I use this costa daily. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are really nice, wheelchair friendly too.

No rating for food as I didn't eat on this visit, I arrived and there was no queue. I placed my order and the young lady behind the counter was welcoming and pleasant. There was plenty of seating available and the tables were clear and clean.

We popped in here for a snack and a drink. We had 2 x toasted sandwiches and 2 x coffies. All served quite quickly and the staff were very friendly. Will pop in again if in town.

Nice place,was busy, and being a person who uses a walker I found it hard to manoeuvre to leave

My server Ben went above and beyond he greeted me so kindly and sincerely he made my experience here the best it possibly could be and I’ll definitely be coming back with service that good, oh and the cinnamon buns are to die for.

In the mayhem of Christmas shopping and little oasis of calm.

Purchased a latte for myself and my partner wanted a cup of hot milk when they gave it to me they gave me 2 small jugs of hot milk how does this constititute in being a cup of hot milk I will never know

Well what can I say . Big thank you to Ben and his colleague. I was feeling really low today and thought I would treat myself and try the Costa Turkey toastie , Gingerbread latte shame they didn't have cinnamon as I love it on my ginger latte . Please bring it back Costa , lemon tart big treat there . Ben you are an angel the way you greeted me and the banta was fantastic you made me feel so much better and your colleague. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I’ve waited very long time in the queue however that wasn’t the worst part. I’ve ordered iced cappuccino with vanilla syrup and that what I’ve got was death in the cup. Tasted horrible bitter and I didn’t get my syrup for which I have paid. After coming back they’ve added syrup to coffee however that coffee was so poorly made that every sip was making me nauseous. Don’t go there, very close is Nero coffee or muffin break. Better service and much better coffee and you get what you have ordered

Average Costa. It's cheaper and better than Starbucks.

Friendly staff, nice food and drink. On the pricey side but you know that before you turn up. Always feels a bit cramped but was able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon which was a bonus 😀

Just cannot beat a costa coffee

Spent an enjoyable couple of hours drinking iced cappuccinos and chatting! Prices are average, venue clean, service efficient and seating comfortable. Would recommend!

Ich liebe Costa Coffee. So oft ich in UK bin muss ich auch ins Costa. Der Milchkaffee ist echt der Hammer. Auch wenn die Cafekette ein wenig hochpreisiger ist, schmeckt der Kaffee aber umso besser. Auch sind die Tasse groß und bis zum Rand gefüllt. Der Service passe ebenfalls. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte die Auswahl an Kuchen und Kaffeestückchen noch besser werden. Da ist die jetzige Auswahl sehr gering.

Ordered a white hot chocolate was given a normal one and had most of the toppings missing, ordered a mini pizza and didnt even get that until i went back in and it hadnt even been cooked, worse experience wont be coming back

Fantastic pre- Christmas lunch, staff were really busy but worked quickly, politely and professionally. Terry's Chocolate Orange hot chocolate was tasty & hot , cheese & tomato toasty was delicious 👌👍

The one café in town that's always open later! Even when all the other shops are closed, this one Costa stays open. Staff are great, fast service, friendly and relaxed. There's a staff toilet here with disabled access.

I ask for a textured latte or creamy one as the first one was very watery..The barista said she understood what I wanted but made the second cup exactly the same as the first the only difference was I had an inch of froth on the top of my latte .. did notice a other costa nearby so today I going to try that one !!

Are acceptable. The three of us had breakfast with drinks and paid over £20. Acceptable for breakfast. Two bowls of oatmeal. Two sandwiches. coffee and juice. But the saleswomen are not particularly responsive in terms of service - they did not show the initiative to explain to us what is included in the offer. They saw the confusion on our faces about the name - what is behind this name. But explained when we asked.

Been to this costa a couple of times. This time it was quiet, before the lunch rush. The lady at the till was patient with us, as 3 of us were undecided - annoying I know! Plus we had a 1 year old with us. I took a vegan ham & cheese toastie, which I was reminded of being vegan. It was tasty. Coffee was fine. Tables were clear. Toilets were out of order. Good for a catch up with friends

This was in Maidstone Kent.(Opposite HMV). I always like to get a drink and eats at Costa wherever I am in the country. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food items are always delicious and you can relax while taking your break. A touch expensive but no more so than at other similar coffee shops.

Today asked for a iced latte it was served in a very small glass was spilling over the counter and floor i had to ask for a saucer and napkins to carry it to the table to avoid spilling on my white skirt. Disappointed.

Lazy disinterested staff ruin a good location. Costa are generally pretty fine, but this is one to avoid.

Overpriced, miserable staff and weak tasteless coffee. £6.00 for 2 coffees compared to others places within 1 minute where better coffee costs half the price.

