Room was very warm and the A/C was not great. Extremely limited staff, on arrival ,there are 2 staff members carrying out check-in, phone and bar. One seemed very stressed, I was going to approach to make a small complaint but left it as I could tell they were in some sort of stressful situation the day before. I was going to question the 'sleep guarantee' in the morning but I was not asked how my stay was upon check out.

Me and my partner have used this hotel for over 2 years with no issues whatsoever. Staff are always lovely and welcoming, the rooms are immaculate, better than other ‘better’ hotels in Maidstone, and is close to everywhere in the Maidstone town centre. You couldn’t fault it, yes the prices have gone up but it is so worth it! PS.. the Premier Plus rooms are even more worth it.

Really nice hotel, but it was weird that the bathroom had a purple light mode, which threw me off but showering in tbe purple light was cool!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Sophia in the restaurant was fantastic, so friendly, even helped me make my food choices by offering recommendations, all of which were very good! She worked tirelessly with a constant smile on her face & made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return to this hotel, it was the best Premier Inn I've stayed in for a very long time. Thank you to Sophia and her manager (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) for making our stay a very good one!

You always know what to expect with a premier inn. Clean and tidy. Only thing for me is no opening windows for some fresh air.

Pay per night parking , not advised on the website , undergoing some renovation so not the quietest at times, feels like staying on an industrial estate tbh

I went for a standard room and I was surprised at the size of it. Clean and big, it was perfect. On arrival I was told my booking was £4 short. Why did they charge me and confirm my booking with an incorrect payment I dont know but instead of waiving the £4, I was inconveniently held up and charged, so this seemed pretty petty of the management. The building is in midst of renovation but I wasnt really bothered as the room was great. The car park was a bit of a mess and the road leading to it had some crater sized pot holes so be careful. Location was good. All in all, was worth the price and the bed was very comfortable so I will definitely stay here again.

Good service, food and facilities. Great staff who were very helpful and accommodating - especially Kirsty. I really enjoyed my stay! If the room was more cleaner it would be 5 stars.

Staff were excellent, food was very good (dinner & breakfast). Room as usual, clean and large enough for family of 4 for the night. Air con wasn't very strong. Carpark booked with yourparkingspace, not very big, few additional overflow spaces in hotel underground carpark.

The hotel it self isn't bad, I got changed rooms due to renovations and the room I got moved too had walk in shower which is extremely slippy, not safe at all, location for the car park is not safe for cars due to sharp turns and not enough room for getting round corner

The "But" in the title refers to the fact that on a number of occasions during our 3 night stay some items were unavailable, the most surprising of which was that on one night I couldn't have a liqueur coffee because they had no cream! We also had churros served to us that were not as hot as they should have been. The other food that we had was tasty and they do a very good breakfast with quite a variety. If it wasn't for the issues cited above I would given the restaurant a rating of "very good".

Full English breakfast was available and good choice of food, Self service to eat the food you liked.

We enjoyed very nice meals here during our 2 day stay.I had the Chicken Escalope and my wife had a vegetarian Pizza.

Excellent value for money, nice clean modern bedroom and bathroom, quiet location but 5 minutes from Whitstable. Excellent food in the restaurant, great breakfast as much as you like, great dinner menu, wonderful value

We went for a couples night out in Maidstone and booked the premier inn to save us the hassle of getting home It’s a nice hotel you get what you pay for and I’ve always been happy with the rooms the beds are so comfortable Breakfast for great too!

Excellent service and the food was hot and fresh. Pudding was delicious. Well recommended. Good prices. Curry was amazing.

Tried to book 14 rooms for friends and family for my daughters wedding. Refused to allow me to book for one night told, by central office to book two nights then cancel! And claim money back really unhelpful

Kids were able to help themselves to the cereal breakfast bar. Great cooked food and fresh food provided.

I decided I would not venture out this trip as I would normally do, instead I would 'eat in', well I was very surprised at the quality and taste of the food served, it was really good. I am going to the Bootle PI next, and will report further on that establishment!

Calm and pleasant stay in the middle of the town with excellent travel links..Friendly and helpful staff, clean ambiance and good food! enjoyed my stay!

A very reasonably priced family room. It was very quiet and the lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Check in and out all very smooth. I like that you know you'll get a comfy bed and a good night's sleep. He only downside was the room was very cold with inadequate heating and none at all in the bathroom. The receptionist did warn us the room can get cold though and brought a heater straight away.

Standard Premier Inn "Thyme" restaurant. excellent value for money (especially if booked as a meal deal with breakfast) but nothing inspired although more variety than many other budget hotel chains.

Ya que estábamos asistiendo a un evento en Maidftone reservamos alojamiento local y haber estado en la Premier de nuevo era nuestro plan de reservar el mismo y una habitación familiar, por lo que recuerdo era de menos de 60 libras. 00 era muy adecuado y conveniente para la ciudad.

The integral restaurant served good hot food promptly, and the prices were very reasonable. The bar had a two-for -one policy.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food and a lift. Happy to stay here. Comfortable beds, good tea making facilities, staff attentive and happy to help. Clean dining room and facilities. Plenty of car spaces.

