Called in for lunch with my husband and daughter,was welcomed by the staff. I ordered a Sunday lunch and was offered extras which I couldn't resist the cauliflower cheese & pig in blankets which and both lovely extras.My husband had the large mixed grill cooked perfectly and my daughter had Mac & cheese with extra cheese and swapped salad for chips Everything came out quickly, & cooked perfectly Staff were polite and friendly,and everywhere looked clean and tidy,another lovely visit

Kim was absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for us! We'd come back just to be served by Kim again! Food was really tasty, great value for money and served very hot, which is amazing and seems to be a rare thing in some places!

had all day breakfast today at four eagles hungry horse Crewe. meal was very good. well presented, hot and delivered very quickly. we were served by Megan, with Kim & Molly our chefs. quite a regular at the four eagles and would recommend it. good food good service, cracking value.

Called in with a friend on the spur of the moment. Was served by the lovely Jess. Our food was cooked on the day by Molly and Andy, well done, the food was excellent, I had the salmon with jacket potato and salad, my friend had the 8oz rump steak. Can’t fault the food or the service, will definitely be going again.

Very nice visit to Four Eagles crewe for dinner treat. Fish chips peas, really nice, lovely piece of fish, cooked perfectly. Light crisp batter. Not one bit of grease on plate and hubby had chicken with Korean sauce think it was. Said was delicious. Atmosphere good, everywhere clean and tidy, staff very smiley and attentive. Looking forward to next time

Never again nipped in here as we were starving after going to the Crewe game. Lovely member of staff found us a table even though it was very busy and lots of tables reversed.It was packed full with families with young kids who were just running riot in there screaming shouting an running full speed round the place.Ordered food an drink coke lemonade and beer all flat.My southern chicken sandwich came which I enjoyed minus the onion that I was looking forward to on it.Son had halloumi which was awful no flavour at all halloumi dipped in plain greasy batter that was wasted then husband had a big breakfast toast was like a brick as were the eggs an bacon didn’t look cooked.All in all awful couldn’t wait to get out of there an won’t be going back money totally wasted.

We visited here on Saturday and had a great experience. Food was great and the service was second to none. Our server was Steph and she was a star. She has only been with the company a couple of weeks...make sure you keep her!! :) Rebecca and Ciara were working the bar and we're great, (both of them) . On the whole a great afternoon and hopefully we will be back soon

Came in with my wife and had the 2 meals for 10.49 we both had the gammons which were perfectly cooked. The young lady Natalie was lovely and patient with us and the whole time we was there she had a big smile. Will definitely recommend and wie will be coming back

Visited here on Saturday with a few friends, it was rather busy and there was a long wait for our meals, but the waitress natalie kept coming to see if we were ok and if she could get us anymore drinks, once we got the food it was hot and tasted great, will definitely be back soon.

Cannot state how bad my food was, only answer I got was when I phoned was not my problem contact just eat. No chips, chicken dry, no sauce, no cheese. Just the worst. Avoid avoid avoidCame here 2 years ago and was brill. Please don't order a takeaway

Bad service and bad attitudes... Never going again... I work for NHS and after a hard shift I was looking forward to a bottle of wine and something to eat... After waiting on a very small queue of three for ten minutes the guy decides to serve his friend (or someone he obviously knows) first, clearly knowing that we were waiting and not yet served. Just because someone is not happy waiting does not mean they should get priority treatment!!!! I have to do without most of my breaks at work , but at the four eagle's where the service has always been slow it seems that customers are not important enough to serve fairly. Used to eat there at least twice a week and spend a lot but never ever going again and neither will my family and friends

Came for an unplanned visit after the football. Food was lovely. We had the big plate specials and there was lots of food. Plenty of choice on the menu. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Just popped in with my friend not seen in ages due to COVID for quick bite to eat and drink. The service was really quick and the staff were very helpful even helped me setup the “App” so now i can oder online . Thank you guys especially Jamie an Aaron behind the bar who were really friendly.

Visited on a Sunday evening during the summer. Restaurant and bar were only 2/3 full but it took nearly an hour for mains to arrive and a drinks order on the app took over 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and apologetic, but it seems to be struggling to cope with demand. Several items off the menu, very greasy food when it did arrive, and prices have gone up.

