Great pie and mash always and friendly staff.

Young lady behind the counter was lovely, service with a smile. But when it came to the food, I was really disappointed. Pies were really dry inside, and literally had no gravy, it was literally just mince with no moisture, very bland and not a single piece of onion in sight. Couldn’t believe how bland and tasteless the pies were, a real shame, mash was nice and smooth, but apart from that I wouldn’t ever come here again unless they had improved the pies massively.

Compared to the main pie & mash shops local… Goddard’s of Greenwich, Menzies etc this so awful, nothing like a pie&mash.Poor quality meat, pasty and liquor! 2/10

Back again for a 2nd visit 3 years later. Nice but found the pie edges extremely hard and not easy to cut, shame Nice to see they offer a 5 or 7 pie challenge. Staff excellent as normal. Overall a decent bit of pie, mash and liquor. Pies are often served well done here which is to my liking but may not be to others. Staff polite and friendly. Average prices. Seating inside can be a bit tight for the larger/tall person. Parking can sometimes be a problem. Would revisit again.

Girlfriend took me here for the 1st time and was my 1st time trying pie and mash and it was amazing service was great and not a long wait time either !

Visited Flo's today with my Dad and Brother.We all had pie mash and liquor 😋 we really enjoyed it Staff were very pleasant and helpful and there was plenty of seating inside and a great atmosphere! Also good value for money .Thank you

After a long time, we visited our local Pie shop. They have The Hall of Fame Pie challenge. Eat 5 pie's within the record time of 3 minutes or 7 pie's in 7 minutes. Go for it.

Please do not eat in this place or at folkstone I can’t begin to tell you what goes on in these premises I have been advised by an ex employee so I can’t say to much on here at the moment but when things are resolved I will. There will be stuff to follow I think it is only fare that people know the truth be mind full when eating in there look around question what your eating especially the the meals other than pie and mash and can drinks you are paying read the cans and think about the other meals and where they come from and how much you are paying

Came here after watching Beardmeetsfood do a 7 pie challenge! Me and my family are big pie and mash fans, and this challenge was for us. I attempted the 5 pie challenge and completed this within the time frame given. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming. And the food is so tasty! Will defo return again!

Above average pie and mash with very friendly staff, very good prices and its even cheaper if you take the 5 pie challenge, one of the cleanest shops I have been in which is always a good indication as to how the food is stored and served.....and yes I did the challenge in a good time. soon to introduce a 10 pie 4 mash challenge comes with a map to the nearest A&E I presume.

Took a trip out to sample some south London hospitality and London cuisine . I wasn’t disappointed. A warm welcome was had with cheery banter and a nice strong cup of tea to warm up with . I had one pie mash and liquor and all were tasty and I stopped short of licking the plate lol . Without a doubt a banging pie and mash. Pies taste handsome. They sort the burnt topped ones out for my girlfriend. And the mash is the absolute cream of mash potatoes. It’s my Sunday go to after a weekend of partying. In fact it’s our Sunday fo to full stop. It’s flat out busy. Says it all really. Staff are so friendly and nice. Constant singing coming from out the back. It’s well worth getting in and having a double pie double mash. Gotta have the liquor. It’s the best. 👌🏻

Went in today for pie and mash with 3 friends ordered paid, couldn’t sit down ( I’m on the larger size )as they now have fixed seating where before it was table and chairs. Food was delivered by pleasant staff but the food was horrible Luke warm could have given straight to a baby. I love pie and mash but you expect it to be a reasonable temperature when you get it.

Been going there since the day it opened, very friendly staff, and the pie and mash is lovely.

We absolutely, love Pie & Mash; for myself I was brought up on it and with Eels too...Yummy!! Not literally, ...but from around 5 years old, my mum always took me Brixton every week....sadly though, it was closed down, many years ago now. We have enjoyed Flo's in Crayford, since moving to the area, around 5 years ago and I gave it a 5 star review, a while back now. Sadly, only 3 stars today though, and I'm so sorry for this, Ladies but since we were in Crayford today we decided to pick some up (I usually call up first) we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, though it wasn't nice; NO SALT in the mash at all...Yes, I appreciate that many of us have cut down on the amount of salt we put in our food these days...healthy eating etc...we're pretty much okay with that but as soon as I took my first mouthful, I just knew straight away that it just wasn't right...there was absolutely No salt in it ..then my husband said 'Ugh, No salt in this!' I assumed someone must have forgotten to salt the potatoes before cooking them. I decided to call them to ask and when I did, I was told 'No, we always put the same amount of salt in it!' Also, that they hadn't forgotten?? This clearly, wasn't the case and definitely NO salt was in the batch of mash we were given; I just can't believe we were the only one's who noticed it??! Even the liquor was somewhat, lacking in salt too and didn't taste as nice as it does usually! Ladies, today we didn't enjoy our meal but I can honestly say that was the first time we haven't and we will of course, be back soon because we love your Pie & Mash. I just felt it was important to let you know about this...so that you will hopefully, never forget the salt again....please??!!! We love it and will of course continue to support Flo's Pie & Mash! Happy Christmas to you all xxx

Firstly, we live in Spain, my family in the UK, that’s difficult but it was my dads birthday this week (5th May) and his favourite food is Pie and Mash, always his birthday treat, I looked around for pie and mash shops near to where my dad lives in Dartford and Flo’s has such good reviews I contacted them firstly by phone and they were so helpful, saying only open Friday and Saturday but, although not on the 5th would deliver on Friday 8th and that I should go through Uber to order, I did, Uber said too far, so contacted Flo’s and said I was disappointed but understood. This next part goes obovevand beyond normal customer service...they said, don’t worry we will take your order and delivery it ourselves as it’s a special occasion, at 13.02pm on Friday they delivered 2 x double pie and mash with liquor ((I could not believe the price so cheap) they left the package outside my dads door and shouted happy birthday, how lovely is that, my dad videoed opening the food, so much of it, he said it’s the best Pie and Mash he’s ever eaten and as soon as lockdown enables he will visit Flo’s regularly. I personally want to say thank you so much to Flo’s Pie and mash for all of your help, you’ve never met me, I live in Spain and yet you went out of your way to do something wonderful for my dads birthday, what a fantastic company, excellent food, brilliant value and superb customer service, thank you so very much Jane.

Had pie and mash today very disappointing While in the queue heard the two ladies behind the counter say to each other that the pies were burnt so we had to wail till the next batch came out fair enough the couple in front of me (who were eating in) got a lovely plate of pies I was ordering a take out When I got them home I had been given three really burnt ones they must know if they give the burnt ones to take away you don't bother to go all the way back if they gave them to eat in you would complain So beware I would never go there again

The liquor was runny and the pie's doughy also the chilli vinegar wasn't good at all.
