missing items .not happy.have put in for REFUND.

Arrived 30 mins late, none of the extra bits in the sandwich, stone cold, dissapointing

food was stone cold, Chips were missing. Awful for the cost. Delivery driver was rude, was on a call on speaker whilst talking to me at the door

Cold food and was all split open and only a £7 refund, appalling

we ordered a large cheese chips and we didn't get the cheesy chips but everything else came, but I still paid for chips I didn't get.

The kebab was fantastic, well cooked and I asked the guys for special inspections. Without any doubt they did what I asked and Sam was very helpful Great choice

App kept reading later and later, when eventually delivered food was cold.

I am here for the first time and the food is delicious its very good and the service given by Uma was great she is very friendly thank you so much for such a great service

Lovely food , staff were very friendly and although it was busy they were all smiles. Tables were clean. Service was quick.

placed order at 18 minutes past 5 and food was delivered at 6:24pm - over an hours wait. food was cold when arrived and bread was tough. food came from a restaurant over 5 miles away when there is one 2 miles down the road adding to the reason it was late and cold. very disappointed as normally such lovely food

1st time trying . Arrived cold , very over priced for what it is . Small portions. Never will get again not recommend

He tried to deliver to a completely different house, selhurst house. Plus he saw my daughter waiting for the mask and ignored her. Then the system had put on 24 hale Street south which was wrong. His attitude was not good and food was stone cold

Didn't have to wait long at all for food! Brought friend here for the first time who will definitely be returning in the future! Thili who served and delivered our food to the table was super friendly and helpful, couldn't have made a better choice for lunch! (Also, do yourself a favour and order the Gaelic waffle bread, you won't regret it!)

They charge extra for sauce and don't give any with delivery. At this price point sauce should usually come with th the order. Not happy.

Amazing experience and the best kebab in Portsmouth. We are regulars here, but my family was over for the New Year, and it was their first time in the restaurant. I particularly want to highlight the great service provided by Thili. Nothing was too much trouble for her,and she really went over and beyond for making us feel welcome. She is such a credit to the team, and I hope this feedback is shared with her. Thank you, we will be back!

It’s not often a brand lives up to its tagline but “kebabs. Done right.” Is absolutely spot on! I loved the boss box when it arrived - the branding and packaging was on point (I run a marketing agency called emari.co.uk so I notice these things!) and the food was delicious! Genuinely the best kebab I’ve had in the south of England. My husband and I tried the chicken and the beef, the spring rolls and the chilli cheese bites and we both agree we will definitely be ordering from here again!

Two orders from Uber eats were wrong, food always cold, tiny portions. Something tells me they don't care about online orders. What is funny that the Havant branch never fails to deliver hot, correct orders. There should be an investigation to this site as these incorrect orders could lead to someone having an allergic reaction to sauces or spices that was specifically asked not to be added. The portion sizes shows the site has cut back for some reason. Absolutely shame considering all other sites I've visited never had an issue... Will be reporting this to GDK Head office...

Came fast but I sensed spicy 🌶️ in my OG kebab and I know that I’ve removed it! Also chicken had some weird taste like it wasn’t cooked properly and enough.. Shame ..

the order was incorrect after paying extra for items that didn't arrive. simply go to a local kebab house, they would appreciate the custom enough to honour your order

By the time it came, it was freezing cold. Ended up being a microwave meal. But when I eat at the restaurant or collect it myself it’s really great. I just want it to be made when the delivery driver is there instead of sitting out on the side

Lovely tasting food, we had the doner spring rolls and they were delicious. Staff were lovely and friendly and store was clean. The kebab was delicious as well.

2nd time ordering, food was beautiful both times, delivery time was earlier than what was initially given, all round 10/10!

I paid £6 for extra meat for both donor boxes and you gave me less than your standard portion . I am so annoyed, you seriously need to do better than this otherwise you will lose more customers

ordered the boss box, didn't come in the box, missing the sauces and they didn't even bother putting the cheese on my cheesy hash brown bites. food quality is still good but service deserves zero stars.

1st time we have used German Doner Kebab after recommendations from family, food was lovely definitely be returning the young lady behind the counter Thili was very helpful, very attentive and is an asset to your company.

Food is good and we like it, however was quite a bit spicy for me. Service there is absolutely great! Warm welcome, help with order, friendly and smiling. Recommend GDK Portsmouth!