Came here to support the new quiz host and had a great time. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Had my dinner here too (all day brekkie) and it was excellent value and tasty! Daimo Quiz Live MD

Thursday night mental quiz, Carl an absolute legend, the atmosphere absolutely electric, the tension was something else. However Mr Tumble cheated and stole first place the snake.

Me and my friends went to the first quiz live on the year at the four eagles in crewe. The host Carl, was incredible - so friendly, helpful and made the night so much fun. Was so easy to play, Carl came round and help us set it up on our phones, the rounds were interesting and had something for everyone. Never done a quiz night before but had the best time, was so so funny!! Also drinks and food were lovely and so so cheap and reasonable (5 shots for £5) and £1.50 brownies (can’t go wrong). Thank you so much Carl and everyone at four eagles for helping us have the best night ever, 100% would recommend to anyone!!!!!

We visited today with friends, the staff and service were fantastic, the meals were lovely and nothing was too much for the staff to do, will definitely visit again, the only thing I can say is that the beef on my lunch was a little chewey, however one little thing did not spoil our wonderful experience

Had a lovely afternoon meeting up with family, food was lovely came out quickly and was well presented. All staff friendly and chatty as always.

Riley was one of the best servers, he ready to take your dirty plates etc, he was great. The food was brilliant. The app didn’t work but we could order at the bar. So fantastic.

Was greeting by Ciara with a lovely smile and was very welcoming as we had booked a table for 10 to celebrate Mums birthday we had 6 Adults and 4 children aged 1 to 8. They placed us by the open doors which was lovely with the weather and nothing was any trouble. Ciara bought us a high chair and she spoke to the children. The food was lovely and at a fantastic price too. Would highly recommend a visit and child friendly . Ciara and staff were very friendly and helpful and the pub was very clean and we felt very safe.

Came today with my friend for a few beers the beer was great and the service from Natalie was great and she gave service with a smile will definitely be back

I came with my friend for a meal in my wheelchair as I've had an operation on my foot. Felt very nervous coming out but was welcomed by a young girl called natalie. Meal was nice. Natalie went out of her way and wheeled me to the toilets as friend couldn't take me.

Always come to the Eagles with the lads, the foods always great and the service from Natalie and Jamie is always amazing I recommend this place to everyone

Came for breakfast before work, the food was served quickly and hot and tasted great and the server Natalie was lovely and helpful 👌

Went for tea outside with my family. Meal came not quite right but Natalie went out of her way to make sure this was rectified straight away and was very efficient. Will be returning soon for sure!

Came today with family for a meal second outing since lock down and we wasn’t disappointed, it was lovely not having to cook the food was presented beautifully and served hot and tasted amazing and the service was impeccable very friendly staff who are always willing to help and are very patient Jamie and Natalie were so nice helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble thanks guys we will be back again

Arrived early but was greeted by friendly staff. Excellent meals with just the right sized portions. Chloe our waitress was very friendly and was willing to help whenever needed. Would definitely be coming back in the future. Rated 10 out of 10. Thank you for making it a very happy visit

Could not fault a thing on my visit today. We were served by Courtney who was really welcoming and polite which you dont get in many places now a days. The food was cooked to perfection too. Would definitely recommend this place.

On the rare occasions where you just fancy breakfast out on the spur of the moment and after we had tried a few local cafes where we found that unless you booked they had nothing for walk-ins on ad hoc basis. Remembered the hungry horse did breakfasts so off we went. Greeted by Steve who was super friendly and cheerful and had absolutely no problem with a walk in diners. Option to use the app or be waited on which is great for those not tech savvy. We ordered via the app which was easy to use, Steve checked our order and food came reasonably quick. Was super fresh and very tasty! Big thanks to Steve and the team, definitely be back :)

me and a friend went for lunch today. we where shown to our table..but had to ask someone to take our order after sitting for over 20mins .. when food arrived it was to be honest shocking salad was brown and limp on both dishes and the chicken breast on mine you could tell had been frozen and microwave as it was spongey and wet.. the meals hear used to be lovely won't be going back anytime soon

