Flour Power in Maidstone

Waited for 45 minutes, no member of staff there. Customers came & went. The staff member was everywhere except behind the counter. This is the second visit here, hoping to buy coffee & cakes before going to the cinema, both times we’ve experienced the same lack of service, from the same member of staff. Glad it’s not my business.

The sweet tray bakes are absolutely delicious 😋 . The choc brownies and blondies are especially good. The savoury stuff looked very tasty. Next time 🙂 .

Been for a couple of visits now and really enjoy the locally baked goods on offer. A wide selection of cakes, pastries, and my particular favourites, brownies and blondies (or cookie pie…if you can get it!). Staff were really welcoming and attentive, well worth a visit!

Last week I visited here multiple times. The last time I went I tried the cookie pie alongside the Kinder milkshake. Its was honestly one of the best sweet-treat experiences I have had in a long long time. The best part of the experience was the welcoming service I received from the staff. I would highly recommend a visit.

The gentleman who served me was so friendly and chatty, I was a little fussy with how I wanted my vanilla latte to be made - and he did not make me feel like I was being awkward and just made a little joke and made a banging latte I also ended up being tempted by a snickers brownie which was dreamy! Was honestly such a lovely encounter

Didn't feel valued as a customer and the food really wasn't great! Tried a few other places in town and it was the worst of all of them.

Amazing looking counter and amazing cakes ect. Also best coffee Iv tasted in long time. If you like sweet things that taste great and look great it’s a must visit . Huge selection of brownies and cakes.

I've tried a large selection of the cakes, bakes and brownies on offer here and I'm never disappointed. The biggest issue I have is that they're often such big portions I struggle to finish in one sitting! Would highly recommend a number of the cakes but I love the variety and that there is often something new or seasonal to try

Really good coffee with oat milk and lovely vegan banana bread, will visit again to try other vegan cakes.

Definitely will never ever buy from here again so disappointed as the cakes looked amazing. Bought these as a treat for my hungover husband he left me these bits thought he was being nice took a massive chunk out of both and spat them out in the bin both stale as anything. Paid £7.20 for these!!! Was completely ripped off no contact details to tell them there cakes need replacing - don’t waste your money. The slices are tiny and the taste is dreadful!!

we purchased a variety of cakes, including vegan, they all tasted amazing. The one thing that I could fault was that the vegan cake was put in the same box as the ‘normal’ cakes.

We've bought from here several times. The best bacon and sausage bottles ever! Soft fresh gorgeous bread, tasty mouth watering produce, excellent coffee. One of our favourite vendors

Had a trip out with kids and found this place. It is great, the coffee and is rich and tasty....but the slices of cake and nibbles are just superb. The taste and the flavour were perfect.....my kids have never been so quiet!!!....highly recommend.

If you're looking for a wide range of artisan sweet treats from brownies to cakes, blondies and other bakes then Flour Power is the place to go in Lockmeadow, Maidstone, or Kent in general. Open seating means you can come alone or with many friends and family - or just grab a coffee on the way into work or the town centre. Open from morning till evening means you can always get your dose of coffee, with specialities included (I had a delightful Red Velvet Latte).
