German Doner Kebab in Portsmouth

Sam make very delicious food . Very co operative.

Had an OG kabab, and the food was good and the service from Sam was even great.

I recently visited German Doner Kebab and had an excellent experience thanks to Sam's exceptional service. He was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I enjoyed my meal. Overall, a great meal and service.

The server, Sam, in Portsmouth was very helpful and on the ball. The food tasted awesome and the music created a nice atmosphere

Last night I had my dinner at GDK and the food was delicious. The service was exceptional and Ms.Thili went the extra mile to make sure the order was accurate and right on time. Recommend this place to anyone visiting Commercial Road.

Really lovely lunch at GDK today, not too expensive and arrived hot and packed with flavour. Our server Thili was so lovely and helped me with the menu. Wasn’t very busy which was a shame but I will definitely be coming back

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Food was COLD , SOGGY, VILE!! DONT WASTE YOR MONEY IF YOUR EXPECTING A TASTY HOT MEAL!!! YOU WONT GET IT!!! I ORDERED ALL THE SALAD and GOT NOOOOO tomatoes,NO onions and only ONE jalapeño in and it was NOT one bit SPICY which I wanted!!! I Ordered The OG ,Spicy ,WHICH IT WAS NOT!! with Extra Beef With all the salad, WHICH I DIDNT GET!! !! AND IT WAS COLD!!! and for the cheesy bites and hash brown bites they were COLD! I’m not usually the one to write bad reviews, but this time I will because I was fuming with what I got delivered for the price we paid!!! Previously Ordered GDK in London and the Quality of food was 100 times better than this disgusting delivery from them in Portsmouth!!! The atmosphere is exceptional and really clean. The service was good. The server " Sam" was friendly and welcoming. They also had student discounts! Will defo come again!

Overall never disappointed. Go in when you are really hungry as the portions were generous on commercial road. Thilini was lovely and service was commendable.

The food was so good. Honestly extremely underrated and the vibes were really good. The music and design are so comfortable. Also, I was here when (I think) the manager, Sam was working. He is honestly so nice. I feel more people should come here.

Best Kebab in town. Tasty and worth the money. They do OG Kebab ( highly recommended ). Items here available in Chicken and Beef Variant (halal✅). Plant based and Veggie for Vegetarians. Sides : spring roll, garlic waffle, chilly cheese bites, hash brown bites. Dessert : Chocolate Waffle Student offers and coupons : 15% student discount / 25% on OG for students. Seems box fries with salad was quite popular as majority of the customers were going for it. Have a go at the store and checkout yourself.

Food was stone cold. Ordered at 6:40. Received at 8:05. Driver wasn’t too nice when we asked if there were any delays.

Chips not cheesy as ordered all chips stone cold inedible kids beef burger is a donor meat burger whole 40 pound order is disappointing!

Dined there today. I enjoyed, food was great, place was very clean! Quick service and the service employees are very nice. Took my 60 year old mother who is very picky, and said she loved it. Says it’s 5 starts from her too!

I ordered the protein chicken salad box with extra chicken , it arrived half empty, a small half empty box, the box is smaller st the bottom then the top, it half filled a small bowl and cost £13 , I have never been so hungry , my partners was a £2 more came with sides and drink and was quite literally a feast of a kebab he had more then double the filling inside his kebab then I did in my box in total. tried calling no awnser , I'm hoping it was a mistake 😔. it was all stone cold too

Delicious food and excellent service. I tried the doner box and kebab. Both the salad and chicken were fantastic, and the bread for the kebab was perfectly crispy. I went in with my family and friends. The two members of staff were so friendly and polite. Thilini was especially nice to me, helping me choose the food and being very patient with us all. The food and service were great. I would definitely come back and ask for her.

Visited GSK Portsmouth with family. We tasted their beef, chicken kebabs and chilli cheese bites. It was nice and the staff were so friendly.

£30 on boxes of salad when delivered to our house tonight. Ordered large beef in a box, 70% of box was salad. Paid extra for jalapeños and I got 2 tiny slivers (around £1). Practically no meat. To make matters worse, we ordered extra meat. Ordered from here many times before and never again after this shocking delivery. To confirm I wasn’t going insane I weighed the donner, it was 40g!! It works out at £300 per kg!! We’ve just put a claim in with Uber. Impossible to feel like we’ve not been totally robbed. Avoid avoid avoid.