Pricey but ok place to have a sit down drink and a bite to eat

I had my usual latte and a cheese and ham toastie Sadly the coffee was too weak in flavour and toastie was tasteless, i could not differentiate the cheese or ham. I do hope there will be an improvement as i like this costa, it has a cosy atmosphere and friendly efficient staff.

Very busy, lovely staff, very helpful and patience

I haven't been to Costa Coffee in a long time, maybe because of Covid, but the coffee was good. I think it's because the people who work in there take their job seriously. I would recommend this particular place to anyone who actually likes a good, strong coffee.

Живая атмосфера, наповал уложил бутерброд с макаронами. Но самое большое удивление — то, что это вкусно оказалось. Кофе вкусный через раз, в зависимости от смены. Обожаю наблюдать тут колорит местных англичан.

Lovely service with a friendly smile, always top class coffee. My favourite out of all of them.

Costa coffee is always generally good but we had the aero hot chocolates and we're given no aero balls. Also this particular store is very grubby.

It was the worst coffee I have had from a Costa. There was more froth on top of my flat white than a cappacino. .. good job I do like cappacinos as i got half and half. Ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter .. it was then taken back from her after having all the cream off the top and some of the drink to be told there might be plastic in it and they would remake it ... Fair enough but she really didn't want another one ... Maybe ask her if she wanted another one or refund it. Went to use the toilet and it was unusable ... Absolutely disgusting ... Wasn't checked in the half hour we were there ... Told the woman at the counter when we left. Will not be visiting that Costa again. ... Certainly need to be able to make a Costa drink properly.

I ordered the toffee penny latte. It wasn't very hot, looked nothing like the picture, no cream or sauce on top andI didn't get a sweetie. I'll stick to manorial costa at Langley. They're fabulous

Love Costa it's my favourite coffee shop. The stuff are friendly and always have a smile, and coz I go in there a lot they know my order 😁

A few weeks ago I had a latte coffee, which tasted like hot milk, but I didn't made any complaints, cause everyone could have a bad day. But yesterday when I went there and I ask a latte and tasted the same plain, hot milk.. that's can't be an accident again. I do understand the latte it's means more milk but still a coffee. I'm disappointed!!

Really bad coffee, but the sausage and bacon roll was nice.

Staff were incompetent asking the same question not getting a straight answer. Then messed the order up and on top kept looking at the table i was sat at clearly pointing and making eye contact. So i asked them is everything ok is something the matter they insisted everything was fine. I felt so uncomfortable was the worst experience ever!!

Little short staffed this morning but as usual the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The shop is a bit like a dungeon. Really dark and dingy. The coffee is typical of Costa- bad to mediocre. Charging 45p extra for oat milk however is scandalous. I only get coffee from Costa if it's through work. No way would I ever spend my own money here. 👎🏻

Staff are not really bothered. The coffee is distinctly average and the only advantage it has is that its open early and is better than Starbucks. I have a feeling that now they've been sold to Pepsi that anything regarding the former good standard of pre pandemic service and cleanliness will not return. I come down once a year to work and Maidstone is crying out for a lovely, independent coffee shop that is open first thing.

I visit frequently and it's always good. Friendly staff, lovely cakes. Lost a star because of toilet facilities. There are two but one is always locked (has been for weeks) and the other one isn't very clean and often smells!

Great coffee as always. Lemon drizzle cake fantastic, the Jamaicain gingerbread cookie to die for now my husbands favourite

Costa is Costa, as I've said before. This one is small and just average. Parts still blocked off, that time should be over. Service aceptable, coffee is, well it's Costa coffee.

Смачна кава, капучіно, гарячий шоколад. Можна пити як в середині так і на вулиці або взяти з собою. Також можна купити каву в зернах. До кави є шматок торта. 4 зірки бо не завжди уважний персонал, я просила білий гарячий шоколад без молока, мені приготували все навпаки.

Not only the coffee tastes amazing but the staff that are working there are all so lovely, I want to thank Lenka for all the effort and the hard work she makes us feel like 5 stars so I would like to make a 5 star review for her and the rest of the staff working in This difficult times. Nice coffee Air con in side made it very comfortable staff busy but very efficient and friendly I recommend it.

Geat coffee and Covid precautions. Staff were great at keeping us socially distanced and in sanitising the tables. Thanks for looking after us. 😎👍

Very pleasant staff. Drinks overpriced for the presentation.

The coffee was good but the place was dirty. There was enough dirt on the dado rail to grow spuds. Tables were not wiped down between customers. There was dried food stuck to the seats. Not up to your usual standard. Everywhere should be ultra clean especially now.

Very nice drinks, lovely hot chocolates and ice blasts, would reccomend.
