Just collected takeaway donor kebab and a chicken kebab....(a guilty pleasure)...ordered online....really easy and we can put in any special requests. Food was absolutely delicious as always....fresh, good portions...exactly as requested..... Highly recommend.

Have used these for years and years but going to have to find somewhere else deliveries are getting later and later over 1hr 40 and still no food despite being promised within the hour and every time I call told it’s on the way

This place used to be brilliant, but has since gone down hill badly, lamb meat all dry and tasteless. Chicken doner all dry and tasteless. Too much staff behind the counter getting in each other's way. Staff rude. Will be taking my business else where

Gutted we have used this place for years, tonight the food was cold and really unpleasant,we phoned and told them a guy in the back was heard to say they are lieing...trust me we are not ! They offered a £5 off our next meal, nope not interested will never use again appaling service.

Had a lunch here. Ok, there are no plates, so it is like take-away also when eating in. Had chicken döner with rice. The meat was delicious and the rice excellent. Hot sauce I had was so tasty and hot enough. There were two oddites. First, the red cabbage, which is normally sauerkraut, was just salted. It was so salty it burned my mouth. Inedible. Asked them to sort it out. Second issue was the garlic sauce my son had. It was mayonnaise based. That is not what I expect in a turkish restaurant. Owner, please make youghurt based sauce. If I return to Folkestone, I will eat here again.

pure stupidity closeing early on a saturday

Time delivery received 30 minutes before time (good that we been home). Pizza was almost cold... Second time, time delivery was mess up. When call them hear the person on a back screaming they are busy ...

Stone cold wrap and stale kebab meat. Not the first time this has happened now and thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but if you feel like being mugged off make sure to pay for order delivery and pay for it to be driven to you and for it to be cold

Genuinely One of the worst kebabs I've had, Never again.

Part of order missing, phoned up to be told we are busy, don't take so many orders if you can't forefill them. Told they will send missing food out. Had eaten the rest of our food, still no chips, phoned again for refund. Told chips are on way so no refund. Attitude of staff was disgusting, they just don't care as long as they are taking your money they clearly don't need to give you customer service. WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!

Disgusting customer service!! Part of order was missing, phoned them to be told they are busy.....how is that my problem?? Still 20 minutes later rest of order hadn't arrived phoned again to cancel and ask for refund was told no refund as driver was on his way....no good to us as we had eaten what we had. Attitude of staff was disgusting....just don't care!! Won't be using them again!!!

It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It was literally tasteless. We ordered one but there was a deal 2for1. I wish there wasn't.

Ordered a Doner Kebab in Pitta, the doner meat was of a high standard, with massive 50Kg rolls that had a very authentic flavour none of this processed meat. The service was quick and friendly even though a couple of guys behind the counter had limited English. The packaging was A1 and the chilli sauce was a cooked chilli sauce which was warm and had sweetness too. I would definitely visit these guys again if I’m in Folkestone

Very inappropriate and careless customer service, food was served in a way that could not be eaten. Would not recommend at all, better stay hungry in this area but don't order food from here. I came from a long way to eat, but I am leaving with great regret, it seems as if I have thrown away money. It couldn't be more discusting. So don't waste your money and time in this shop at all.

WON'T BE COMING BACK AGAIN!! Just ordered a kebab and and the potion was dismal for £10 XL donner and it took 1hr and 5mins to arrive and was all freezing cold. So used online chat (food hub) to receive a refund but instead they send out a new portion the correct size and hot but to be told that we needed to have kept the first meal (which we wasn't told) and then got told if we except the order that we are never to use them again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! and trust me we won't be back.

Lovely food and good meat, absolutely ruined with cheap mayonnaise, it made the kebabs inedible. Happy with the BOGOF pizza though, that was lovely!

English is a problem in Ermmm England, read the address out 4 times and 4 times we lived some where different,couldn't offer any one else who spoke English so lost out on 9 Pizzas and 6 Donner kebabs.

The chicken kebabs were delicious BUT do not buy the garlic bread…4 pieces of garlic bread, which are actually 4 thin slices from a French stick and tiny @ £4 are an absolute rip off…AVOID!

Great kebab shop, amazing choice on menu including ice cream and some bottled sprits. Busy but quick efficient service which backs up how popular this place is. Perfect for quick bite before of after a visit to the Leas Cliff Hall venue. Will use again

Went in and ordered a special chicken kebab which included a vegetable skewer. It is advertised as being grilled. But instead they threw it in the deep fryer with the chips presumably as they were busy to speed it up. It was disgusting.

Ordered family special, various meats onion rings and large bottle of drink according to their menu. I queried the delivery because there was no onion rings or drink. What was delivered was a tin foil box of jumbled up meat, a total mess. I did not grt an apology or an offer to rectify the mistake. The food was not up to standard and almost cold. I would urge anyone to think twice before ordering from this takeaway.

Delicious, affordable food, I got the grilled veg in pitta and the cheese stuffed jalapenos - both absolutely incredible, the staff were lovely, I felt welcome, the place looks very smart and polished. They use paper containers for takeaway stuff so less plastic waste! Loved it, will be back!

So we had there buy one get one free pizza deal prices are very reasonable and the food turned up nice well packaged and warm with happy greeting at the door For the money and the qaulity of the pizza it's a very good deal.

Mega lekker, "home alone" menu is fors, alhoewel de prijs juist zeer gunstig is.

Food never arrived, claimed they had attempted delivery despite the fact I have cctv on my front door which shows no one approaching it at the time they said they tried to deliver. Refused redelivery and refund and rude lying staff on the phone. Wont ever order from here again.

Good value huge portions tasty and still hot when it arrived, 20 mins earlier than it said! Had some pizzas kebabs and chips and all was great. Even phoned them as although i clicked no salad the order disagreed, guy was friendly and rectified no problem. Will use again! Big portions make it a winner

We always order here and always is the same order roughly but all came wrong this week we don't like to complain perhaps have new staff, we ate it without complaining and was still enjoyable regardless the whole order was wrong for us.

I called tonight for tea had a mixed kebab and chips , I have to say it was a great kebab with a lot of meats in it and great flavours, also the salad came in a clear box and was as fresh as it comes chips were also great and the pitta to I will definitely go back there reccommend to everyone

If you like kebabs then do not use this takeaway for one. Had a delivery , actually turned up pretty quick but when opened them up there was hardly any meat in them , one kebab had 3 pieces . Also very wet and soggy , the salad looked old and out of date. They went straight in the bin , chips were the only edible thing. I did phone to complain before I left a review and they really didn't care.

Contrary to other reviews we have always had fabulous service.The quality and quantity are superb. Hubby normally has a kebab with chips and I always pinch a bit of both to put with my delicious salad which is always unbelievably fresh. I can't recommend them enough. Perhaps the difference between our experience and others is that they have delivery, whereas we collect!