We based ourselves here to explore Kent as it's easy to access the M20 and we were not disappointed. It is a good value clean hotel as you would expect, what we were not expecting was its location next to the river which was lovely, the pub next door where you have breakfast was a lovely place to enjoy a riverside drink

When you book a stay at Premier Inn you are offered breakfast & dinner for £24.99.You can save money by ordering from the Daytime Value Menu available Mon -Sat until 6:30pm.Fish & Chips from the main menu is £10.99 but the Daytime Value Menu only £5.99. Or you can have bangers and mash for £4.99. The portions are generous & starters/ puddings are £2.29.You can eat in the restaurant or take the meal back to your room.

Excellent PI friendly staff though never more than one. Meals are in the attached restaurant, breakfast was very good. If you stop here it's worth driving over to Birchington a vey quaint village on the coast, 3 fish and chip shops. Manston aviation museums are also next door

Ate hear with some work colleagues, service was attentive but not overbearing, food was great and better than expected in a Premier Inn, managers should be proud of a good team.

Good service, food not inspirational but hit the spot, and nice not to have to go out when shattered. Two for one drinks between 6-8pm was appreciated.

I normally have room s revive when staying away on business but they don't do it here, so this was a pleasant surprise

We were not sure if we were staying in the Restaurant to eat or not. We were meeting some family. We ended up staying to eat. The menu gave us a great choice. The food was very tasty..

Beautiful food, steaks were cooked to perfection. Great two for one deal on drinks. Big meals and great service. Only thing I could say is that they were completely out of Sirloin and only had 3 Rump steaks left, this was right at opening time so I think they could have been a little more prepared. Apart from that everything was great!

This Premier Inn breakfast was excellent value for money. You pay £8.25 for a buffet breakfast, which offers cereals , pastries and full English breakfast. They will also cook to order which is excellent if you want poached eggs etc...The staff are very friendly and service is great. If you're staying at the Premier Inn try the breakfast and also you get Costa coffee if you want for nothing. Well worth it.

The rooms are big and clean. They provide the basics only in the bathroom to keep prices low (soap and towels) but real value for money. There is usually a pub restaurant attached to the hotel so you'll not starve.This hotel had really friendly efficient staff and the breakfast is fantastic

Excellent Value Meal Deal [following on from Happy Hour 6 - 8pm with 2 drinks for the price of 1]. We enjoyed the Steak and Kidney Suet Puddings which were very tasty and had excellent suet pastry. Profiteroles to follow were tasty, if a little short on chocolate sauce. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient.

The food was of very good quality and they had a 'happy hour' buy one get one free on the drinks. The only downside was you had to buy a full breakfast no option just to buy toast and jam

It was the hottest evening in the UK and we had just arrived. We dined at the Beefeater Grill with family. The salmon was a tad dry and the service was slow but it was busy time. Great fir a quick meal if you. Print have high expectations.

This was the last hotel that I’d stayed in after a week of touring and I must admit it had the best restaurant both food wise and staff wise! I had chicken wings to start with followed by the sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection and to make it even better it was all part of a meal deal, starter, main course, glass of wine and a buffet breakfast the next morning all for £23! Superb value.The only down side was the following morning at breakfast it was all a bit late coming out!

I was sat just across from the bar tap, where two obnoxiously drunk guys were standing. During the course of my 40 minute meal, they were served 5 more rounds. The bar tender encouraged their extremely loud conversation. Not any staff member seemed concerned that the rest of the restaurant was being forced to participate in their conversations.My server encouraged me to get the larger pour size of wine by the glass, however, gave me less than the smaller pour and still chose to charge me for the larger pour. I felt embarrassed having to argue being charged for something I did not receive.I ordered a steak, medium cook. It came out well done, and tasteless. Overall, the food was just food. Nothing exciting and worth about 1/3rd of what they charged.The next morning I paid for breakfast. It was equally as average, and I felt for around 5gbp it was fine but any more then it is a rip off.I would walk around Maidstone and find other places to go before coming back to this restaurant.

I ate later in the morning and the sausage was like cardboard because it sat there for to long, there were barely any beans left and everything was terrible. If they are going to serve breakfast then they should keep the food fresh the entire time.

We stayed for 3nights and ate here each night having different meals, the service was friendly, the restaurant comfortable (they had to adjust air con as at one point it was really cold) but they did it and quite quickly. All meals were lovely and window seats were nice.would definitely go back. There house burger specials were 110% never have I had such a tasty burger dinner. Mega yummy and we'll worth trying. Very clean and they normally have a happy hour before dinner :-)

restaurant was very good although they did not have the steak i wanted due to an "overly busy" week end (which i find a bit strange for a beef eater) but it was very nice any way and cannot fault it any other way and the breakfast was really good

Nous sommes restés très partagés sur notre souper. En effet, nous avons dû attendre 1 h 45 avant d'être servis. Par contre, l'attente fut largement compensé par la qualité de la nourriture particulièrement remarquable pour une chaîne. Une soirée qui aurait dû être excellente fût gâchée par l'attente. Si vous avez la chance d'être servi dans des délais raisonnables, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Parking free, food very good value and staff attentive without being overbearing. Airport a short drive away.