We went for dinner one day in the week and the service we received was amazing. Espically one one individual called Ciara, she was very polite and welcoming and gave us a 5 star service. The wait for food wasn't long at all and was amazing as always, will definitely be coming back again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the entire experience I received this morning. We were left waiting at the door for almost 10 minutes. Then eventually greeted by a man who needs to taught how to wear a face mask, he lead us to a table which clearly had no been cleaned, we were left another 5 minutes before having our order taken, we were asked to pay for our order before we received anything, my partner asked for decaff tea and received a cup of hot water and a caffeine teabag and as for the food, that was clearly under cooked 2 hours previous and held in a warm drawer so we stood up and asked the man for a refund and he didn't even ask me why.. the very best thing I can say about the entire experience is that the coffee was average.

Amazing visit yet again. Always feel safe in here. Friendly staff tend to your every need. Ciara was very efficient and attentive to everything we needed ..nothing was too much trouble. The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

I began to visit this pub a few times before Xmas but have taken the opportunity to visit again now we are allowed back inside. The team were super friendly, prompt and made me feel safe and at ease. We ordered via an app which was super handy and our drinks came to us with no wait at all. Our food was quick to our table and was hot and tasty!! The staff couldn’t do enough for us- will definitely return again soon!!

I visited the Four Eagles for dinner on a Saturday night, and ended up staying for drinks, while watching the football and golf. The staff were really helpful with explaining how to order drinks and food on their app, which came very quickly and was very tasty! I highly recommend The Four Eagles, the service was fantastic, and i will be returning! :-)

Waited an hour and a half for food, for it to arrive raw. Very disappointing. Every other hungry horse I have visited has been exemplary.

I was asked if everything was ok and the waitress was helpful with fetching extras. Always a friendly pub....covid safe....tables cleaned regular....great staff. I will be back!

What a great experience. We have just had a meal here. Great service and great food. Ciara, our little elf, was especially helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. In these tough times of uncertainty, it is fantastic to feel so safe. This place is run like an establishment should be, with covid rules followed to the letter. For the run up to Christmas, I took my son to the breakfast with Santa event to get him hyped up for the big day! He really enjoyed his morning, he was thrilled to meet Santa and loved the Christmas crafts and his present from Santa. Our breakfasts were lovely and hot and great value for money. The pub was tastefully decorated for Christmas and really put us both in the festive mood and the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we were safe and well looked after throughout our visit. Booked to come to the breakfast with Santa with my daughter, as I thought it would be a lovely treat this year with very few Christmas activities taking place. Upon arrival we were seated at a table and except for a small craft activity, there was nothing remotely Christmassy about the breakfast. It took them 20 minutes to even take our drinks order. The food came quite quickly and did taste ok and was hot. Santa popped over to the table for 30 seconds whilst we were still eating to hand us crackers and my daughter a present (which turned out to be a tiny selection box). He was the worst Santa I have EVER seen. Very young, strange accent and just seemed very uncomfortable. He didn't ask my daughter anything about what she wanted for Christmas or anything at all!! He just didn't resemble Santa in any way, doubled with the fact that he had a black face covering over most of his face and beard. I understand the prevalence of covid and the importance of keeping safe, but Santa with a black face covering goes against everything we have been telling children this year. This was all that we saw of Santa the whole time!Knowing friends that attended another of the Hungry Horse restaurants for this event, the approach each one is taking is not consistent and our experience was so poor. In a chain of restaurants, standards should be the same and customers should get the same experience. The atmosphere was non-existent, very few decorations and there was not even Christmas music playing, which would be expected at a special Christmas event and would have certainly lightened the mood. The only thing that was slightly christmassy was the elf and she gave some craft materials for my daughter to do. The price for a child was £5.99 which included breakfast (£2.29) and a selection box (£0.89 max). Not sure what else we were paying for, because it certainly wasn't the experience!

We both ordered steak on the £5 Monday deal. Both were cooked exactly as requested (one rare, one medium),and very tasty and tender. I've paid multiple times more for much worse steak.

The worst meaI have had in a Hungry Horse my daughter sent her meal back wrong sauce overcooked steak my meal was cold and a scatty peice of Gammon very disappointing after we have been waiting to eat out for so long

Visited with my partner for our tea. The atmosphere was very pleasant and warm, we both felt very safe with the covid restrictions the pub had in place.
