have any bad experience we simply talking to people and don't have to write this sort of reviews but in this case 3 member of staff in the restaurant with 2 ! tables were too busy to ask if good was OK . We had to ask many times for extra drinks ,desserts menus ( we were hungry after leaving almost full plates ) ..... They do add see me charge as well ..... With discount more than 40 quid to pay ......!!!!!!!

We went for a family meal last year and they bought me raw chicken. After complaining to the head office they gave us vouchers for a free meal.
