Fabulous full English I have been going here for many years pass several other places that serve full English but always hold out for Genos good choice of full English happy enough to mix and match items swap bacon for extra sausage without charge add extra egg and or hash brown for a few pence the place is old fashioned but spotlessly clean you can even find today’s news paper to read while you wait but you won’t have a chance to read much of it because even at busy times the food comes quickly no more than a few minutes can’t rate the place highly enough

It was banging!! Great value for money...friendly service. Food come out quick and hot. Would defo return... the coffee was spot on...keep it up guys. Sorted my hangover right out.

Can’t gap the full English breakfast a part from it the opposite end of town for me from the harbor but still manage the gurney a few times a week not so much in the winter but make up for it when it’s warmer

Best, well priced breakfast in all of Torbay. Always a warm welcome and food is second to none. Definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic cafe best full English in Torquay buy a large margin mix and match options reple bacon for an extra sausage now I issue’s ad extra’s for a reasonable cost thay are happy to help you get the best fry up possible ranging from small through to large take your pick you won’t be disappointed I live at the other end of town and pass several other breakfast places and don’tHesitate to keep on going to the other end of town passing many other places for breakfast and don’t hesitate to Cary on up town for the best

Great food. Not bad service just took a while to come out as they cook every ones food on 1 hot plate so if it's busy then might be worth going back

After years in and around the bay I have tried everywhere that does the full English and have it in a regular at Gino’s for easily 10 years 203 times a week at least breakfast is impeccable good value facilities are basic but all you need and expect from a cafe the breakfast is perfect every time faultless and excellent value for money if it was closer to my end of town I have my breakfast there every day

Food was great and reasonable enough. The front guy asked question to my husband that I found insulting! The lovely couple doing the cooking and serving were lovely though.

Staying at travelodge and found this gem of a place ...the breakfasts are cooked to order fresh and tasty and service was very friendly ..the lady serving was lovely and always smiling ...we ended up having breakfast there every morning 😀😋

Good old style cafe. Home cooked food. Had the small breakfast, great value for money, and just the right amount of food on the plate. My friend had the burger, she said it's one of the best she's eaten in a long time. 👍

The food supplied was of very good quality, back bacon, fresh mushrooms, & a free range egg etc, The service was 1st class from friendly staff. Definitely recommend when in upper Torquay.

Family - friendly atmosphere. Kind , helpful service. I am disabled and have balance difficulties but they always show infinite patience and often assist me to my Taxi. This I appreciate very much. Always good value for money too.

Used for the first time today and was very happy with our food. Cooked fresh to order, the food was delicious, and excellent value for money. We had takeaway, but there's plenty of seating inside which looked very welcoming. The only thing I'd change would be the polystyrene takeaway packaging, would be happy to pay extra for a more eco-friendly packaging.

Ordered breakfast the wife and myself, 40 minutes later we were still waiting for it. When we noticed other people that came in after us getting their breakfast, we asked where ours was. The Italian lady said the order must have blown away!! When our breakfast finally arrived, the other blond lady brought it to our table with no apology whatsoever. If I hadn't paid for it when ordering, we would have walked out. The service in this place is appalling and the lady who served our breakfast was just rude.

We have been coming for over 15 years and the food is honest, tasty and very very consistent. The decor is clean with a retro cafe feel. The prices are good and the staff are friendly. A greasy spoon breakfast but clean! Always my first choice for brekfast

We were staying at the Travelodge (Torquay but it's really in Torre). Genos breakfast was good value and fresh and service with a smile. So glad we found it.

Really good little cafe with good prices. All food cooked to order and it's always well made and clean. Staff friendly enough and they're happy to swap items from the breakfast menu if you ask. Eg, if you didn't want beans on your plate they will offer another breakfast item. Highly recommended and me and my good lady go there a few times.

Was stopping at the Travelodge Torquay and found this place only 300 yards away. Came here Tuesday morning ordered 4 breakfasts we devoured them in no time. Came back every day until Saturday morning great food hot and tasty nice pleasant staff goes a long way. 5 star service 👍🏻

All food is cooked fresh and is well presented and hot and reasonably priced. Good availability of seating mostly in booths that will accommodate up to six people.

Simply the best place for a breakfast not the most salubrious cafe but what il lacks in moden decor it more than makes up in good food friendly and helpful staff I travel a couple of miles to eat there well worth the effort

Top notch Full English breakfasts available in small, medium or large size at very reasonable prices. I didn't fancy the tomatoes, they are tomatoes in juice. I was offered an alternative item at no extra charge. Visited on 7, 30 & 31 Oct 2020

I had heard good things about this corner Café and my visit bore them out. Very friendly, clean and efficient service with reasonable prices and coffee and a good basic bacon sandwich with sauce, just what I needed at the time .

Visited here for the first time today with my husband after a lot of recommendations. It was busy and I was told when ordering that there would be a little wait which was understandable but I did not expect to have to wait an hour and 15 minutes from ordering to getting our breakfast's. For a small cafe I think that was ridiculous!! I think better cooking facilities may be a advantage for them. Food was nice, but definitely not worth the over an hour wait. You don't even wait that long in a packed restaurant. I won't be returning.

Do not order the chicken burger , the burger is very small it should be called a kids burger , it is literally a bird's eye chicken burger , breakfast was ok but nothing to shout about but was a fair price

I found Geno's when staying in a holiday apartment nearby. They open very early and do a really great breakfast, all cooked fresh to order. Nice quality ingredients and cooked without too much grease and great value. A friendly team and all very clean. Highly recommended.

Popped into Geno's for a quick bite to eat whilst waiting for an appointment and we were very pleasantly surprised.Obviously a popular choice for the locals as the manager knew the names of lots of the clientele.The menu choice was impressive and the prices were very reasonable.When our meals arrived they were very well presented and of a generous size. Both meals were very pleasant.Recommended for a good quality, reasonably priced lunch.

Had breakfast here with a work colleague. Plenty of it and well priced. It’s a traditional cafe so menu is mainly basic. But the owner is loverly and the service very good.
