Costa Coffee in Maidstone

Millionaire’s Shortbread, so very glad i didnt pay for it, it was a free item. £3.30 for something that was nearly 1.5 inches square and very low quality. wont ever buy that. the toasties were badly constructed, random ingredients poured in the pack

Was hot and well wrapped to stop leaking

driver was very rude and complained to me that he had too wait for me to come out, as its a school site he was moaning as he had to wait, then had ago at me as I didn't take my phone with the code, I explained I don't always have a signal, went back to retrieve my phone, when I come back with it he had gone and dumped my order on the floor, totally unacceptable

Said they delivered but was not to me so I hope who ever got my order enjoyed it

Although the quality and the delivery time was good I am really unhappy with the lack of professionalism from the courier. He was rude and had a bad attitude while addressing me in front of a waiting room of patients. I am a GP.

A typical Costa. Good but expensive coffee and snacks, the usual fare.

Was 30mins late and both coffees were cold and so was the toastie.

Not sure what happened, but I ordered two iced coffees, a cappuccino and a flat white, one with light caramel and one with light vanilla, and we couldn't tell the difference between the coffees both were the same size and both taste both taste the same, weird!

Lovely friendly staff, made my porridge with hot milk, but the barista did NOT know how to make a dry cappuccino

I'm pleased to tell you I was given the delivery time of 12.40 and it arrived at 12.40. Most accurate delivery time I've ever been given!

I use this costa daily. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are really nice, wheelchair friendly too.

No rating for food as I didn't eat on this visit, I arrived and there was no queue. I placed my order and the young lady behind the counter was welcoming and pleasant. There was plenty of seating available and the tables were clear and clean.

We popped in here for a snack and a drink. We had 2 x toasted sandwiches and 2 x coffies. All served quite quickly and the staff were very friendly. Will pop in again if in town.

My server Ben went above and beyond he greeted me so kindly and sincerely he made my experience here the best it possibly could be and I’ll definitely be coming back with service that good, oh and the cinnamon buns are to die for.

The iced coffees tasted weird…hardly any coffee in them, couldn’t taste that at all. Awful. The lemon tart also tasted odd..very unpleasant. The sausage roll had no flavour at all, neither did the sandwich…no hint of onion or stuffing or apple in either. Waste of £20+ ….wont order from here again.

In the mayhem of Christmas shopping and little oasis of calm.

Purchased a latte for myself and my partner wanted a cup of hot milk when they gave it to me they gave me 2 small jugs of hot milk how does this constititute in being a cup of hot milk I will never know

Well what can I say . Big thank you to Ben and his colleague. I was feeling really low today and thought I would treat myself and try the Costa Turkey toastie , Gingerbread latte shame they didn't have cinnamon as I love it on my ginger latte . Please bring it back Costa , lemon tart big treat there . Ben you are an angel the way you greeted me and the banta was fantastic you made me feel so much better and your colleague. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Ordered a large coffee and cup was half empty so paid for a large coffee and got a small...

Never delivered my order. The app says “delivered” but they never did and I couldn’t call them as the “phone lines were down”. I would give 0 stars if possible as this wasn’t cheap.

I’ve waited very long time in the queue however that wasn’t the worst part. I’ve ordered iced cappuccino with vanilla syrup and that what I’ve got was death in the cup. Tasted horrible bitter and I didn’t get my syrup for which I have paid. After coming back they’ve added syrup to coffee however that coffee was so poorly made that every sip was making me nauseous. Don’t go there, very close is Nero coffee or muffin break. Better service and much better coffee and you get what you have ordered

Very disappointed that my order was missing items and replaced with other items I didn’t order and didn’t want. Not acceptable. Maybe contact the customer in future about alternatives or cancel the order explaining you don’t have what I ordered?

Friendly staff, nice food and drink. On the pricey side but you know that before you turn up. Always feels a bit cramped but was able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon which was a bonus 😀

Ich liebe Costa Coffee. So oft ich in UK bin muss ich auch ins Costa. Der Milchkaffee ist echt der Hammer. Auch wenn die Cafekette ein wenig hochpreisiger ist, schmeckt der Kaffee aber umso besser. Auch sind die Tasse groß und bis zum Rand gefüllt. Der Service passe ebenfalls. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Allerdings sollte die Auswahl an Kuchen und Kaffeestückchen noch besser werden. Da ist die jetzige Auswahl sehr gering.

Ordered a white hot chocolate was given a normal one and had most of the toppings missing, ordered a mini pizza and didnt even get that until i went back in and it hadnt even been cooked, worse experience wont be coming back

Fantastic pre- Christmas lunch, staff were really busy but worked quickly, politely and professionally. Terry's Chocolate Orange hot chocolate was tasty & hot , cheese & tomato toasty was delicious 👌👍

The one café in town that's always open later! Even when all the other shops are closed, this one Costa stays open. Staff are great, fast service, friendly and relaxed. There's a staff toilet here with disabled access.

I ask for a textured latte or creamy one as the first one was very watery..The barista said she understood what I wanted but made the second cup exactly the same as the first the only difference was I had an inch of froth on the top of my latte .. did notice a other costa nearby so today I going to try that one !!

Are acceptable. The three of us had breakfast with drinks and paid over £20. Acceptable for breakfast. Two bowls of oatmeal. Two sandwiches. coffee and juice. But the saleswomen are not particularly responsive in terms of service - they did not show the initiative to explain to us what is included in the offer. They saw the confusion on our faces about the name - what is behind this name. But explained when we asked.

Been to this costa a couple of times. This time it was quiet, before the lunch rush. The lady at the till was patient with us, as 3 of us were undecided - annoying I know! Plus we had a 1 year old with us. I took a vegan ham & cheese toastie, which I was reminded of being vegan. It was tasty. Coffee was fine. Tables were clear. Toilets were out of order. Good for a catch up with friends

Costa has been my go to shop for all my later afternoon hunger pangs. The panini was on spot.

The coffee was only half way up the cup.

Driver turned up to say order was ruined and couldn’t be served to me. Assured me that I would get a refund which I haven’t received and haven’t actually had any acknowledgment from just eat or costa that the order was messed up

This was in Maidstone Kent.(Opposite HMV). I always like to get a drink and eats at Costa wherever I am in the country. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food items are always delicious and you can relax while taking your break. A touch expensive but no more so than at other similar coffee shops.

Today asked for a iced latte it was served in a very small glass was spilling over the counter and floor i had to ask for a saucer and napkins to carry it to the table to avoid spilling on my white skirt. Disappointed.

Lazy disinterested staff ruin a good location. Costa are generally pretty fine, but this is one to avoid.

Overpriced, miserable staff and weak tasteless coffee. £6.00 for 2 coffees compared to others places within 1 minute where better coffee costs half the price.

Pricey but ok place to have a sit down drink and a bite to eat
