the worst curry I've ever ordered! the three pieces of lamb were tough not tender. the sauce was just a bland runny mess. ordered a madras, usually full of flavour, a bit of heat. nothing.

Due to lateness of the food it wasn’t very warm.

Ordered food at about 6pm. When it was 20 minutes late I called. Lad said its on its way. A few hours and phone calls later, no food. Says they're closing and to take it up with just eat. Nice one.

Order due at 1900. 2125 still no food.

When placing our order the JustEatApp said to expect delivery 60-75mins. We waited 2hrs after placing our order to phone for an update as food hadn't arrived. We were told the driver would be collecting from the restaurant soon to deliver. We waited another 50mins, we were about to call again but then it arrived, nearly 3 hours to prepare and deliver. The food was OK, nothing special. some of it was only warm, not hot. we shall order elsewhere in future.

The food was bland unfortunately, didn’t love it. Service was great, but I expected more from the food.

Our first time ordering from here. We had the Garlic Chilli Chicken meal with mushroom rice and it was gorgeous! Will definitely order from here again when we are in Runcorn.

Nice food. The Bombay potatoes are always excellent. Delivery times pretty good. My order was late because of a problem but the restaurant telephoned ahead to let me know so that was good and appreciated. I would recommend. Thank you

I wish it was hotter! :D but it was very nice and great for the price.

Very small portions for the price. We had Lamb rogan Josh, mushroom bhaji and saag paneer. All the curries were tasteless. The saag paneer was made with what seemed like cheddar melted on top rather than paneer. Really disappointing, won’t order from here again!

Not what I expected when ordering a curry just did not Taste like a curry at all rice was cold and felt over cooked or re cooked curry was so sweet? Naan was soggy just not a pleasant meal left rather disappointed unfortunately

Yummy again, love the lamb dhansak, perfect mix of sweet and savory, cheesy chips are yummy, no complaints! Keema naan tastes like kebab meat it’s delicious!

Not impressed. An item was missing from the order (a drink) and the rice was almost cold. Long wait time and for the steep prices, portion sizes were tiny! The tikka starter only had 4 very small pieces of chicken for nearly £7.

Always amazing food and friendly, attentive service. We stop here whenever we fancy Indian food. On the few occasions we've ordered for delivery, everything has been spot on and delivered quickly! 👍

The worst £27 I’ve ever spent, ordered beef korma, pilau rice, chips and chutney tray (3 small pots) from Uber to be delivered, still very confused how the number was calculated but anyway…Korma tasted so bland the dog would of turned it away, pilau rice was pilau rice, the chips were hard and very cold that I couldn’t eat them, the chutney tray I thought would come with papadams or at least be notified to buy some or stated they don’t come with but no just the chutney tray which I had no use for. Thought I’d ordered from here before but either they’ve cut down massively on quality or I’ve been mistaken. Needless to say I won’t be ordered or visiting again.

Wrong food arrived, complained to just eat 5 days ago and still not heard back. Won’t be using just eat again

Good quality food, set meal for 2 is our goto. If possible you should always phone and collect. Not yet tried a sit in meal.

It was showing 55 to 60 mins for delivery when we ordered - this was at 1759 - then once paid it said 1900 to 1920 - it eventually arrived at 1958 - the food was lovely but it was a long time to wait

First time ordering, was not impressed at all, chips where soggy and cold, curry and rice was also cold, poppadoms tasted stale, very over priced for the standard of food

The heat on the village Nagpur curry was absolutely spot on. Flavour was great and absolutely as spicy as it should be!! Good spicing on the rice as well actually!

Bit disappointed because some of order was wrong especially because I ended up with small veg curry can't say what type it was but not what I ordered which was a chicken buryani, no mango chutney either instead I had salad which isn't quite same. I was too hungry to ring back to moan so just ate it How ever food was nice but not worth price because of errors. What a shame because food was nice

Excellent service & stunning food every time

We ordered a saag paneer. It was basically just kale with grated cheese which was really poor. The rest of the food was good but feels like wasted money on the paneer and onion n’habita which were really poor quality

The naan was slightly burnt, the rice wasn’t very hot the massala was ok but I was dissatisfied with the chips they were very bland and tasted of oil.

Top quality food and real tasty.

With the starter which is chicken chat there was no salad included as mentioned in the menu. Also the can of diet coke was not given even I paid for it. I am really disappointed in the service. Now I want what I paid for or my money refunded back to me. And since the salad wasn't included with the starter I would like some or a full refund. Please just eat forward this review on to the restaurant for them to see this and consider this as an complaint! I hope Frodsham tandoori will also improve the service. Thankyou

To their credit they did deliver early. Just a shame it was really poor quality. My girlfriend ordered Saag Paneer, she has this regularly from other Indian restaurants as it’s a nice Indian cheese with spinach and sauce, the one from here was just frozen spinach with melted cheese on. Awful. I had lamb tikka sizzler, for £13 I expect more than just 6 small cubes of lamb. The chutney tray was also stingy. Won’t be ordering again.

Delicious food, the lateness may have been mostly due to traffic problems in the area today. Really enjoyed it, and would highly recommend as usual.

Food very overpriced for the quality received. Curries very watery and bland. Chicken tikka no colour or char basically tasted like boiled chicken. For the very high price that you pay (for a takeaway) and the poor quality of the food I was very disappointed. 3 curries, 2 rice, 2 naan - £60!!! Mind blowing

Food is absolutely immense, we love this place. Food is always on time and piping hot. We was however missing some of our order tonight (mixed kebab starter).

Great food, but after being told it was in the way at 805pm we were a bit disappointed that it arrived at nearly 845pm. We are only 10 minutes from the restaurant. However, that being said, the food was hot and tasty, so all is forgiven.

Asked with the notes section if they could add extra spice as love the ingredients of the milder curries but like a bit more heat. They did as I asked and the meal was great, and delivered on time too.

ordered chicken tikka the chicken wasn't tikka the chips were over done an quite cold and the prawn cocktail was was warm as it was put in beside the same bag as the warm food so im sorry this is not a good review

10/10 good tasted great, did a big order and all items were there and everything was top quality and hot on delivery. Will order again!

The 'chicken' carcas looked suspiciously like a rat. In fact the meat was also very tough and chewy. No sauces came with the poppadoms. Some random spicy vegetable mush was included although not ordered. The only thing good about the meal was the popadom and the cucumber.

Best one yet never fails to impress thoroughly recommend love this restaurant
